I came in with a gift card, looking to purchase a new game for myself. I wasn't too sure what I wanted, so I asked an employee for some advice, and she was wonderful! She took the time to learn what types of games I enjoy playing and walked me through a few different recommendations, explaining how the gameplay worked for each of them. Everyone I interacted with at this store were such wonderful people. I'll definitely return in the future and bring along some friends to play in the game room!

These kids were quietly playing 50 feet away from me and she acted like they were trashing the place. Nowhere in the store or on the website does it post an age limit for playing in the game room and beyond that there is a way to enforce rules without being rude about it.

They also guaranteed the bed liner for lifetime of the truck! I contacted Pasadena Bed Liners at 8:55PM last night after returning home with the truck. He answered the phone! Pasadena Bed Liners said he was full but I could drop it by early and he would get see if he could get it out, but it might be after 4:00PM. I arrived about 7:50am and he was there! I dropped off the truck. Around 12:40 (Noon) I received a call that the truck would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived about 40 minutes later i found my truck parked. The bed liner looks great! I have had others installed but this has got to be the best. It did have the little sticker someone else was complaining about, but it is a very profession label that looks good! I left there and went to Walmart. When I returned a man was taking a picture of the sticker! I asked him what he was doing and he said he was looking for a bedliner and mine looked great! The young lady ringing us up literally walked away in the middle of ringing us up, and the manager had to come take over. A month later, I get a call saying my dress was ready for pickup. Do you think they ordered the right one? Of course not! They ordered the first bridesmaid's dress style for everyone. I live an hour and a half away and have now had to make 2 completely unnecessary trips. To make things worse, my original dress was supposed to have 4 extra inches added because I'm tall and wear heels. Did I get what I ordered? Nope. Not even close.
