My family and I have been coming to Areli for more than 10 years now. We do not trust anyone else with our hair. Areli always knows exactly what we want, is patient with our process, and will never do something that might cause harm or more damage to our hair. We have gotten single color, highlights, full on blonde, extensions, haircuts, and more and we have never been disappointed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THAT UGLY A** ARELI!!!!!!!! I just wanted a trim. My hair was so long and thick and pretty.I had been growing it out for YEARS. It was beautiful. I just needed the ends and layers trimmed up. Areli cut it all off to my shoulders!!! And then butchered my bangs. They are in the middle of my forehead, thinned out, and uneven. I could have done a better job on them myself. The most obnoxious part? I showed her about 10 pictures of what I wanted and she gave me nothing like any of them. Areli didn't listen to anything I had to say. And, when I expressed my discomfort, she started to get an attitude! Areli was talking to the other customers while cutting my hair and the b*tch thought she was too good!!! Ugh!!!! I'm so mad about my hair!! Where do I start? If I could give Zero stars I deff would! Went in to get a trim she literally lasted 4 minutes!!! What kind of service is that! I Love it here. I don't know what the previous bad reviews were talking about. Ari and Karen are the only people that can cut my daughters curly hair with out chopping it off. I get red highlights and they do not turn orange like other places and the red does not fade out. The first time I got a hair cut here with Areli I was pleased. But unfortunately, it's really hard to get a hair cut here. The first time I went at this salon I was a walk in and Areli (I believe the owner) took me in but had to wait about 20 minutes since she was dying someone else's hair. I asked her if appointments were preferred since she was always so busy and she had told me yes. So second time around I had made an appointment and when I arrived on time for my appointment she was dying someone else's hair and when I had told her I was there for an appointment the face expression she did I just knew she had forgotten. So this made me think with or without appointment it won't matter. I still kept going back and there was many times she will turn me away just for a hair cut because she was busy. This makes me think if your not there to dye your hair then don't go here and waste her time. I understand she takes clients that make her most money but don't be promoting hair cut services if your going to be turning clients away. This happened to me and a few people I know that have stopped by with her. Thankfully, I found a new hair salon and I am grateful I did because this new lady I found knows exactly what a client needs and makes it happen. read more

This is my 3rd time coming here for a haircut. I've never been disappointed, always satisfied with my cut.

I needed a trim on my long layers. Simple right? Nothing fancy just a TRIM. Arely chopped the heck out of my long hair and cut it more on one side than the other! My hair was so uneven and it didn't look layered at all. It looked like some kid tried to cut layers out of my hair and made a choppy mess! Can some one please tell me where I can get a good trim at a low price. I loved my long hair, I just need a trim once in a while without breaking the bank. Great find! I've looking for a spot with great customer service and skills. A co-worker gave me the business card for this shop sometime ago and I had misplaced it. I'm sure glad I found it. I wish I had gone here sooner! I have really fine curly hair and it's hard to find someone who has the finesse and takes the time to take care of her customers. I went to get my hair done probably like 2 weeks ago & i loved it! This is the first time I go to a salon and come out completely satisfied! I had black hair all my life up until now thanks to ari & everybody would always give me the run around on how I needed to cut it and wait because it was gonna be a big process to convert from black to light till I came across ari I went in about 1month and a half ago asking if she could work with my hair instead of telling me to cut it like all the other salons would say she gave me this treatment for my hair and told me to go back in about a month so my hair would get nourished & healthy cause it was really damaged, i went back and that same day she removed the black from my hair gave me two treatments that left my hair feeling awesome & colored my hair as well which i love, it was a huge step for me transitioning from black hair too light hair and I'm so glad I came to her for it shes officially my new hair dresser i love her & i totally recommend her to anybody !!!! read more
