Best Wok used to be a good option for quick takeout. They changed ownership or management and since then quality has seriously declined. Burnt , flavorless or stale food is now the norm. Last night I was shocked that my husband brought food from there. I reluctantly tried some rice and General Tso's chicken and was disgusted. So much so that rather than throwing the food (aka: $50) away, I packed it up to return it to them. They need to know how subpar their food is. Unhealthy! Beware! They are serving plastic food; rice and noodles. I've been ordering from this restaurant for years. I always get the same thing; Singapore Mei Fun. Well today upon opening my container of what I thought was my favorite cheat dish, I found that the noodles were unusually white and had a funny smell. Reluctantly I put a fork full of it in my mouth, blah, I quickly had to spit it out. It tasted like nothing. I then called them to complain and question why they were serving this to people and the person on the line just said I can order something else or get a refund....smh! I ordered food for delivery, they ended up not giving me one of the things I wanted but something completely different, which I was alright with. The part that is giving them a 1 star rating is that when I called back and said they swapped on of the items a young man took the phone from the lady that picked up, this is the young man that took my order, and he said I didn't order that and that I was wrong and can't even understand my own order. Here's the thing, I was gonna pay for them to send the correct one but then he just made it worse so I decided to cancel the second order. I was really close to going there myself to see if he was still a tough guy, but I decided to be the bigger person and let it go. Needless to say if that young man is still working there I am never ordering from this place ever again. read more

Used to be my go to spot until my last visit . Buyer beware it seems that providing on honest service has long gone . On my way home from work I picked up my favorite go to at any Chinese store Beef with Broccoli with garlic sauce . When I got home I immediately sat down to eat it . To my surprise the food had slight Oder . I'm not one to smell my food but in this case I should of . One bite and I knew it . My beef had been sour . I thought maybe it's the sauce but regardless it was bad . I rinse another piece off under cold water and held it to my nose to which you could really smell it had gone bad . I even had some else again try a small piece , to which the confirmed it had gone bad . I went back demanding refund and all they could tell me no one said any thing in over 8hrs .
