We purchased the shoes at another location and wanted to make an exchange at this location, but he made it seem like it was a problem. He told us that we only had 15 minutes in the store because he had to go to lunch by his 5th hour and needed to close the store, as he had no one else available to cover for him. I'm sorry that you're understaffed, but please take that frustration up with management, not paying customers. The atmosphere in the store was extremely awkward because of his attitude. For some reason, his attitude eventually improved and he became nicer, but the initial interaction still left a very poor impression. I hope management can address the staffing situation and ensure that customers are treated respectfully, regardless of what is happening behind the scenes.

The Fix Kicks - Where the Sneaker Game Feels Like Home…read more I still remember the first time I stepped into The Fix Kicks in Santa Clara it was like walking into sneaker heaven. I opened that door and boom instant chills. I was surrounded by walls full of heat: Jordan 1s, Yeezys, Dunks, pairs I'd only ever seen on Instagram. Then I turned the corner and saw the Funko Pop wall, and I swear, it felt like I was in the middle of a dream. But here's where the story gets even better. It wasn't just the shoes or the collectibles it was the energy. The vibes. The people behind the counter weren't just employees they were sneakerheads like me. They greeted me like I'd been coming there for years, asked me what I was into, chopped it up with me like we were homies. From that very first visit, I knew this wasn't your average shop. This was family. Since then, I've bought kicks, sold pairs, and each time I leave, I walk out with a smile. Not just because of the shoes but because of how I was treated. They take care of you at The Fix Kicks. They're real ones. Fair prices, honest deals, no funny business just a team that truly loves what they do and puts their heart into every interaction. It's rare to find a spot like this. They've created more than just a store they've built a community. A place where sneaker culture is alive, respected, and celebrated. So if no one's told y'all yet: Fix Kicks, I'm giving you your flowers today. Thank you for the good vibes, the unforgettable experiences, and for always holding it down for sneaker lovers like me. Much love to the whole team y'all are legends.

They are usually firm with prices. Another thing that is a downside of this place is selling your things to them they will lowball the hell out of you and resell it 2x higher than what they ask from you. So I advise you not to sell to them either. Honestly if you wanna buy or sell sneakers I prefer a better sneaker shop 3 miles away from this place which is called Sole Priority.

I would have given SP a five star although i am speaking from the perspective of having someone I…read moreknow who was wrongfully terminated for a mistake that could have been alleviated. i believe this corporation hires way too young sales/floor personnel and do not train them to be successful instead mgt hold nice titles like district mgr or manager but all they do is blah-blah-blah without really mentoring their employees. What's more interesting is the fact that when an employee is sent up to H.R. the fact finding on an issue is pretty bias and lame. I believe Senior management should take a good look at performance and sales. The former employee I know of had TOP sales and was consistent. Also, he was promoted to a position that only was a TITLE rather than someone who really received guidance and proper training from the power above the Mgr/AM etc. Again, it doesn't mean just becoz u have the title of Mgr. that you're perfect and know everything. Believe it or not, Titles don't mean anything if you are not driven to assist beyond the calling of your duty. No wonder,NIKE is still #1 in the athletic shoe business!
