I have to admit, I thought the new Farmers commercials about their agents being knowledgeable was just an advertising gimmick along with their new jingle. But then I needed homeowners (condo) insurance and a few of my coworkers recommended Michelle Lim at Farmers Insurance. I made calls to various other insurance companies including Wawanesa, State Farm, and Allstate and ended up with Michelle because she extremely impressed me with her service.
