Even after involving both sets of realtors, the buyers started to get cold feet, expressing concerns about potential mold. This is despite their home inspection confirming there was no mold on the report (something we found out from our realtor). I searched "mold inspection" here on Yelp and found this company. I called to ask about pricing and availability and was pleasantly surprised. Despite some unfortunate setbacks, scheduling became an issue; however, that was able to resolved. Oliver came by while there was still a 4x4 hole in our garage ceiling. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing. The result? No mold. And even better, no charge. The original color was chocolate brown and he promised to make them look oak/gray. You could clearly see that there are nowhere near that. Also, I will not attaching a picture, but his son left crumbs all over the upstairs bedroom and just like his father never flushed the toilet while going number 1 and number 2. Disgusting individual that talks bs non stop. He started his quote with $3100, then few days later increased it to $500, then to $8300, then asked my husband to purchase a polishing disks totaling $981 while creating excuses for how difficult the floors are. Please do not hire him. He ruins everything!! We ended up putting a new floors. This guy is a SCAM!
