I've been coming to New Again Auto Repair for a couple of visits now and every time the work has been top notch -- honest, thorough, and done right the first time. That alone would be enough for a great review, but what happened recently really cemented my loyalty to this shop. I was in a car accident, and I suggested the other driver bring their car in to get a quote from New Again. Julio, one of the owners, went completely above and beyond. He took the time to check out the vehicle, and since there was a language barrier between me and the other driver, he even jumped in to interpret so we could actually communicate and sort things out. They ended up not using the shop for the repair, but Julio still helped us through the whole process -- and refused to charge for his time or expertise. You just don't find business owners like this anymore. He cared about doing right by people, not just closing a job. Their website literally says Saturday hours from 8am-12pm. I even confirmed VERBALLY that they do work on Saturday right before running my credit card for them to order the part. It was part of the reason I chose to go here. He knew I clearly wanted a Saturday repair. Turns out Saturdays are only for finishing up work. They did good work for a good price, but I wish the Saturday plans were more clear. When I bought the part he even said we should be able to squeeze you in this Saturday if the part comes in time. If you want a Saturday, you'll have to call Thursdays to see if they're available that Saturday. Limbo. read more

After being the middle car in an accident my car was left with damage to both ends of my car, It need a lot of work done. After a friend recommended New Again, I called they promptly answered gave me a time to come in the next day they reviewed the damages and offered to take my car that same day. I dealt with Hector and Julio they were extremely accommodating and friendly. They constantly kept me informed of additional damages that were found and were reporting to the insurance company. Car was finished in record time despite it being during the holidays. Could not have asked for better service, truly a hidden gem. Would recommend New Again in a heartbeat. New Again Auto Repair was amazing to work with! I ruined my passenger side door and side panel by scraping a pole in my parking garage and was distraught over how much damage it had caused. Within 20 minutes of contacting them through Yelp, Andrew responded with pricing options and ideas on how to get a used door that could cut down on cost. Next thing I knew, my car was ready to pick up with a door that looked brand new and a perfect paint job. Their customer service is transparent, honest and kind and you know what you are getting/paying for upfront, which is basically unheard of when dealing with autobody shops or dealerships. I never felt like I was being ripped off and was very comfortable with their process. My car was in great hands and looks better than ever. Fingers crossed I won't destroy my door again, but if I ever had any other car issues, I will definitely be going to New Again Auto Repair again. Can't recommend their services enough! read more

Went here to get my OBD checked on. As it has been on for a few days. In the past ive had to pay 135 and wait at least in an hour when I went to my car dealer. I decided to try a new place this time. And i'm very happy about that. Very nice man helped me out at the counter and it only took a few mins. When he was finished I was stunned to hear that he was not going to charge me anything. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 2013. I decided to go with my insurance carriers "network shop" in order to avoid any issues with workmanship because they offered a lifetime warranty on all repairs. The workmanship on the repairs that cost the insurance carrier around 9k looked good on the outside. The first thing to go was my engine liner, it was zipped tied to the vehicle and flung off in the highway almost causing an accident. I took it back and was replaced with a brand new liner, only to find out that the clips that where used to hold it together began to fall off. (They didn't use the vehicle originals) Months later the workmanship showed its true colors. My front bumpers paint started to peel, the bumper itself started to come off and my headlights bulbs just died. My vehicle had aftermarket HID bulbs which they charged me additionally for because only one was damaged in the accident. Months later it stopped working because of a short (it was installed incorrectly). They replaced it. This time they lasted a bit longer, only to blow out again. I had a specialist remove them at DSP Auto only to tell me that someone had drilled a hole on the back of both headlights to facilitate the installment and run the wires through there. This is why the bulbs would burn out, water and moisture would get into the headlamp and burn the bulbs. I took my car back to their shop to get repainted. I asked that they call me when the job was complete. I never got a call back, i had to hunt them down and ask if my vehicle was complete. Hector stated the vehicle was complete and was ready. I had to go pick up my vehicle after their work hours only to find that my vehicle was outside the shop with a completely flat right rear tire, the bumper was sticking out from the sides and bumper clips where on the windshield. I was forced to leave the vehicle there again. I followed up and they said the repairs where done again. Finally the front bumper looked good. Days later it started coming off again, the blue they had put on the sides of the bumper began to come off. I have emailed them and the insurance carrier advising them to repair my car and now all of a sudden all the damages are not related and not covered. I have begun legal proceedings against this body shop. Do not, DO NOT use their services. I'm a pretty easy going guy, and never even asked for a rental vehicle due to the inconvenience of their poor workmanship. I will see you guys in court with all documents and pictures proving my case. Good luck to you. read more
