Very annoyed and disappointed and won't be back!! Thought we had found a New Dispensary that was closer and unfortunately on Third visit we were given the incorrect product and didn't realize it until we got home and when hubby opened bag I heard him use the " F" word, he was helped by " Ashley" whom obviously wasn't paying attention to what he told her, he always buys " Devil's Lettuce 1/4 and since they don't offer the Special for $72 bud form anymore last 2 visits he bought " pre ground" and when she offered " Henry's original / Forbidden fruit he told her NO yet she rang that up instead of the Devils lettuce, they don't do exchanges or refunds unless product is DEFECTIVE so we're stuck with it!! I couldn't go inside with him because I left my license at home by mistake!! If I had been with him inside it wouldn't have happened because I ALWAYS check receipt and confirm product due to " human errors" from restaurants, retail stores, etc....!! Gotta say this is my go-to spot. They are great! Easy in n out! There is never a long wait. Love the basic set up of the shop too. The bud tenders, are always super friendly. No crazy markups. Very reasonably priced. Even the $5 pre rolls will get you pretty stoned. Really enjoy that the bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Absolute bullshit!! I just bought 2 new Stiiizy batteries sealed and packaged. No issues with the batteries just made a simple mistake of not getting the right item and the manager won't exchange it for any of their other products. Complete BS. After several times of telling this shop how to appropriately stock inventory, particularly Stizzy refills, it just doesn't seem to register. This place is close so I would try and go here, even though they are more expensive than the competitors. I've decided I'm not shopping here anymore and heading to the better shop down the road aka OC3, who's prices are better and they always have their inventory full, especially of stizzy refills. Here's my advice to management, hire someone better to run your inventory. You always say Stizzy's are hot and you run out fast. Anyone with a brain would know at that point to order more so you can make more money. But you continue to not listen to your customers and over charge on the same products your competitors have for less. Figure this out or I won't be the last customer to not shop there anymore. They say you get a military discount but every time I come in it's different, some days I get the full 10% off other days I just get a dollar, and some days nothing. Have been to every worker in the store multiple times and they still can't get it right so I'm over it. Also, I spent almost $20 on a j just for it to not light and fall apart. They charged me sales tax even though by law, as a medicinal user with the proper paperwork, I'm not supposed to pay sales tax.
