It was my second time coming in, and since my hair had grown out, I just needed a trim cleaning up the sides while keeping the length on top. Karl Cheung was my stylist, and he was fantastic. He immediately understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I also had my hair washed before the cut and tried a down perm for the first time, which made a huge difference since my hair tends to stick up and get unruly.
