Dealing with NEO was so easy. I took a shot at designing my own shed, but I wasn't sure which extras were really worth it. So I decided to take a drive up to Methuen to talk with the folks in the office. They were very straightforward and advised me not to pay for a couple of the extras I thought I needed and recommended some others I hadn't thought about. I was replacing an old shed in an inconvenient place, about 1.5 feet from two fences. Most other shed companies told me flat out they wouldn't do it because they needed 3 feet clearance to build the shed on-site. NEO, however, told me that they could build it nearby and then roll it into place for a very small upcharge. This was much more helpful than I had been experiencing with their competitors. I needed my old shed removed, as I recently injured myself and couldn't do it myself. NEO to the rescue. They sent two men out a couple days before the new shed was installed and they took everything away, including some old wood and junk inside. They took away as much as they could and neatly piled up the rest. Installation was so quick. It honestly took only two hours. The back yard is accessible by only a fairly narrow gate, but they still got it done. They asked for approval when siting it, which was an issue because nothing in our backyard is square. This was a positive experience in a situation with a number of issues. NEO's answer was always: we can do that. A real relief these days.

We contacted Jon and he made an onsite visit to assess our needs, then helped us customize the design with the company's online design tool. Jon was able to answer all of our questions which allowed us to feel confident about our purchase. We were so excited for the final product to arrive, and it did so under the anticipated timeframe. The friendly and experienced crew assembled it so quickly, which was captivating to watch. The shed is made of high-quality materials and far exceeds our expectations in terms of it's storage capacity. We have received many compliments from neighbors and passerby and it has genuinely become a focal point in our driveway.

Never tried to oversell and actually helped save a little with some of there input. She's was ordered and delivered within 5 weeks!! Huge shed/garage 14x24! Crews showed up by 7am and were all installed by 130 the same day! Very clean and neat crew, highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed
We just had our shed delivered and installed and the entire experience with NE Outdoor was nothing short of excellent! I had done my research and decided on NE Outdoor for a several reasons(price was competitive, sheds looked solid, many options, great web site for shed design), but one of the driving reasons was that they could do everything! They could do the removal of an old shed, the site prep, and then the delivery and installation. Other companies would only do the delivery/installation, leaving me to coordinate the other services. They were clear and responsive on dates for everything and offered 18-month 0% financing. The guys who delivered and installed were on time, efficient and respectful of our yard and lawn. I couldn't be happier with the process and product.

The option to add wall height AND a taller double door with it (which a competitor did not have) was key for me. Pictured is a 12x14 Aspen Deluxe in the Platinum color. By ordering in March and having installation in early April, we only waited 3 weeks and took advantage of the winter/spring sale they ran while quiet.
I moved in July and my garage was full....time to empty for winter. I did some shopping around and was completely impressed with the new England shed. The family atmosphere that they hold drew me in. I love that they build right at their warehouse and then put together on site. From order to drop off was a little over a month, not bad at all. They gave me a window of 7-9am and they actually showed up at 6:55, a huge positive as it didn't take up too much of my day. The craftsmanship of the product is amazing, I was hesitant to even fill it, because it looked so good. I highly recommend New England Shed for your shed needs!

The lead times were not long at all (a couple weeks) They showed up on time and worked quickly (install was about 2-3 hours) The crew left my backyard clean and the shed speaks for itself. Not only is it beautiful, and made with quality materials, its 100% customizable. Style, siding, trim, options, window heights, roofing, etc. I was even able to add a loft for extra storage up top, and beautifully built shelves that span the entire back section. I can't wait to purchase a pergola for my backyard in the coming years.
New England Outdoor was a breeze to work with. I really didn't have an idea of what I wanted when I first spoke with Jon, but after a few minutes, he had come up with three different designs! It also helped that their prices were lower than everyone else I spoke with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shed.

