Every time I come to town I stop in to this lovely local shop. The staff are very kind, patient & knowledgeable. The products here are top quality from the flowers to the edibles. I picked up some Farmer and the Felon pre-rolls that were very good tasting. WYLD gummies are really nice before bedtime when I have aches and pains. The prices were reasonable and I really enjoyed the variety of statins available. If you need to get some meds stop on in. They are there to serve the community. read more

I've been going here for over a year! The staff is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had my favorites write their name down for this review and lost the paper unfortunately. Even the security staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. Their products are always top tier and prices are extremely competitive. The establishment itself is always clean with 2 restrooms and 2 ATMs. There's Los of parking and it's conveniently just 5 minutes away from the 405 freeway. The best part about New Generation is that they won't get raided and shut down like many other bud houses I've visited over Orange County that pop up and are red tagged a few months later. They are an above the bar cannabis house with amazing selections and staff. read more

Selection is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, fairly priced, BUT... In these times where a pandemic is running rampant, I find is irresponsible to have the following happen at Next Generation: 1) The security guard has a mask. That he puts under his nose. To ONLY cover his mouth. So when he looks at your driver's license, he literally breathe on it, risking contamination. That dude is patient zero if anything happens in the area. 2) Accepting maskless patrons. I saw two guys not wearing anything, going about their shopping, unbothered by the staff. And it makes sense they don't enforce the policy because... 3) Even management doesn't wear a mask. One snazzy looking bald guy, with a sateen shirt that was too small and pointy, shiny shoes came out from the back, wearing nothing but a smile as he moved around the place, maskless. If you're worried about your security, do not go there. read more

It's OK, the facility is conveniently located near the 405 freeway and Harbor blvd. This place only takes cash which is annoying and the ATM charges you $2.75 fee. Bring cash, the bud tenders are mostly friendly.. every now and then you get that one person who is annoyed to be at work and doesn't care about your questions or concerns. but for the most part i've had good experiences. Only thing that bugs me is that my usual favorite weed is almost always out.. i mean if it's that popular why not stock more! other than that i keep coming back because they already have me on their system and i know which strands work for me. :-) read more

Recently I've been in a slew of bad luck I've been homeless for over a year and I just barely started working and I didn't know how I was going to make it for Christmas for my kids but New generation stepped in and donated Christmas toys for all of my boys these people have the hugest heart they are so kind. I gave this place a try tonight not knowing what I'm doing whatsoever! I'm not a smoker & haven't been a huge fan of anything I've really tried in the past. I met someone named Perry & he was more than helpful. He took 20 plus minutes to let me ask a million questions & he explained in major detail all the different products I wanted to know about! I ended up spending $180 something dollars to try all the different stuff he was showing me. It all seemed so perfect for what I needed. I suffer from chronic back pain & am at the point that I will try just about anything! I am so beyond happy I found this place. I'll be going back & looking for Perry when I want help in the future! Theres this bald headed tatted up employee that keeps on lying to me and all my friends every time we walk in there he'll tell you another lie it's starting to actually get us angry‍‍ he'll tell you "it's 20 for the half gram and 35 for the full gram" and when we open up the stapled bag after we leave we're stuck with a half gram of something we didn't even want... We returned back after dinner the same night but was told they could only give me a 20% discount towards my next order. I said to forget it that I won't be returning back ever. $41 down the drain! The receipt says, "Exchanges within 30 days will be honored for defective products." The manager said they only do exchanges on cartridges. If that's the case then why add this on their receipt? High prices do not mean high quality at this store. That joint should have taken us to another level but all it did was make us mad and frustrated!
