My new and improved truck!
Richard E.

This place is the bomb I would definitely recommend you bring your vehicle here. I brought my truck here after another shop messed it up and these guys not only fix it they made it better than ever! The owner and staff are super friendly and treat you like family. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Again, this place is definitely recommended!

Not only did they make my car look brand new again I was able to continue to drive my vehicle while I waited on my new bumper to be prepped and painted.

I recently took my Mercedes GLC 300 in for a brake pad replacement and battery replacement…read more From the very beginning, customer service was excellent both over the phone and in person. Compared to the dealership, their prices are a great value. I had originally planned to have the work done at the dealership, but after learning about their 20% first-time customer discount, I decided to give them a try. Initially, I only needed my brake pads replaced. However, my car started displaying battery warnings, and both AutoZone and my Mercedes-Benz advisor confirmed that the battery needed to be replaced as well. Since I was already planning to come here for the pads I decided to have both services done here. I dropped my vehicle off around 2:00 PM, and it was ready by 9:00 AM the following morning, which was a very quick turnaround. My only concern came after reviewing the invoice. The total seemed higher than I expected, and after taking a closer look, I realized I had been charged a diagnostic fee for the battery. When I mentioned the warning messages, the staff said they would "check it out." Had I been told they would do a diagnostic to confirm and charge for that, I would have declined it and simply proceeded with the replacement. That said, this experience would not stop me from returning or recommending this shop. The service was professional, the staff was friendly, and the work was completed quickly. My only suggestion is that if you already know exactly what service your vehicle needs, make that very clear upfront so they don't run a diagnostic that is not needed.

They give you the sense of trust in their service. They clearly explained everything that they were going to do to find the leak and then explained what needed to be repaired to fix the leak. The repair was done really well and it only took one day and I also found the price to be very fair. Appointments must be made for all repairs. Many thanks to Brent and Alex for their help and service to get my car up and running smoothly. They really care about their customers and will do everything possible to make sure your car repairs are done correctly. This is my favorite repair shop and I would definitely recommend South Bay Auto Haus to anyone in need of Mercedes car repairs.

Came here to fix my 2017 chevy tahoe radio/stereo. No bueno. They replaced the stereo and my…read moresteering wheel controls now were not working. Had to bring it back and they couldn't figure out the problem so they took tahoe to the dealer. Dealer got the steering wheel controls back working but now 3 usb charging ports weren't working. After a $900 deposit, owner and I split the loss. Smh. I thought i was taking my tahoe to get fixed by professionals, but I was wrong. Ended up taking to dealer and problem was fixed within 2 days.

Went in to see if I could get the amperage draw of my car because my multimeter has a 10A limit…read more What could've been a simple 2 second "no sorry" was instead one of the employees arguing with me about how "a multimeter doesn't read amps, it can only read voltage." The event was so frustratingly stupid that I just had to message my friend as soon as it happened. The following is the conversation: Me: "Hi, I was just wondering if I could get a reading on the amperage my car pulls when it's running." Employee: "why?" Me: "I'm trying to put a system in my car, but I need to know how many amps my car pulls while it's running. My multimeter doesn't read past 10 amps." Employee: "well first of all, a multimeter doesn't read amps because it's a clamp meter that reads amps." Me: "I mean, a multimeter does read amps.. it's just that mine has a 10 amp limit and obviously a car is going to have a lot more than 10, so I just wanted t-" Employee: "multimeters never read amps. And even if they could, it would just be AC. Cars run on DC, not AC. So even if a multimeter could, it wouldn't be able to read DC because that's just the way it is." Aside from the whole interaction being extremely unprofessional, for someone that works at shop where they INSTALL STEREOS, how do they not know the basic functions of a multimeter?? Based on his little "theory" im surprised this man even knew an amp was. In the hopes that the employee I spoke to sees my review, I would like to showcase not one, but TWO of the non-existent, logic defying multimeters reading amperage off a DC solar panel. Or maybe solar panels don't exist either?
