Daniel took my credit application that I submitted online and made it work with the resources I had available. I drove down from Seattle, took the Element he had for a spin (a 2003 with only 96k miles!), and around an hour later, I was walking out with a shiny new car loan (and an Element we named Idris). I can count on one finger the number of positive used car buying experiences I've had, including this one. No condescension, no pressure, and when I failed to haggle, he still managed to finesse the numbers enough to make sure my financing would get approved. He was even nice enough to fill it up, since it was running low on gas and we were headed back to Seattle, and hooked us up with a place for a replacement battery for my current vehicle so it would make it home, too. I definitely recommend that anyone in need of a true no-hassle experience come here. Sure, it was a bit of a trek from the big city (and the fire on Hwy 167 didn't help), but it was absolutely worth it for the great experience and a great car.

They even went to Ford and Fors told them what was wrong, but warranty woulsnt cover unless they had live readings they cant get with the Snap On tool. Sunset Ford pulled a switch and said Honda didnt know how to change a master cylinder, but the reality is they do. They are better and more honest than ANY Ford dealer I have ever been to. I just dont like Honda cars or bikes.

A couple days later I'm leaving an establishment in the evening and I'm stopped due to not having any brake lights. Come to find out this vehicle has major electronic issues, transmission issues and doesn't even have a catalytic converter. I contacted Jay through Facebook where our original conversation started to bring up the issues and was blocked. I get that used cars are sold as is but these people are really dishonest and tricky! The parts guy said nope you have to pay extra to talk to me for my expertise, and they wouldn't make that order available for a couple of days. That is one hell of a markup, just talk to some guy with a wad of chew in his mouth and tell him exactly what I needed.
