He left his hair all uneven. He left me looking like a mushroom. I kept telling him to fix it but he kept saying: "I don't want to ruin a perfect haircut." What the heck! He also did a horrible job on the line. It seems like he just gives up and thinks his customers are content. We are not! I had to go to another barber to fix my hair. This barber told me that I'm not the first one to seek him to fix Ron's haircuts. I'm lucky he was able to fix it. Won't be visiting Ron again and please don't waste your money on this guy.

Coincidently Katy Salon was open and I walked in, asked the worker Pablo if he was available for hair cut and he said yes. The hair dresser appeared to have rushed through my sister's hair and didnt finish hair drying it like she would with her other clients prior to us. Of course, i was embarassed to tell her why as I didnt know how to explain fully in spanish. Overall, they were very respectful especially about my sister's special needs. Stupid guy then tried blaming on my health. i went to the doctor and showed him my doctor-dermatologist's report-100% good health hair, skin snd not taking medication. He then gave me a conditioning treatment, but not only used it improperly, he gave me the wrong follow up directions. I called the manufacturer who wanted to know if he was "a new operator." I showed several inspiration photos and explained that I was hoping for a straighter, more blended look. The haircut was completed in about 10-12 minutes, which honestly surprised me because I've never had someone cut my hair that quickly. I left terrified. Unfortunately, the result wasn't what I asked for. He added more layers than I wanted, even though I specifically requested a straighter style. He also cut my hair about two inches shorter than I had requested, and the layers don't blend as smoothly as I would like. The haircut doesn't look terrible, but it wasn't the look I was hoping for, and the appointment felt rushed. While Jim was kind and professional, I left feeling disappointed and not very happy with the final result. Because of that, I probably wouldn't return.
