First of all, we were disappointed not to have 3 two-wheelers that we initially signed up for and…read morepaid for. We had driven this trail in the past. We preferred 2 seats over 4 seats. Then, we hear that one of the safety doors on the passenger side is not there, as it was jammed and had to be removed. We asked for a replacement unit, and we got a response back from your guide/receptionist: "This is all we got, and it's fine." It's a serious breach of safety. With some hesitation, we started trailing for 10-15 minutes, and at the first pit stop (at the obstacle course building), we were told that the right passenger tire is "flat." We requested your team to replace the tire, as it's not safe for us to ride with a flat tire. Response we got from your guides: "We don't have replacement tires." "We don't have replacement units." They recommended we ride with a flat tire (have evidence to prove) as the company doesn't have a backup unit and we were in the middle of the trail, and it's ok for the company if any damages incur directly or indirectly from the flat tire. After riding for a short time, the right side axle/tire got damaged from the traction created from the right side rear tire being flat. We were so disappointed that we had to share a ride with 2 units when we paid for 3 units in the middle of the course. From the start, we never went off trail or beyond tracks and followed rules and instructions from the beginning. A few days later, we got a bill for $1100 for repairs. No official receipt of repairs, just an email with 3 lines stating we will charge your credit card the above-mentioned amount. This is a whole rip-off company, with poorly maintained ATVs and a lack of professional support and risking your life. It will also charge you money for there defective equipment.

When I called to schedule the time the staff didn't seem super enthused that we wanted to come early but the process to get scheduled was quick and painless. We arrived (cell service is spotty in the area so have maps downloaded) to a very eerie gate that seemed to be on a sensor and opened when we pulled up. After going down a long windy road and parking on a dirt patch we arrived at check in. Process was quick and painless, the young adults that were there were still waking up for the day so now I see why they were hoping we wanted to come later in the day. We chose to do the ropes course so we got suited up and headed up to the course. There were a few lanes on the course closed but otherwise it was a great morning activity for me and my niece. If your in the area head over, the guide was great and the course was worth it!

We were both successful and got some decent exercise doing so. Tyler was great at coaching us through and we spent a ton of time in the air. I would definitely recommend the 45 min experience! We found this on Groupon and being that we live in the Columbus area this is probably one of the most exciting sports in the area. There are 2 locations for which one is in Sandusky, OH and the one we went to was in Landcaster, OH just south on a clean lake that was initially a stone quarry. It's next to the Lakeview RV Park. I would use the online website to contact them and set up an appointment since they aren't on the lake every day. We actually only used the Flyboard. It is much more maneuverable than the jet pack so we were told when we got there and I would totally believe it. You can even start off with some tricks your first day if you do the longer 45 min experience unless you are already that good. I tried 4 backflips my first time however this might not be a reasonable goal for some people. My wife had a blast as well and got up without any problems. I hope you all get a chance to try this. Our instructor was absolutely awesome and very passionate about this sport.

The manufacturer deduced the fuse was not big enough for the fridge, I replaced the fuse myself! everytime we brought the RV home after they had worked on it there was other damage to the RV a cut in the floor, a ding in the sidewall scuffs in a plastic door it was never ending from now on I will just deal with the manufacturer forest River. I will say I had no issues with the sales people they did their job. My personal opinion would be to take your RV somewhere else to be serviced and save yourself a headache.

When my husband and I walked into the showroom/office, we spoke to someone at a desk, who nodded at another guy for us to talk to. This guy had absolutely no interest in helping us, and insisted that there weren't any camper trailers made that were under our 3.500 limit for our tow vehicle (which was also equipped with a transmission cooler, etc.) I asked if we could go look around and he said sure, help yourself. I googled several of the trailer models they had on hand as we walked through the lot, and found several that weighed a good 1000 lbs less than our limit. We walked in again to ask about some of those, but were ignored. So we walked out. Ended up buying a nice Aliner elsewhere.

We rented a houseboat from 5/14-17, there were 4 of us. I have a lot of experience with VRBO type rentals. The houseboat was in good working order, had all the amenities dishes, toaster, TV, Vcr, 2 staterooms with double bed, two additional berths with double beds and the couch pulls out to a double bed. The boat was pretty simple to operate. Cell Service we had service in two of closest coves to the marina , AT&T no Verizon. We didn't have any complainants .. other then poor weather. You just have to have reasonable expectations. This is glorified camping on the water. We had a great time three generations of boys getting together to do a little fishing while we ate good, played some cards, watched a couple of movies, explored the lake. Cons: The lake is allegedly dry, but it seems to be one of those don't ask don't tell type things. Tips: Bring some work gloves when you are tying the boat to shore there are a few sticker bushes etc, bring a small hatchet same issue to use when tying the boat off. I would also have a pair of jeans for the same purpose. next year we will probably bring a small dingy to pull behind to do a little fishing from.

The grill wasn't clean on the boat, the bathroom didn't work properly and the engine didn't want to start while we were in the middle of the lake. while explaining this we only got accused for everything that was wrong and I haven't even got to the part where my child got cut because they have sharp metal that had not been taken care of as well as dry rotted seats full of stager and molded water.
