However, once financing was discussed, the terms changed. The advertised package originally included an electric cover, but I was told that if I financed the purchase, the cover would be removed and pricing/specifications would change. What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.

Just ask Mark (who claims to have 35 years experience) why he would install skimmers using only dry, un-mixed concrete dumped from a bag into cardboard boxes as 'forms', with no epoxied rebar set into the pool wall, and no wire ties installed. Ask him why he would use inferior, cheaper flex pvc, while no true pool professional would use it in this region. Ask him why his crew of amateurs have no idea how to set a return line flush with the pool wall. Be sure to read yelp's "not recommended" reviews to see the full picture of what you will get if you are foolish enough to work with Del-Val pool Maintenance.
