I've had toasted ravioli in St. Louis, which is the supposed birthplace of the food, and these would rival any in the Gateway City. I didn't just want to sit at the bar and stuff my face full of cheese and pasta. So I ordered a pizza, so that I could also stuff my face full of cheese and bread. The pizzas here are sized for an individual to enjoy, but they could also be a nice little sharable snack between two people. I got the Bill the Butcher, which is a meat-forward pie with beer-infused pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, bacon, chicken, sausage, ham and steak. It's a lotta meat! But it was delicious. All of the pizzas have interesting names and even more interesting ingredients, and now I'm kind of wishing I had ordered the Crust Punk Deluxe. Maybe next time! I feel like I missed an opportunity by not getting any of the beer here. But I did buy a pub glass to take home with me. I just wasn't feeling like beer when I visited, but the next time I'm in Muncie, I will definitely stop by for some beer. The service here is very accommodating and friendly. He asked if we were there for the band and I said, "No, we are here for dinner." We ordered two Bantams. Finally, at 6 p.m. we left. Our beers never arrived. There was no apology from the hostess and we let the waiting customers know unhappy we were with the service. No one should have to wait for 30 minutes for a beer at a brewery.
