I got my wisdom teeth surgery done there last month (something that I've put off for a long time as I was totally dreading it due to my low tolerance for pain) but the recovery turned out to be unexpectedly smooth and quick. I was prepared for the worst but the entire process (including recovery) was mostly painless. By day 4, I could visit my friend's place and nibble on snacks there. I also sneaked in a burger treat later. I always feel very well taken care of by the hygienist during my regular check ups. I have been going here for a couple of years. Since It's pretty close to my house, I initially picked this place for convenience, however, everyone here has been so amazing that I made this my permanent place for anything related to my gum hygiene. Service is great! It's easy to set your schedule. They are very responsive. Easy to reschedule as well. I usually set my schedule 6 months in advance. There have been a couple of times when I had to reschedule. I called the office and they offered to reschedule it without any issues. With that being said, I don't think they can reschedule within the 24 hours of your appointment. Quality is amazing. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend it. read more

Dental appointments are inherently awkward even when you're not scared, but I always leave my appointment feeling great. The people who work there are just so kind and non-judgmental, and you can tell they care about you. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years due to covid, and I was a little anxious about that and worried I'd get lectured about my lack of flossing, but they got me back in good shape, didn't lecture me once, and were super gentle. If you have teeth problems like I do you know that finding a good dentist may take a hundred swipes left. This isn't that kind of place. 1: Diversity: It's like the UN in there and I love to see it. 2: Affordable: I mean some places want 350 for an x-ray where they shove something from the 50's in your mouth and you feel like this is where the brain electrocution happens. Not this place. State of the art easy photos of your teeth zero discomfort. 3:The vibe: everyone there seems happy with their job and in kind makes you feel welcome, but most of all... 4:Excellence: They did an excellent job on my sad sad cavity and told me everything I can or should do as well as cheaper over the counter alternatives to some things, and it felt honest and kind. I will be going here for as long as i need to to get my dinosaur teeth fixed because that's how business does and should work. Beautiful office (everyone that works there is also annoyingly beautiful), high tech, professional and most of all kind. No up sell, no pressure, no shame for the state of your teeth. I am so glad that my husband kept urging me to try New Columbia Dentistry at the end of 2023. Since my first appointment, I have had an excellent experience with everyone on the team there. I have appreciated both the incredible speed at which they work, but also the fact that I never feel rushed or uneducated/unaware of what is happening during visits. They always provide a follow up plan and have been very helpful in discerning approximate costs for each appointment including the possible final cost to me after my insurance would be factored in.
