He is very detail and cared about my priorities. I tend to be a perfectionist so it took a bit longer than we initially expected, but he heard my very detailed concerns and always took action towards addressing them. My mom sees Dr. Gialanella. She has a complicated history of gingivitis that has cause other issues but she can't be in better hands. She has maintain her oral health and Dr. Gialanella referred her to other amazing specialists that helped taking care of the additional issues. I can go on and on about how great they are as professionals and humans. But, I want to dedicate a few lines to their staff who are equally awesome! From the front desk to their hygienists team you will be treated with so much kindness and care. They always have a positive attitude and a snail won't heir face. I have been seeing Dr. Mills and her associate, Dr. Brian, for nine years now and I cannot speak highly enough about these dentists and the staff at this office. The entire staff is professional and friendly and this is very much a family-oriented practice. Even for me, who doesn't have a family, I feel like I am walking into my aunt or grandmother's house when I get here. I know that is a ridiculous thing to say but if you have dental fears, then you get what I mean when I say this is a very comforting dentist. And they remember you. I was gone for two years in Africa and came back and it was like I never left. They remembered me (and all my neurosis) like I had never been gone. Dr. Mills (and maybe Dr. Brian, not sure) are originally from Ghana so if you are a traveler, they will be particularly to your liking. They were very careful and safe in regards to their COVID precautions and safety measures. All the staff were welcoming, helpful, and informative. My visit was for a regular teeth cleaning and Dr. Fitzpatrick was so sweet, she went over my X-rays and dental scans with me and was patient, and communicative thought my entire visit.
