My wife and I spent hours trying to get a part for our broken stove from KitchenAid then had a horrendous experience with an alternate "big box" appliance repair shop who incorrectly diagnosed the stove and was going to charge us some $500 to return and fix. Taylor diagnosed the stove in 5 minutes, fixed it in another 15 minutes and the part was $18. Initial service call was $129, which is a little higher than the going rate but it's a no frills experience - no nickle-diming, no charge to return with the part. Labor beyond an hour would have been an additional charge but it wasn't required. We are thrilled to have such a resource at our disposal. He does appliances of all kinds. Highly recommended based on our experience.

The former much smaller Wal-Mart was located down the hill across NH 28, which is now an Ocean State Job Lot. This 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter is pretty clean and the staff here seem friendly. This store has a similar atmosphere and layout as the Manchester (Gold St) and Hooksett locations with concrete floors (warehouse-like), food market area to the left, apparel/jewelry/housewares/furnishings in the middle, photo lab/books & magazines/electronics/office supplies in the back, outdoor merch/automotive in the back right, toys section/garden center on the right side of the store and a Subway in the front of the store. Similar to Manchester (Gold St), the pharmacy/health & beauty things/cosmetics sections at this store are located in the front right side of the store. The pharmacy in the Hooksett and Concord stores are located across from the food market section near the center of the store. I've bought many items from the Derry Wal-Mart Supercenter including big picture frames, magazines, fresh produce, salads, Lawry's seasoned pepper, cold drinks (beer & wine), personal hygiene items, OTC meds, toys, wipers, spray paint, calculators, movies, blank media, shoe laces, jogging shorts, and many other things. This Wal-Mart can get very busy at times and the checkout lines may get long including the self-checkout lanes. They will usually page all available associates to the registers when it gets this way.

I called Ekeys because they had an office. I called them and got a $100 estimate. I drove right over there and it turned out that my back fob had no battery in it. They could have taken me for a ride. They charged me $10 for a battery and making a minor adjustment to the key fob I had been using. You don't ordinarily find that kind of service and honesty. I expressed my thanks to them and gave them $20. I was very grateful. It kind of made my day. I have been shoveling snow for 2 days straight and still haven't got all the walks cleared. Gary inspected the ring in great detail and made a recommendation to remove some of the shank and rebuild it, as well as to place tension springs to prevent spinning and slipping. He took his time to measure my finger for the optimal fit. I was told by another jeweler that all of my prongs needed replacement and I wanted a second opinion. Gary again took his time to inspect all the prongs and reassured me that they didn't need replacement. I was very glad for his honesty. The next business day, Gary fixed the ring in 3-4 hours and it came out beautifully. I was so nervous previously to entrust someone with my ring, but I felt at ease. Gary offered that I stay and watch the entire process. He told me to inspect my gemstone carefully after his job was complete as general good practice after having my jewelry worked on! I am so happy with the end result and strongly recommend this jeweler. The key factors that impressed me most were honesty, trustworthiness, attention to detail, patience, mastery of his craft, and sharing of knowledge/providing an understandable rationale for his decision-making. Was a first time customer and brought in 5 suit/pant combo's in for dry cleaning. I brought the…read moreclothes home earlier this week and discovered that one of my suits (the suit I wore at my own wedding!) had a different pair of pants. It is a black Calvin Klein suit and I received a pair of black Banana Republic pants back with the suitcoat. I had never seen these pants before and they did not come close to fitting. I first called the location and spoke with the owner. He explained he has never had this issue before and proceeded to explain his system of marking the clothes to ensure this does not occur. Unfortunately for me, this does not do anything to remedy that I do not have the matching pants to my suit coat. So I proceeded to drive to the location and spoke with the owner directly. He did take the time to look through the clothes they had dry cleaned to see if my pants were there, but there was no luck. The owner then explained that it is possible that my wife (who had dropped the clothes off) must have made the error and that maybe the pants were friends or family's. I had gone through our entire closet prior to driving over and confirmed that we hadn't simply dropped off the incorrect pair. When it became clear there was going to be no solution offered from the owner, I asked if I could be refunded, which he refused. And then he doubled down on saying that it is likely my wife had made a mistake in dropping these pants with the suitcoat. Extremely insulting. Overall, I would say this it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've dealt with and would advise everyone to steer clear of this location. There are enough dry cleaners in a close distance to make going to another place worth it.
