The color was not the same, the style was uneven, and my hair ended up damaged. I paid almost $400 for this service, expecting professional results, but the quality did not match the price at all. At the very least, I would have appreciated honesty if the desired result was not achievable. I left feeling very unhappy with the service, and now my hair needs repair.
