Came here to service my car, and returning my lease because this is the closest dealership to me. Both of the experience I had were not pleasant. Services: I waited for 2 weeks for a loaner car to be available, so I can get my car fixed while my car was not drivable at one point. My service advisor promised me that my car will be washed and charged when I pick it up. The car was fixed for sure, but it was not washed or charged. I did not get the services that I was promised. Returning my loaner car: when I pulled up to the drop off my loaner car, I was not greet by "good morning/ good afternoon." Instead, I was greeted by "have you filled up the gas tank?" I was not happy with the greeting, so I said, "yes, I even pull more, do I get a refund?" The guy said coldly, "you have to ask them (pointing at the advisors)." They then walked away. He was pretty rude. I am unsure if he was being treated by rude customers, but I was not rude to him and hoping that he can be a bit more polite. Returning the lease: I parked my car at the parking lot, and walked inside the show room. I told a staff that I was returning my lease, and this staff was friendly that he asked me to wait. However, there was an older gentleman sitting at the second desk yelling out loud to the staff who was helping me, "check the charging cable to see if that's missing!" I told the gentleman, "the cable was untouched for 2 years, and brand new. Do I get a paid back for keeping things new?" He said no and walked away. I have 1 star for the staff who help with my lease return. This might be a good choice that I am not getting another car from them because of the poor services. They gave me a sense that they were trying to pick on customers and charge for extra if possible. It was an absolute unpleasant experience. This review is specifically for the service and loaner team - I have not worked with the sales team at all. My third Audi has a defect (or defects) that I'm guessing has something to do with it being a pandemic era build. After two years of no issues whatsoever, suddenly the car became problematic and has been in and out of service for nearly a year at this point. While there's no clear resolution yet, the service team is very helpful and accommodating in trying to troubleshoot and find out what's going on. I would advise anyone going through a similar situation to understand that car problems have everything to do with manufacturing and NOT the techs trying to help; if they are making the effort to repair the car that's all we can ask of them. I have previously had successful repairs and replacements here, at both the current and past Pasadena addresses. My only reason for 4 stars is that I feel communication could be more consistent and organized. It's uncomfortable to have a conversation or send a message that progress hasn't been made but I would rather hear that than nothing. If a service rep is out of town or unavailable, someone else must be responsible in communicating updates. Like I mentioned this part has been hit or miss. Loaners are a major issue here and anywhere else in Southern California; again this is a corporate issue rather than site-specific. While it's beyond frustrating to bring your car in and not be offered something else to drive, or offered something with half the features of your actual vehicle, this again is out of everyone's control and from my experience here I am very happy with their efforts to help me. Sera is a gem and she has consistently been able to improve each experience I had when things were otherwise not going my way. It has taken me four months to write this review because I genuinely hoped Audi Pasadena would do the right thing. Instead, I was misled, dismissed, and ultimately sold a vehicle they could not legally transfer ownership of. In October, I purchased a 2023 Toyota Highlander XSE and was told I would receive the title to register the car within 30 days. At the 60 day mark, I contacted the dealership and was told there was some issues with the previous owner but that I should have my title in a few weeks. I reached out to the DMV and was told the car was still registered to the previous owner. At this point, I called Audi Pasadena (numerous times by the way, I had to call sales department to even get someone on the phone) and spoke to the Used Car Sales Manager, Joseph, and he insisted the car was in my name and that I was mistaken. He was very rude over the phone and made me feel crazy. The DMV confirmed otherwise and he was wrong. Finally after three months of not receiving the title, I had to threaten legal action to General Manager, Khalid, for them to finally admit there was a title issue in New York with no timeline for resolution. They were unable to legally transfer the title to me. I acknowledged that this was a rare occurrence and returned the vehicle and received a full refund. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealership, Ivan, the General Sales Manager, was the one who was in charge of handling the paperwork. This is when the experience became much more insulting. Ivan repeatedly emphasized how difficult this was for the dealership and how much money they would lose. Completely ignoring the fact that this has fallen on the buyer (me) and I was about to be without a car. He kept making little comments about how they were going to have to lose money on the interest for the car and it left a horrible taste in my mouth. At no point did the dealership take responsibility and I had to ask for an apology. Ivan then offered to "make it right" by offering to sell me another vehicle at cost, which is at the cost the dealership bought the vehicle for. He explained to me that he would show me the invoice and everything. After a few weeks went by, I saw a used vehicle on their lot and reached out to Ivan about it. The car was listed at $24,988. and after