    Great beers
    Tracey B.

Great brewery with a local bar vibe. The beers are great, and they have a good selection on tap, plus cans to go. The night we were there they had a taco truck in the parking lot.

A spacious taproom with 8-ish beers on draught with a hazy IPA focus, Zuppardi-branded personal pizzas, other small bites like pretzels, and a lot of swag. NEBCo has a substantial local presence, but I'm glad the taproom had rarer variants. G-Bot and Double Fuzzy Baby Ducks were both good hazy IPAs. Nice staff, great service, good prices, i.e. $6 for a 16-oz Sea Hag pour.

I've watched this brewery grow so kuch over the years. We we're going and enjoying their delicious beer when they were pretty much just a brewery! To see how it's expanded, and expanded again, and expanded again! - really warms my heart. They have great beer, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the atmosphere of the tasting room and on site location is fun and intimate. It's always a pleasure going there!

My go to brewery in CT. Beer is always fresh and cold. Staff is amazing! I love the fact they do a lot of community/fund raising events/beers.

NEBCo beers are some of the best in the state, and they are constantly innovating. I have many favorites, and getting them on draft adds to my delight. I came for a Sunday yoga and beer event, where we did all levels yoga for an hour and then could drink for an hour and a half or so. During the event, they had a secret Fuzzy Baby Ducks keg, which was a nice touch. Unlike other breweries, this one has a limit of the number of tastings you can get in a day, which I thought was a little odd, so you'll just have to plan accordingly. The bar doc, Memphis, a greater swiss mountain dog, is a sweetheart. NEBCo can be a little tricky to find. Waze had no idea how to get to the parking lot, but taking the turn off the major street is the easiest way, even if it seems like you're driving through another parking lot to get there.

Pros: location is great. Near to SamAsh in Woodbridge/ New Haven Lots of IPAs They have half pours They have a area for music as well inside Pet friendly Cons: first : horrible parking situation. No clear marks . The area is shared with a car dealership. And people had parked wherever they could. They didn't want to go all the way back to try and see if there is space so they just parked wherever they could and made the entry and exit into a one car lane. So inconvenient We generally like citra mosaic hops but they were mostly citra Amarillo hops. Not to our taste. No flights offered but half pours are there. Beers were served in plastic cups which I didn't like

Don't be fooled by the promise of heated, covered outdoor seating. It was a little chilly outside but we wanted to sit outside because we have little kids ... and it's still covid so we aren't fans of bringing them to crowded outdoor places. We rolled up with our kids in tow and the tented area ... has no covering. There was one tiny outdoor area that was covered. Okay, fine, there were heaters. My husband went inside to ask if we could have help turning the heat on. The staff told us only one heater worked. Okay, fine, but not cool that no one offered to help us. We tried to get the one heater with propane to work but it didn't ... all while the unhelpful staff watched from inside. We left. NEBCO is the top sponsor of my cycling team: Team Craft Beer.

I've been going to New England Brewing Company since 2013 and they are easily my favorite brewery in the state of Connecticut. In 2013, they were one of maybe five breweries in the state. Now there are around 100, but they still remain one of the best. Prior to my first visit to NEBCO, I had no idea that you could actually go to a brewery, maybe take a tour, and buy beer from them directly. That concept is so common now, but it was a relatively new idea back then. NEBCO distributes beer to various package stores around the state, but for their best offerings you need to go to the brewery directly. Most of their beer is canned, some special offerings are released in bottles, and some of their beers are available in growler fill form only. My favorite offerings of theirs include G-Bot (formerly known as Gandhi-Bot), Sea Hag, Fuzzy Baby Fucks, Imperial Stout Trooper, Kewl Beans, and the list goes on and on. They keep adding more great beers to their lineup and their operation keeps getting bigger and bigger. Even their worst beers are better than some breweries' best beers. Not only do I think that they have the best beer in the state, but I also think that they are one of the best breweries in all of New England, along with Treehouse, Trillium, The Alchemist, and Lawson's Finest Liquids. NEBCO has hosted many fun events at the brewery over the years and they are even the top sponsor of my cycling team: Team Craft Beer. Their customer service is also fantastic. A few days ago, I went to get some can packs to go. When I got home, I realized that one of the packs that they gave me was wrong (they gave me 'Double Fuzzy' instead of the similarly named 'Double Hag'). I realized it was just an honest mistake. I returned to the brewery and explained the problem. They apologized several times and let me keep the pack of Double Fuzzy for free. Now that's great customer service! If you ever come to visit Connecticut from out-of-state and are looking to check out some of our great craft breweries then NEBCO should be first on your list!

Finally - I made it to NEBCO and it was worth the wait! As a fan of their Facebook page I noticed that the had the infamous G-Bot on tap so since we were going to visit a couple of other breweries in the area - I figured I would try my luck, and hoped that there would still be some available when we arrived. The beer gods must have been smiling down on me and I was rewarded (after a bit of confusion about their location) with my own growler (my first purchase of one) of G Bot as well as smaller one of Gold Stock Ale. The pouring room is very no frills - basically you walk in - see what's on tap and get on line. It moved pretty quickly the day we were there and as we waited, I was able to try their Gold Stock Ale and 668 Neighbor of the Beast. There's something about drinking beer on tap that is a wondrous and nirvana-like experience, especially if the beer is good. Yes - the beer from NEBCO is awesome and getting is within a stone's throw of where it's brewed takes it to a whole other level. I had come here to just get a G-Bot growler but after tasting the Gold Stock - I could not leave without purchasing a small growler as well. There were some people that came through and just wanted a tasting and the employees were happy to oblige but for the most part this is a fill and go place. There are some standing tables around to enjoy the last sip of your beer sample but that's pretty much it. If you have had trouble finding some of the elusive beer offerings I would suggest making the trek down - it's well worth the drive!

Great Beer. Cool place. Everyone is nice. Service is great. Live music is always good. And the beer garden is excellent when it's open.

Ask about a collab stout or a triple‑dry‑hopped hazy and you'll get real tasting notes, not the generic "it's smooth" answer you get at lesser taprooms. And the beer selection? This is where 12 Percent flexes. Rotating taps full of experimental drops, collabs with cult‑favorite breweries, and a lineup that swings from pastry stouts to funky saisons to IPAs that taste like someone squeezed a whole orchard of tropical fruit into your glass.
