I have been a customer for years and here is why: (I recommend Kat as your stylist) 1. They make take the time to make sure they know exactly what you want before you start with no rush. 2. I always leave with exactly what I wanted and expected. 3. My hair is still healthy after years of dye and bleach. Years ago I used to go to another salon, they would do what I wanted but the health of my hair declined so I wasn't able to grow it long. I recommend making an appointment with Kat. I always ask for Kat cause she always does it perfect. Sometimes she will notice things in my hair that I haven't, like when I need a trim, or treatment. Sat down to wash my hair not even 3 mins later someone came in with an appointment at 2 with milley same person I had my appointment scheduled with ! However not enough to deal with the bad attitude of the workers here. I have been growing out an undercut for what felt like ages. The awkwardness of having long hair and a 2-3 inch undercut underneath was really getting to me, so I finally decided to just chop it all off. After scouring Yelp for salons in my area, I found this one. With only a handful of reviews, but I determined that this was the "best" salon in the area. Anyways, I drove by. The place wasn't too hard to find. Walking in, I was greeted by Jessica. And let me just say, what a delight she was! She was bubbly, attentive, and just all around great when it came to servicing me. I was telling her about my hair and the cut I wanted (showed her a picture) and she was excited for not only the transformation, but also the style of the cut because it was her favorite apparently. Thought to myself, obviously came to the right place and the right girl. Also had Grease (my favorite movie) playing and thought to myself again, DEFINITELY the right place. But anyways, back to Jessica. She spent almost 3 hours on my mop and the whole time was asking me a lot of technical questions about my cut. She really made me feel like I was in control. I took my daughter in for a color and cut nothing crazy just something simple and fresh. We left extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I don't understand why the stylist couldn't stick to what she asked for. It's a completely different result. The hair cut is HORRENDOUS and choppy. Didn't feel comfortable at the salon either. Save your time and money. My daughters hair was very essential for her job as she models for a living. Now we have to go else where and spend more money to fix it. Waited 2 weeks to see if it would fix its self or grow out, but no it still looks bad. I expected flawless results but didn't get anywhere close to that. Came here about a year ago and was quoted $25 for a hair cut, probably had like 2 inches cut off. $25 is a pretty reasonable price because I've been to more professional salons and they charge $40 even with me dying my hair. Came back recently because I thought their prices were good and I needed another 2-3 inches cut off. After my hair was done, I was told that the haircut would be $45. That is a huge price difference in a span of a year, especially for the service I received. No questions asked, I paid and left. I was recently a little disappointed with the price of an ombré and cut. I had previously always been okay with the cost of dyes and cuts, but had never gotten bleach work done. I was charged $350 for both the ombré and cut, Mh hair was also blow dried. Please tell me if I'm wrong in thinking that's a little much.. I would understand if this was a fancy place in a fancy location, but it's not necessarily. My hair ended up looking orange, although I asked for something different. I realize my hair was not virgin hair, but there was more that could've been done to make it look better because I've had that work done before. I've been blonde for a while and had totally burned my hair. I went somewhere else and they gave me a dark burgundy hair color. It was ok but since I've had been bleaching my hair the color fell off. I walk in a danny said he was by himself for the day but he could take me in at 1:00 I had a wedding to attend that day so I said ok I'll be back. He recommended I went darker because of the dead tip of my hair. He cut my hair and put a chocolate dark hair color OMG!!! I was in love my hair looks sooo healthy and it has a beautiful shine. After seeing my review the owner offered to fix my hair. It is fixed and I have that feeling that u get when u leave a salon. Very happy about that. So unfortunately I guess I need to find a new hair salon. I have been coming her for about 6 months and had them bleach and die my hair blonde and was happy. Today however I went in to get my roots done and was thankful they were honoring my appointment because everything is being shutdown again because of COVID. So I was happily getting my hair done and when we were all done she turned me around and my roots were noticeable darker than the rest of my hair. She said do u like it and I said well it's a lot darker and she said well it will fade. She proceeds to inform me that she didn't have the correct n/w so she used an n/n idk exactly what that means. Shouldn't that have been my choice to make seeing as it's my hair. So I spent $145.00 for 2 different hair colors which I basically already had because my roots were growing out. So in 4 weeks I will have 3 different hair colors and all the salons are shutdown so there will be no way for me to get it fixed. Again should have been my choice to make. I should have been informed of the situation before I sat down in the chair before she bleached my roots and then proceeded to die my hair a different color. I'm sad and disappointed and more importantly I don't have that feeling when you leave a salon thinking I look pretty oh so pretty. S read more
