If I could give a zero star I would. This place is all about the insurance checks and not the clients. Glen/Mayra makes up rules every day for no reason. And the staff violates HIPPA and OSHA compliance on a daily basis. Personal property is gone through when you leave the house at anytime anything that is personal is gone through even if it is private. The food is shit and is rotten half of the time and they blame the catering staff when the refrigerator has been failing for over a year. Staff is incompetent and they don't know how to help anyone who has medical needs. This place is a joke to say the least. My insurance company will be called and a complaint will be filed. OSHA will be called as well. Glen the owner of the company only comes to the houses to go through the clients private journals. Not to mention that Christina smokes Dope in the bathroom at night and Fraternities with the clients. This place is such a negative rehab and that's why their Relapse Numbers are so high. They find any excuse for clients not to leave the house for what is part of the "Programming". Anything you do is cause for termination of your rehabilitation. Mayra yells at the clients when it is supposed to be a positive message. They will tell you anything to get you through the door and then change everything. Who in the world would rate this place 1 star is pretty much probably in the same shit hole before entering this place. I'm sorry and god forgive me but this place honestly SAVED me from probably killing myself. I wasn't in no feeling to go to rehab or changing my ways but by the Grace of God, "THANK GOD!" Haters are going to hate.. But in recovery we are taught that treatment gives you the tools you need to be successful in your sobriety and it is up to YOU to apply them when needed. His House New Creation saved my life. They allowed me to be a better mom to my kids and wife to my husband. They provide spiritual support/teachings. Meetings and groups all day every day. This works if you work it. And if I could get thru it during covid And being on lock down in the house 24/7 because of the county regulations during covid, then YOU can do it too. And a year and a half later I am a part of their amazing alumni family that has given me the fellowship and and support that is so important when maintaining long term sobriety. So to all the negative review makers I ask this.. "What are you doing for your recovery today?" Because you will get out of treatment exactly what you put into it. This place has changed my life forever. I'm so grateful for having gone to here. Just like any place it has its ups and its downs but this place helped me save my life. My case manager Patty knew what I needed hear and helped me get my butt in gear, she taught me the importance of loving myself and before going to treatment I didn't know how to do that. Personally the staff there is amazing, I learned something from each one of them. One of the support Precious taught me how to remain grateful and truly made such an impact on my life and in my recovery. I thought for a while about if I should review or not. However, I wish I had known more before I agreed to go to the center. This place is neither Christian based nor science based. There is no Christianity in this place. You do not attend church nor have any Christian associations or ability to interact with the Christian faith while there. I did not know how unscientific the program was until I studied addiction. I was unable to remain stable while in the house. I thought it was something wrong with me. It was definitely in large part because I was denied my antidepressants. However, addicts need a strong social circle. This program isolates you in an attempt to control your access to drugs. This is both unrealistic and not healing the disease. Addicts need people and a fellowship to heal. I knew I was not thriving and asked for days if I could look into a different program. The staff refused to help me look into a transfer. I had no money, or transportation and I was hours away from anyone I knew. This was incredibly unsafe. Please think about these things before going into a place. If you need to be locked down it is actually, safer, cheaper, and healthier to go into a medical hospital detox. read more

***WARNING*** Do not chose New Creation for rehabilitation, they do not care about you at all. All they care about is your insurance company's money. They won't even consider you unless you have insurance. I spent 30 days in a house in Redlands built in 1920s. Everything in the house was old (toilets, shower, beds, etc.), 2-3 beds per room. It cost me over $42,000, and about $10,000 out of pocket! They charge exorbitant fees for everything without telling you (drug tests, meds, trips to psychologists, etc.). They made me sign an "IOU" (promissory note) for $3,500 or they wouldn't provide me a "return to work" letter (which was required by my work). And when asked, they wouldn't even explain what the promissory note was for! It was flat-out extortion. Their facilities are run-down, and more importantly, they are not certified by the State of California so you will not be able to make a successful disability claim to get disability benefits while in this rehab (I tried and was denied). I actually called the state disability board which explained to me they had many claims from New Creation (used to be called His House New Creation), and they were going to deny them all because their certification is from a third-party and not the State of California. They are also not a Christian facility. All they do is keep you busy with in-house meetings, external AA (or NA) meetings and homework. They don't do much at all related to rehabilitation. If you care about a loved one and want to get them help, do not send them to New Creation. A 29 year old male person actually died from a heroin overdose the day after I left the house I was in. I spent weeks with this individual, and he was able to get drugs while in the house/program! Does that sound like an organization that knows what they are doing? That cares about their people? Stay away from this company. Their main office is on Pittsburg street in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. All they care about is your money. They will bilk your insurance for all they can and you will get nothing in return! read more

before going to this treatment center I was a lost soul with no hope for a better life because I was comfortable in the hell I had been in..I walked in with no intent to stay sober ..being there realizing I'm not alone and seeing there is still good people out there who care..I did what was suggested,found myself someone I never really knew and a new way to live without the use of drugs which in my world that didnt exist..the staff actually talked to me like i mattered..food was the best..its not like other places . it became home no matter the amount of time your blessed to be there. i literally owe them my life.if i could explain to other addicts the difference it made for me i would but it's one of those unexplained things you need to experience..changed my life forever. read more

No..... I spent 40 days in one of these places and it was the biggest waste of time and money I have ever spent... it's set up for failure... I live with serious regret now because I had to live in that place... I can go on forever about what's wrong with this company... I have ptsd anxiety and depression which they said they will help me with while I'm there... I had a panic attack every single day that I was there and lived in constant anxiety and not once got a single bit of help with my problems.. by the time I was exiting they had me taking 20 pills a day all which just made my problems worse.. I went in there addicted to one pill and they prescribed me an immense amount of bs that made me feel horrible.. every time I tried to leave they tried so hard to convince me to stay saying they will have the doctor in to help me and of course I don't see him for a week and he just prescribes me seroquil and whatever else which they want me to take after I wake up... seroquil is a heavy sedative for sleep.. I tried so hard to help myself after suffering for so many years and I begged them to actually listen and help which they never did after a horrible 40 days.... they kept saying if I leave early I will be ama and my insurance will drop me... I was only suppose to stay there for a couple weeks at most and after 10 days I was desperately trying to leave.. they would not even let me charge my phone so I could call for a ride to leave... my case manager patty was the most horrid person I have met in a very long time... she never asked me how I'm doing talked to me or anything.. I over heard her on a phone call to her son callling him a pos alcoholic and drug addict right outside the front door of this place.. please find a better way to get clean.. find an outpatient program.. read more
