Service is rude and just not welcoming. Might be a language barrier but no wonder nobody dines in. Food is unappetizing and lacking flavor it's actually sad looking. Used to have a delicious lunch menu. Since the COVID everything is individually packaged and no red chili flakes in oil. I had the Shrimp Lo Mein and there was a few shrimp with black veins (which is Shrimp excrement). Packaged Hot Mustard always like a Petroleum product. My wife and I have always gotten consistently good food and service here and haven't experienced the problems other reviewers have had. We order take out about twice a month and have for the last two years. The staff does not speak English well at all, so we are always sure to order by number. The egg rolls are very greasy, so we almost always go with their spring rolls. The fried rice isn't the best I've ever had, but their lo mein makes up for it. Their vegetable dishes are always amazing, especially their chop suey and ma po tofu. They are primarily a take restaurant and offer only canned/bottled beverages and very limited seating. If you call ahead it is almost always ready when you arrive. The food is very cheap too. You can easily feed 4 people for 15-20 dollars. read more

1st and last time eating here! We came in on a Sunday. They close @ 930pm on Sundays. We walked in at 844pm..and the rude lady told us only to go because it was too late to dine in. Ok fine. I ordered a small hot n sour soup and small broccoli beef with fried rice. Paid an extra .50 for fried rice. Highly disappointing!!! The fried rice looked like they just added yellow food coloring to the white rice. My broccoli was still crunchy and hard from being under cooked. The beef...well I think it was beef...cuz some of the pieces had an odd chewy texture...the soup was decent. It had some pork pieces added to it which is something I've never seen before but the meat strangely tasted like refrigerator. I know we got there kinda late but it was still 45 minutes to closing time. I will never visit this place again and I don't recommend it at all read more

I wish there was more side dishes choice, I don't know alot about Chinese food, so the pics really helped. I am used to doing bufets. The lady cashier could use a smile every now and then, but great food, great quantity, great quality food, made fresh. This place seemed really good based off the reviews so I decided to try it. I got the orange chicken and sesame chicken Togo. Staff was friendly and what not, no complaints there. Unfortunately the food wasn't so great. The sesame chicken was extremely chewy, almost like they had it sitting there all day and reheated it. The orange chicken wasn't as bad but it was still chewy. The food here isn't awful (nor is it anything to brag about), but what is awful is the service and the attitude of everyone who works here, especially the mean woman who either owns or runs the place--or possibly both. She has messed up our call-in orders enough times now that we're calling it quits. Tonight, she didn't even apologize for her mistake; she argued with us incessantly, yelling the whole time. And then, she has the nerve to charge extra for a thimble-size hot garlic oil. Oh, and said if we wanted steamed rice instead of fried rice, we should have ordered that first (which we did), because it was too late to change it. If you want a heaping serving of fowl attitudes and overpriced food that doesn't match their actual menu prices then you've found the right place! These people make GREAT Food! If there is a communication problem, then it has to come from the customers, because the young lady there does her best to communicate properly even though her English is not that strong. I don't know what happened to this place. This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. The customer service has always been poor, but at least the food was good. Now it's just terrible. The food was bland and tasteless. The chicken looked like it was barely cooked, and the lo mein, my once-favorite dish, tasted like paper. Their food used to be savory and rich; now, it just isn't. The guy who took our orders was rude, blunt and kept rolling his eyes. Worse, the food really upset my stomach, and I felt horrible the rest of the day. I hope they go back to they way they used to be. I recommend everyone who gave positive reviews to go back to this place and see if their evaluations hold up. read more
