First of all, we were disappointed not to have 3 two-wheelers that we initially signed up for and paid for. We had driven this trail in the past. We preferred 2 seats over 4 seats. Then, we hear that one of the safety doors on the passenger side is not there, as it was jammed and had to be removed. We asked for a replacement unit, and we got a response back from your guide/receptionist: "This is all we got, and it's fine." It's a serious breach of safety. With some hesitation, we started trailing for 10-15 minutes, and at the first pit stop (at the obstacle course building), we were told that the right passenger tire is "flat." We requested your team to replace the tire, as it's not safe for us to ride with a flat tire. Response we got from your guides: "We don't have replacement tires." "We don't have replacement units." They recommended we ride with a flat tire (have evidence to prove) as the company doesn't have a backup unit and we were in the middle of the trail, and it's ok for the company if any damages incur directly or indirectly from the flat tire. After riding for a short time, the right side axle/tire got damaged from the traction created from the right side rear tire being flat. We were so disappointed that we had to share a ride with 2 units when we paid for 3 units in the middle of the course. From the start, we never went off trail or beyond tracks and followed rules and instructions from the beginning. A few days later, we got a bill for $1100 for repairs. No official receipt of repairs, just an email with 3 lines stating we will charge your credit card the above-mentioned amount. This is a whole rip-off company, with poorly maintained ATVs and a lack of professional support and risking your life. It will also charge you money for there defective equipment. read more

Was looking for a fun adventure to go on with my niece while in the area and this place came up after a quick google search. When I called to schedule the time the staff didn't seem super enthused that we wanted to come early but the process to get scheduled was quick and painless. We arrived (cell service is spotty in the area so have maps downloaded) to a very eerie gate that seemed to be on a sensor and opened when we pulled up. After going down a long windy road and parking on a dirt patch we arrived at check in. Process was quick and painless, the young adults that were there were still waking up for the day so now I see why they were hoping we wanted to come later in the day. We chose to do the ropes course so we got suited up and headed up to the course. There were a few lanes on the course closed but otherwise it was a great morning activity for me and my niece. We did the trail experience in the 4 seat Polaris. We were lucky where we went the day after a ton of rain. We got all muddy, which is what made it fun. All the employees were very friendly. Our tour guide (Cody I think) was very good and guided us through a fun time. The fun was the mud, I don't really think it would be too much fun without it. read more

Paintball Experience Review: 1) When we arrived at the course, we learned that the management had double-booked our time slot and field. Sure enough, there was a large bachelor party group getting fit for the field when we pulled up. We had to wait for that group to get their guns, C02 tanks, and masks before we could receive ours. 2) We started an hour late because none of the CO2 tanks for the guns were ready for either the bachelor party group or my private group. We all had to wait while the employee filled up each individual gun's tank for the 20-30 of us waiting. This was very time-consuming. Once we finally did get started, we only got 1 hour of playtime in the woods, rather than the 2 we paid for since we needed to split the time with the other group who also booked. We ended up doing one hour in the woods and one hour on the speed course. No management was on site, so the two groups devised this compromise. 3) The face shields were unacceptable in terms of both sanitation and safety. Only a few masks actually had any remaining foam padding around the eye shield. The foam on the few that did were soaked through in sweat from the group that had just finished using them. They were not sanitized or cleaned between uses. Those with no foam padding left around the eye shield had sharp plastic edges exposed and scraped our faces and foreheads. My own mask had neither the foam padding nor the visor that it was designed to have. I needed to sort through a bin of old, broken shields to find a visor and piece my shield together before using it. Previous users tied the head straps into knots to make them fit. This made the straps completely unadjustable and very loose on us. In the battle, we constantly needed to adjust or hold the masks in place with our free hand. One person in my party received a bloody scrape on his forehead from the exposed plastic edges on the mask's inside during the game. This would have been avoided with a properly maintained and fitted face shield. 3) The conditions of the woods course were not safe or sanitary. In particular, the large plastic tank placed on the field to use as a shelter, shield, and firing position had foul-smelling, wet, brown fecal matter and a puddle of an unknown green liquid that the players were forced to stand in to use for the purpose of the game. The smell was unmistakably stagnant animal waste mixed with water. It was clearly not acceptable or safe for humans to be using for shelter or shield in the battle. One person in my party was in the tank when her ill-fitting mask fell off, landing in the foul liquid. She could obviously not put the mask back on after that. We needed to pause the game for her to return to the equitpment shed. Understandably, she made the decision to stop participating in the event after that. As a side note, there were no bathrooms or sinks available at the equipment shed for her to even wash the stuff off her hands after this. I will say that the young employees at the check-in desk, as well as Argy and Will at the equipment shed, were doing their very best for us. I believe they did the best they could, given their poor working conditions and management's mistakes in booking and maintaining the operation. The crew at the equipment shed recognized that the face shields and equipment were not satisfactory and were very apologetic. read more

This was a great day. My wife planned this UTV trail ride for my 40th birthday. I enjoy and have experience with Jeep and other ATV experience, and was looking forward to a guided ride to enjoy nature and time together without worrying about too much spotting, clearance, and trail maps. When we arrived, staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Within 5 minutes I could tell this was a too notch location. 10 minutes later, we met the owners who introduced themselves as just opening the facility in 2020. Their presence provided a great experience and dedication to family friendly activities. We will absolutely come back many times and looking forward to bringing our son. Trail rides were guided by Nick and Jeff. Awesome guys. We would ask for them by name again. Jeff was leading up the back, and while we needed to back out of a trail due to an issue ahead, he and Nick were great. Some riders complained it was not fast enough due to some novice 4 seaters in our group. I'm not sure why everyone was in such a hurry. I've done plenty of trail rides, many of which are 1-3mph for miles due to technical off camber spots. These folks complained to Jeff, especially after their kids got "warned" for almost sliding into a tree due to reckless hot shot driving (again in my experience, fast does not equal good (ever sprained a thumb on a trail due to wheel snap)). The parents criticized Jeff, but he was amazing and respectful and said his job is to provide a fun day,but above all to keep everyone safe. In the end the parents apologized to which Jeff said he was not offended or upset at all. He said after tours in the Middle East, and having Iraqis throw rocks at him, today is a pretty good day and let's all just enjoy it together. Super professional but we felt good knowing he and Nick would not put up with any horseplay from anyone. We will be back. Keep rolling safe Nick and Jeff. Awesome job guys!! read more

My fiancé and 2 friends rented 2 side by sides and had a blast! Our guide (Mark I think?) was awesome and made sure our experience was how we wanted it. We said from the start we wanted to see some mud and he made that happen but also asked if we wanted to slow down or speed up. We were so happy to find out that they finally opened back up! Everything was amazing from the Polaris rides through the trails and the Mystery Shack. The staff is SUPER AMAZING. They answered every question with a smile everyone greeted you and when there was a small wait they held small conversation with us. The Polaris ride was so much FUN and we got very dirty! But my all time favorite was the mystery shack. It's nothing like what you are expecting. Julia asked us to explain the mystery shack in one word and all I could say was UNEXPLAINABLE and HELLA FUN. These guys were great! My friend lost her nerve on the second level and we came back down. They let us do the Mystery House which was amazing. They were very accommodating for us. Our guide was super sweet and was pretty knowledgeable of the course and what to expect as well as on the Mystery Hoise tour. read more