numerous texts he finally texts me back claiming the dealership cost of that vehicle was $24,353. When I asked for the invoice to verify this, he did not provide one. Instead, he sent a financing worksheet showing the same number, with no proof. I responded saying that this is not an invoice, simply a financing worksheet and he did not reply. It is extremely hard to believe that the dealership would buy a car for $24,353, and sell it for $24,988 ONLY MAKING $635 OF PROFIT ON THE SALE. If that was the case - THIS DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. To sum this up, Audi Pasadena sold me a car without having the ability to transfer the title, failed to communicate honestly and only acted when faced with potential legal consequences. Evan then, they were unwilling to demonstrate genuine accountability or transparency. This experience cost me four months of my time, unnecessary stress and significant disruption to my life. And at the end of the day, I AM STILL WITHOUT A CAR. Buy elsewhere. read more

Her and I both did not know there's two different part numbers for their shades for the same car. My wife accidentally bought the wrong one without knowing it and when I noticed it didn't sit correctly when deployed, she had already tossed the box. I've had ongoing issues with both my Audi e-tron and the service department at Audi Pasadena, and this last visit was the final straw. My suspension light came on while driving, and the car suddenly started bouncing like it had hydraulics, it felt extremely unsafe. Several error messages appeared all at once, and I barely managed to get home. I called for a tow and had the car taken to Audi Pasadena for inspection. A few days later, they contacted by boyfriend and let him know it was a "computer malfunction." Honestly, that's hard to believe given how dangerous the issue felt. We specifically asked our service advisor, Cesar, to please run a thorough check since we didn't feel safe driving it. He said they'd need to put more miles on the car to test it, which we agreed to. Then, days later, he called to tell us the tire had a nail in it and asked if they should replace it. We told him the tires were fine when we dropped it off. He insisted that this must have been why the tire lights were on. We explained that there is no way there was a nail and the tire light has been on since day 1! We know how to read our tire psi levels and they were checked right before the car was towed. If the car had a nail in it when we dropped it off then why was that not told to us when he initially called us to tell us the car was ready and safe for pick up?! Cesar just kept arguing that our tire pressure light was on and it was because the nail was always in there when we kept telling him we checked the PSI and there was nothing in the tire then. He began acting like we didn't know what PSI meant. He was rude, condescending, and argumentative, and told me he was going to charge me anyway because he "didn't like the way we were speaking." I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a service advisor. On top of that, we never received a loaner car, and my car has now been in service for over two weeks. I've had issues with this car and this dealership since day one. The communication is inconsistent, the attitude is dismissive, and it feels like they just want to get cars off the lot without truly resolving problems. I do not recommend Audi Pasadena's service department, and definitely not Cesar as a service advisor. This has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. read more

Terrible dealer ever Right after they did a recall on my Q7, I got a Drive System Malfunction notice on my dashboard, at the engine rpm became not stable and looks like dangerous to drive back to the dealer . We have been calling with our service consultant multiple times for days , but no solution nor call us back . Requested to talk with supervisor and manager for couple times and no call back at all . We stop by the dealer today by other car but they ask us to call the tow truck by ourselves to drop off our vehicle. And they don't provide loaner cars because their waiting list is at least three weeks to a month according to the service guy. It's just ridiculous. I was going to be late to my service appointment...my fault, but when I called them they said they had no more loaner vehicles as they were on a first come first serve basis. I asked even with an appointment? The woman on the phone said they made a mistake with the fleet or something and were short cars. So basically even with an appointment they didn't have enough cars. I've been waiting so long to try and have this issue looked at that takes days that I can't be without a car for. I took my 2024 Q8 E-tron to Rusnak for 10K inspection and I was not aware of the high costs of these frequent, required inspections. We previously owned a Tesla Type S and did not have these high maintenance/inspection costs. No one at Rusnak offered us the Audi Care package, which would cover multiple inspections and cost about the same as one 20k inspection. It doesn't even make sense not to purchase it. We learned about Audi care the following day after the 10k inspection and made a few calls to inquire about it with no call back from Rusnak. I called Ontario Audi and received a detail quote within an hour. I will not be going back to Rusnak. read more

