Their tin tacker is of a slightly obese dad in an undersized sleeveless shirt, headband and white New Balance sneakers riding a beer can. Perfection. Genius! While their humor got me in the door, their pizza and beer will get me to come back. I got my standard flight with I'll Turn This Car Around (Hazy IPA), Kiss the Cook (DIPA), Snooze Button (Imperial Stout) and a Tapestry of Obscenity (IPA). All were really great but The Snooze Button was my favorite of the bunch. We also got a couple of pizzas. A Detroit style called Motown with thick pepperoni, hot honey, and basil which was very tasty and a Margherita pizza that was solid. My only issue was they were out of stickers for my man cave wall but that's just all the reason to go back next time I visit my parents in Indiana.

However, the fries were inedible, tough and burnt and tasted and looked like they had been fried twice after sitting for some time. They should have never been served. We were able to provide drink tickets, and the selection--from ciders to sour beers--was top-notch and well-loved by everyone. The space itself is warm, welcoming, and perfect for larger gatherings. And the fries! The fries were amazing, too. Rough cut and perfectly salted and piled high. They serve a lot of beers on tap, and I chose one called Anti-Hero. It was great, and I loved it so much that I came back later that evening to get another one. As I was sitting at my table enjoying my spectacular lunch, I noticed that they were playing some great tunes. Isn't it nice when you find a place with food that tastes great, and people who work there with great taste in music? One thing to note is that there's a 21+ adults section, and a general section for families. The family area has some games and things to play with while you wait for your food.

The rim had salt, and although I'm not a big salt rim person, that was probably my favorite part besides the actual blackberry floating in it. They were so crisp and kept their warmth pretty well. They were also dusted in cinnamon sugar, which just made them 1000% better. Sometimes at other places you get them and they can be soggy or not have anything on them. They make them the right way here! For my meal, I got the drunken dory, I was debating on that or the blackened salmon salad, but figured why not go with some fries. Seeing how much fries my friend got vs myself, I was a little disappointed, but in the end he ended up stuffed whereas I had just enough. I really liked the plating on this, putting the fish on top of the fries so as the outside stays crispy on the fish. It did work, and overall was very nice. Could've used a bit of salt, and came out very hot though. All the food retained its heat very well. Their tartar sauce was also quite good, and as you can expect the coleslaw was nothing to write home about. I would definitely come back here again, probably try more of their apps and beers, I definitely like it better than some of the breweries over where I live in Virginia, so if you haven't tried it I highly recommend you do!
