This is your typical Greek pizza but they do it well. Perfectly cooked and not greasy. Great apps as well.

The pizza dough is sweeter than I like and the grilled chicken on his salad was just ok.

My partner and I frequent NE PIzza on average 2 x weekly. The staff and managers here are PHENOMENAL! They are incredibly friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The place is IMMACULATELY clean and they make every effort to make your dining experience pleasant, relaxed and very affordable. We make a point of traveling from Eliot, ME simply because it is worth the trip. I am not related or connected anyway, just thrilled in this day and age to have such exceptional service in a pizza / restaurant. The pizza is Great and the chicken Parm is delicious. The folks at New England Pizza did an outstanding job of accommodating us in getting us, and handling our large party. Tonight's meal was a fail! We ordered our pizza tonight at approximately 610 and got it an hour later. That was for one small, cheese pizza. I even went to the counter and asked, if they had forgotten about us. The response was, " it is done and will get it in a minute,"... That wasn't really honest at all. It had not been made or cooked. To be up-front I'll say that I do know the owners but as a big-time pizza critic I'll say I can give a fair review of New England Pizza. This is not an Italian Pizza parlor and the style isn't NYC or Chicago either - the owners are Greek. Pizza here is an interesting style like I haven't really had at other places, the crust is moderate to thick and the sauce is slight sweet and tasty. Prices are reasonable and this is pretty much your average Greek pizza place, similar to a few Greek pizza places I've been in Cambridge/Boston. The menu is also quite large and slightly Greek-biased so there are plenty of options for whatever you want. This is family owned and the service and atmosphere reflects that. I'm a huge pizza fan and I have to say I enjoyed a few slices here. There's no need to go out of your way to get a bite here but if you find yourself stopping by not a bad option by any means. read more

This is a comfortable, standard pizza and sandwich shop that always delivers friendly quality. I've been a customer for 20 years and have always been satisfied. My last visit a few days ago, I was greeted with the nicest, friendliest woman to take our order. She was just delightful. Then an young man brought the food to our table and he was equally pleasant and helpful. We sat and chatted with friends for a really long time and since it was mid-afternoon, nobody was waiting for tables and it was very comfortable. I just love this local restaurant. read more

My boyfriend and I were staying in NH for the weekend and decided to try takeout from here (it was way too cold to go out at night btw). The first time we had lasagna, fries, and buffalo wings. They actually gave us regular wings instead of buffalo but still tasted good so no complaints. Second time we got pizza and despite it being warm rather than hot, it was still delicious. The crust....amazing. Probably the best crust I have ever had. It stayed crunchy and fluffy even after microwaving it the next morning. I would def come here again. read more

Everyone has their own personal idea of what a good pizza should taste like, in fact I like several different styles but regardless of your preference you will find that NE Pizza is pretty good eating. They also have an extensive menu of side dishes, sandwiches and salads so if you don't feel like pizza you'll definitely find another choice (I also like the cheese steak sandwich). The service is quick and friendly; you order at the counter and they'll bring it to your table when it's ready. They have plenty of tables in their dining area and it's located in a strip mall with lots of parking. Nothing outrageously fancy; just clean, fresh, good food. read more

Great pizza! The best part about this place is that you can consistently rely on it for a great meal. Haven't tried anything else on their menu except for a chicken parmesan sub and their pizza, but I'm sure everything else on the menu is great as well! Ordered some takeout on a whim...Pizza was soggy and super greasy, crust was obviously not homemade and of the cardboard variety. Wings were surprisingly...also soggy, and our baklava never made it into the bag. Sad day for a pizza lover. read more

New England Pizza has great food and a wonderful staff. I work in Stratham, and for years have been scouring Portsmouth Ave. (rt. 33) for a good lunch place. New England Pizza is a welcome oasis of phenomenal home-made food among a desert of less-than mediocre lunch spots. Nothing else in Stratham or Exeter even comes close to the quality of food and staff that you will find at New England Pizza. The owners and staff are extremely courteous and grateful. They make me feel like I am part of the family when I go in. They always go above and beyond the normal food service operation. 2 out of my last 3 takeout visits have resulted in my order being incorrect - Twice in last 4 visits I have had to wait for my order to be completed because they have missed something(Without failure, I always have to repeat my order, which clearly doesn't help) - This is super inconvenient as I usually have my infant daughter with me. My Advice CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU WALK OUT!!! If it is wrong, ask for a refund for the missed food, as they will not make it a priority, you will wait!!! Not sure what is going on here, but quality control seems to be waning as well. Example, I always ordered their Tuna sub because it was stuffed, I could get 2 meals out of it, now it is no better than a prefab sandwich at a quick-mart. Last order of chicken fingers resulted on the insides being cold. Chicken soup is not made fresh, I watched as they scooped it out of a vat and reheated it in microwave. My wife loves this place because their calzones are good, only reason I go there...If you want a better pizza, visit Mama Lena's in Stratham. read more
