My truck didn't have not one scratch on it and I did a ton of damage to my rear quarter to my beautiful truck that had less than 15 k on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma double cab! My body shop I used to go to retired out of the business after 40 years and I heard through word of mouth Marty did excellent work so I immediately took my truck down to have them look at the vehicle! I met with the secretary when I walked through the door who was very friendly and had me meet with Sam the adjuster who was very helpful and friendly person! He calmly told me that the damage I did can be easily replaced because it was all bolt on and can be painted before it gets put on the vehicle! I sold Toyota for 38 years and sold myself this vehicle and did not know that! I was a nervous wreck! He said to drop the truck off that Sunday night and while we were talking he ordered all factory parts! Two and a half days later the vehicle was done perfectly and properly without blending paint! They matched the paint perfectly! He also never asked for parts money up front! He never knew me from a hole in a wall before this encounter! What a guy! Marty came out at the end and took the car back to take care of a chip I had no charge! I highly recommend Marty! You can't ask for a better repair facility! Both Sam and Marty are awesome! Insult to injury I still had same problem when I drove off to what I brung vehicle in for! I had to spend weekend ordering and installing coils which ultimately proved to be fix for my vehicle. I spent a total of $500 for plugs and coils in which I had to order and install coils to fix problem! I'm sorry, but $439 final bill should have included coils-at that price there should be no call for me having to order and fix vehicle myself for that particular car issue. Very poor, costly, bad lesson/experience...will never use this operation again!
