There was a follow-up call to let me know that they were on their way and they arrived on-time. Everything was done with politeness and professionalism. They even answered all my silly questions from a homeowner that doesn't know much about plumbing. About a week later it became apparent that the drain clog which we thought was cleared had one more surprise in store for us. I called A&D for a return visit and they worked it out again. All has been good since then. They also reworked a bad drain pipe and installed a new faucet in my kitchen as well as installing a new faucet in my utility sink. These were jobs that I had been procrastinating about for years and I was glad that A&D was able to take care of them for me. I am completely satisfied with their work and I will certainly use them for any future plumbing needs.

In February, they told me that the cost to replace a board in the furnace was $850.00 in one of my rental properties . In the past if they quoted me a price of $850.00 the bill would be $850.00. This time in February billed me $1125.14 after quoting $850.00. When I asked to talk to the owner's daughter, the lady on the phone said that the owners daughter was on vacation and she would call me back in a week. I called again in March and asked to talk to Carrie, the owner's daughter. The same lady again said that Carrie is on vacation and she will call me back the following week. I still have not heard from Carrie. The crazy part is the February bill had a traveling charge! They have never charged me anything called traveling charge. On February 11th no one in the service industry had a traveling charge! Since I was a customer for over 15 years and Carrie and her family has provided excellent service, when I have been asking them to call me back for over 2 months, I am of the opinion that the business was sold and the new owners are not honorable. Great job at keeping your word, fellows. Class act family run business. They knocked some money off but the unit is still not working properly. Tons of service calls and still not working. Their own service guys are even telling us we should have it replaced as they don't know how to fix it. Maybe I'll change this review if Robbie himself gets a hold of me and replaces this piece of garbage, as I'm getting nowhere with the people I have spoken with about 100 times.
