My Farmers agent at this location, Hung, is the best agent that one can have. He is easy to work with, efficient, and always find ways to help me lower the premium. He even figures out how to insure my exotic cars with the same guaranteed value coverage as Hagerty for 1/6 the price. Despite all the crazy price increases after the pandemic and inflation era, my premium is still much lower than what others are paying. Farmers is a great company, I had my share of bad luck and Farmers WAS ALWAYS ON TOP OF THINGS when it comes to claims, they were all resolved efficiently with great quality. I have been using Hung since 2017, and later even switched my home insurance over to him coz i like him so much. And eventually also added liability insurance of my companies. This is a late review. I was referred to Michael over a year ago with great reviews from a good family friend. I haven't got a clue about insurance but Michael was very thorough in his explanations from the services I had prior from a different provider in comparison to the variations he offered. Michael is a very knowledgeable and sincere insurance agent. Always replies to my calls/texts/emails promptly. When I was involved in a car accident last year I didn't know what to do (it was my first accident) so I called him and he was kind enough to come down to the accident scene to help me (I was 9.5months pregnant). Told me not to worry and that he will take care of everything for me. AND HE DID!!! He called a tow and brought it to the auto shop and filled out all the necessary paper work for the claim. Within a couple of hours there was a rental car outside my house. Mike is a great agent, always on top of his clients and always making sure that I understand everything about my insurance policy. When I first went to him for a quote for my car insurance, he gave me the quote in less than a couple hours after I provided him with all my information and he tried to provide me with a lower premium. Although at that time I was with a different insurance company, He asked me when my renewal date was and a week before the renewal for my car insurance, he followed up with me and provided me with a lower premium for my car insurance, so of course I switched over to farmers. He also helped me with my life insurance recently, the blood test was scheduled right away for me and my parents and the day before I told him that my aunt wants to get a quote too and he was able to get everyone in for blood test the following day. He asked me how much I want to put in every month so he can work out some numbers, He got back to me right away and everything was signed and done within a week! I remember when I tried to get life insurance quote with other agents... I didn't hear back from them until a while later. Oh and when my brother totaled his car, Mike updated my policy right away and kept me updated throughout the process. After being involved in 4 motor vehicle collision, given that one was at fault, AAA decided to raise my premium by 30%, so I decided to opt for other insurances.