Dealership engaged in boarder line bait and switch tactics. They posted special for a car that was attractive and matched what other dealers in the area were offering. When we went in to claim the special they sat us down and started showing us different numbers that were 10x the amount for the special. The manager claimed the special was a typo and that they would never sell a car for the price (that they listed on their website). The special had terms, cap cost, mileage, total payment... that's not a typo, that's an advertised deal. Manager made us feel like we were jerks for coming in for the special listed, and their sympathy/apology was very poor. Had an absolutely horrible customer service experience here, Once they've made the sale, it seems like they stop caring about the customer. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you expect any kind of follow-up after buying a car. I purchased a used car from them at the end of July. The car itself is fine, but the salesperson tole me that it came with a specific feature, which was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase it right away. After bringing the car home, I discovered that the feature wasn't there at all. Since then, I've called the sales manager at least five times in two weeks. Every time I was told either that they weren't available or that I'd get a call back. Their customer service told me that they already wrote down all the information and will notice their sales manager but til this day, I have received no response at all. My car gave me a scary warning about the drive system malfunctioning and I couldn't drive it until the next morning. I was nervous about driving so I immediately tried to make an appointment to have it looked at. Both Audi BH (where I usually go) and Audi Van Nuys were booked solid until next week. I didn't want to wait so I looked at Audi Pasadena's schedule and they had openings at 9AM same day when it was 7:30 in the morning! Brought the car in at 9, they were very nice and greeted me immediately. Within a few minutes the service advisor Brandon came over to do a walkthrough and to talk me through the service. I decided to also do my tire rotation and oil change, both were very reasonably priced. I also had a rattling passenger door that needed to be fixed. After reviewing everything, Brandon promised to call later in the day to let me know a status update for the drive system malfunction error and the rattling door, after they did diagnostics. They called me an Uber and I went back home to work for the day. Around 2pm, Brandon called and advised me that the oil change and tire rotation were done and that they'd already inspected the car, fixed the rattling door (apparently a design issue with Q3's and the fuel line housing), and determined that the drive malfunction was due to a throttle fault (?). So they took out the throttle and cleaned it and put it back in. Brandon reassured me that it was just a one time glitch and that the car is in great shape and would be ready for pickup at the end of the day. I guess these things happen from time to time even if there isn't an issue with the car. Picked up the car at 5pm when it was finished, process was very fast and easy and they didn't overcharge me. The rattling door and drive system malfunction fixes were considered covered under warranty. So so happy with the speedy service done on my car at Audi Pasadena. Now I can enjoy my weekend without having to worry about car trouble!! read more

Today for example, I made the appt and asked for a loaner car because of my previous experiences and was told no, because it would only take a couple of hours. From day one mechanic Danny Rivas has been working on my car and over the years have incorporated service advisors Ian De Los Reyes and Christian Pompa to form my car's dream team! They are so knowledgeable, attentive and nice I almost look forward to having my car serviced. Don't waste your time bringing your vehicle here for service. I scheduled an appointment in advance, dropped my vehicle off prior to my appointment, and was told the car would be completed that day. I requested a scheduled 30k service and diagnostics for a few warning lights that were coming on. I received ZERO communication for the remainder of the day. I left a voicemail for my service advisor, Christian and he did not return my call. I called a second time to discover the service department was closed. This was a Friday, it would've been nice to know that my vehicle was going to be in the shop over the weekend. I eventually got a hold of an operator (that I'm not even sure is onsite -- I think Audi may use a call center, so you are not communicating with anyone who is actually at the dealership unless you know it's the service advisor) was unhelpful, informing me that the service department is incredibly busy and I could try again another day. If the service department is so busy that they cannot finish an oil change, a tire rotation and putting the car on the computer for a diagnosis in a day (as promised), then hire more techs or stop taking appointments you cannot fulfill. I contacted the dealership again Saturday morning, proceeded to talk with a different operator who could not reach anyone in the service department. Frustrated, wanting an update on my vehicle, and also needing my vehicle, I made my way to the service department. While there, another customer was also complaining about the lack of communication from the same service advisor, as his vehicle had been in the shop for 3 days with no communication at all. Rudy, a different service advisor, checked the status of my vehicle to discover that nothing had been done with my vehicle. It sat on the lot all day, supposedly was brought into the shop in the afternoon, with nothing completed. I left with my vehicle, and Rudy claiming that he would notify the service manager, Jeremy of my situation and that Jeremy would call me on Monday to rectify the situation. Here we are end of day Monday, and I have not heard from the Jeremy. I am a loyal customer, who will return to a business time an again, if I feel I'm being taken care of and my time and investment are respected. Rusnak Auto Group claims to have "high standards, a professional atmosphere and a pervading sense of quality." This was not my experience at Audi Pasadena. read more