We purchased a shed through New England Outdoor recently. I was nervous about making a purchase online, without seeing their product in person, but I am so glad we did. It's exactly what they promised! It is what we need to store our snow blower, etc. I asked endless questions and the owner, Jon, and another employee named Lauren were incredibly patient. They answered every question within a day or less. I have had so many negative experiences with contractors, but this was a great purchase from the first email to the professional install. At one point, Jon said I could have the guy who installed our shed pad (see picture) call him if he had questions to ensure it was done properly for drainage purposes. I have never had such a positive experience with a major purchase-- of anything. I wish I needed another shed. I would buy one from them again. My suggestion is to find out exactly what you need to ensure a seamless install. They list details on their website for reference. Send them a picture and ask if it looks reasonably within their parameters. They answered every question. A good quality shed isn't cheap, but done well-- it's so worth the money. I want to add that the crew who installed the shed were incredibly professional. They showed up early. They worked diligently. They got the shed up in a very timely fashion and cleaned up better than anyone who has ever done work on our property. I highly recommend NEO and Eastern Shed who did the install. Great service. This is the second shed we bought from New England Outdoor. They have always been responsive and professional. This time I ran into scheduling conflicts and had to reschedule a few times. They had my shed ready shortly after I ordered it and they were nice enough to store it for months until I could get scheduling taken care of. I highly recommend this company, New England Outdoor Sheds and Gazebos. Their site is user friendly, with options to design your structure online. Jon and Ryan were really helpful and patient, encouraging me to change any details as needed until the delivery date was finalized. The builders were timely in the delivery of the shed and built it on site. From start to finish they were courteous and professional. The price was reasonable and the quality of materials and craftsmanship were excellent. The clean up was great- they left without a trace, except for my beautiful shed studio! read more

Looking forward to years of good usage - storing everything from the snowblower to lawn furniture and bicycles in there. Now if I can only figure out a way to list it on Airbnb and rent it out. We ordered the shed online and received a call verifying the order within a few days. The communication from start to Finnish was superb !!!!!! The whole process start to Finnish was great! We did wait 5 or so months but I ordered the shed with the full understanding that wait times and delivery would be delayed. The delivery was simple and fantastic. The guys were done in about 90 min. NE Outdoor delivered my shed last week and I could not be happier! I started looking at sheds a few months ago and did quite a bit of research. I was told that Reeds was the only way to go, but after looking at the little details (trim, design, options, etc...), the quality of this shed far exceeds that of what Reeds Ferry delivers. The NE Outdoor online shed builder was intuitive and there were plenty of options to select from. However, there were a few minor changes I wanted to make which were not available on the builder. I contacted NE directly and spoke to Jon. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, made a few recommendations, and was able to accommodate my preferences. The builders showed up at my house and assembled the shed in 5-6 hours. They worked efficiently to get the job done, but took the time to make sure the shed was exactly where I wanted it, and made sure it was assembled properly. They were professional, courteous and very personable. Great group of guys! Overall, I was very pleased with my decision to go with NE Outdoor. Jared, Jon and Chrissy were all great to work with and the shed is clearly built to last a lifetime. Not to mention I feel great about supporting a small, locally operated, family owned business. The folks here at New England Outdoor Sheds and Gazebos were great to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. The pricing was very reasonable, and I was able to take advantage of a 10% off sale they offered in the spring. The shed is of high quality, and my husband and I love it. It really is a beautiful product. We are so happy that we went with the transom window because it really made a difference. Overall, had a good experience. As someone who isn't a builder. Hoped there would've been more explanation of the material used and possible upgrades. Would've appreciated recommendations and suggestions. Always felt like they may have been too busy for their own good. Taking time to explain to the customer goes a long way. The crew was in and out within 2 hours. Crew and myself made an error in placement of loft. But, I'm not experienced builder (as most clients). Would've expected them to throw a red flag prior to installing as they do this everyday. Company sent an email asking for a fair and honest review. There's always room for improvement. I would work with them again in the future. read more
