Two weeks later, the unit was not working, and I had them return. They suspected a leak, a leak that was not there two weeks earlier, so they added dye and freon to the system and instructed me to let it run for a week or two. When they returned to check the system, they had to remove some of the freon they added (that I paid for) and charged an additional service fee. I scheduled a service for the dehumidifier but had to have them back out sooner because the unit wasn't working again. They returned and said nothing was wrong and charged a service fee without servicing the dehumidifier. Now, trying to get the dehumidifier serviced will incur an additional service fee.
