I normally go there now that I have moved to the area; they are great, but what got me here is that since I did them 2 days ago, they broke 3 times. I believe that they were too long for my lifestyle. EVERY TIME I came back, they fixed it till we find the length that works for me and fixed my nails at no charge, even when I insisted on paying . I have been going to Evian for ten years and they are amazing and consistent. The manager is extremely thoughtful and the staff is professional and accommodating. They do old school manicures and new cutting edge designs. Highly recommend since there are so many salons in Port this is the best on my list. read more

The unprofessionalism of Evian nail and spa is absurd I went in there to take my powder gel off.the first thing that caught me off guard was the fact that 2 people had to remove my powder and the fact that communication is lacked the first employee told me to leave the aluminum on for 10 minutes 2 minutes later and other employee came and took it off right away second she only waited a couple minutes after to try again and used a metro card to remove my powder. I wouldn't have had a problem but the pain was excruciating and I told her nicely to stop and she kept telling me it's almost over and it wasn't only for one nail it was for over half I was in pain I thought nail salons are suppose to be relaxing and the audacity she had to ask for a tip was very disappointing read more

Definitely THE WORST gel mani I've ever had. First, when I walked in, they tried to upsell me to any/every but what I asked for. It seems they are partial to acrylics and dip powders vs. regular gel manis and it shows. The tech who started my nails was sweet and I was confident she was going to do a good job but then someone else came in and I was handed off to another tech. Idk if there was a race or what but homegirl sped through the removal of my old gel and filing as though she were in a competition. My nails were barely cleaned and my "filed" edges were frayed...so much so that 4 days later, I'm still filing my nails. My polish is also lifting which NEVER happens when I get gel. I was looking forward a place closer to my location. This certainly will not be it and I'm most certainly never going back. read more

I've been coming to Evian Nails for 4 years, and have never been disappointed. Great Customer service and quality of mani pedi is amazing! After the Covid Pause I came for a mani pedi, I felt safer than going to a supermarket. Other stores have a process, however, all for show and not following the posted rules. Evian Nail's process in place is for safety and the real deal. Mask required, hand sanitizer when you enter required, they spray your shoes with sanitizer, and heavy plastic in front of you during a pedicure and manicure. First of all, this place looks very clean and new... so I wanted to give it a try... Surprisedly they don't use tube lining for pedicures ( which almost everywhere else does in town) and file and buffs are all used( by law it should be all new and clean for each person) Wish they can have some improvement soon! read more

Came here with a friend who spoke so highly of this salon. Made an appointment and had a powder manicure done. When you walk in, the salon looks very luxurious and everyone was so friendly. I wasn't very happy with my nails after I had left. At the base of the nail it was super uneven and raised. guess too much top coat was applied ? I thought maybe when it grew out it would look better.. nope. Barely lasted a week before my nails started lifting so bad. It is now 2 weeks and they look terrible. They also charge $35. If i could give ZERO i would - this place is absolutely disturbing and disgusting. Took my daughter in to remove her powder only . Which is the most simple thing to get done. First they switched 2 technicians within minutes - one wrapped the nails one comes to remove them within 1 minute just to put them back on . The moment i step out of the salon to get something from next door appreantly the technician TAKES OUT A DARN METROCARD AND STARTS TAKING OFF THE POWDER USING A METRO CARD ! by the time i came back to the salon my daughter was absolutely traumatized and in pain . She said she kept telling the technician that the metrocard hurts and for her to stop but technician REFUSED TO STOP ! I didnt know how bad it was until after we left and if i did know how disturbing her experience was i would have spoke to the manager. Save yourself the trauama and stay far away from here. I have been going to Evian since they opened. Always been satisfied but things have changed for the worst. Prices went up as most things have these days. However, the pedicure was so quick and therefore poorly executed. Polish not good and cuticle was poor done. I don't mind paying more but I expect the service to be as good if not better than before. The atmosphere is cute, they have relaxing music on and it is clean. I called for an appointment and they took me right away. That was the end of the 'good part' of my experience. I was passed off between a few technicians. It seemed no one wanted to be bothered. When I soaked the gel off of my nails Lisa asked me twice if I had done them there before. By the third time she asked I said I had been a customer previously and had used the same nail gel they were going to be using now. I asked if it was a problem removing the gel because of the way she kept shaking her head and vigorously trying to remove the gel. At which point she slowed down and said it was ok. She tossed my hands, asked if I wanted to cut the cuticle- which she barely touched after I said yes, and didn't give a massage as they have done in the past. I noticed all the other manicurists gave their customer massages so I know it comes with the manicure. I didn't ask for anything complicated just a regular gel manicure but they seemed to be annoyed when you're not a usual customer. I won't be returning. read more

Someone told me Evian was under new management. I decided to give it a second try and as soon as I walked in for my appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes, she never asked if I wanted them round or square yet filed on her own judgement, tossed my hands rudely everytime I had to dry the gel, and my nails came out as if I can do it myself...Based on my experience here, I will not be coming back. read more

My friend and I made appointments for 5:15 pm. We got there at 5:15 and they told us to pick our colors and they'd be with us shortly. We were sitting there waiting for AN HOUR!! This was a Thursday night, not even a weekend. After about 50 minutes of waiting one of the ladies finally told my friend to take a seat, and then 5 minutes later another staff member came with her client and asked my friend to move. How rude. So we waited for another 10-15 minutes. Then they finally began on our nails. The lady who did my nails was rude and rushed my nails they are totally uneven and the complimentary massage that they give us lasted 10 seconds and was so half-assed and rushed. I hate to be mean but it was. I was so furious at how long they made us wait that I wanted to demand a discount at the end when I was paying, but the lady forced me to pay before even starting my nails. Personally, I feel like once you pay them for the service BEFORE you get your nails, they don't care what it looks like since you've already paid. I asked if I could pay later when the service is done, and the lady flat out said no. I've been there multiple times, it's not like I was gonna leave and not pay. I'm giving this salon 2 stars for a few reasons. I was a customer here since the day this salon opened a few years ago. Coming bi-weekly for a pedicure and gel or powder manicure. The mani and pedi come out nice however I am not treated as a valued customer. I've waited up to 45 minutes to be serviced even with an appointment. I always make an appointment however they always leave me waiting minimum 30 min to start my nails. It's extremely irritating especially since I always call few hours ahead to confirm a time. I will no longer come to this salon. They even have the nerve to talk about you to each other when you show a sense of frustration. I've brought a lot of business to this place but do not receive any sense of respect. read more

Very disappointed I normally love this nail salon from all the other ones in town. I have referred many of my family and friends. Staff was not friendly and kept trying to upsell me and my daughter. I get making more money but I go to relax and enjoy my time with my daughter not to be asked 4 to 5 if I want extra this or that. I spent $91 on two mani and pedi's that both chipped the next day. i show them a picture an my nails look nothing like the picture. I get acrylic and my nails were ridiculously thick and i asked for a slight coffin as it was in the picture my nails looked like triangles an every finger was different. Everytime i go there they can never do it the way i want and they charge more then most nail salons i wouldn't recommend wasting your money at a place like this. Also the girl did me was quite rude.
