I've been going to Ken for years. I've followed him as he went from the original K&E up through him finally opening his own place. I've had him work on my various Hondas and recently even my Hyundai Genesis. Today I had him replace my belts and water pump. He couldn't get one of the parts until late in the afternoon, but he stayed open later so I wouldn't have to come back a different day. He is very thorough in making sure he identifies the correct problem. He doesn't try to sell you services you don't need or fix problems that don't exist; a very trustworthy mechanic. He does only what's needed to fix the problem and is very forthcoming when repairs may not be worth doing. He always shows me the parts he replaces and shows me where the problem was. His labor rates are very good and he does very good, clean work. I've never had a problem after getting a repair done by Ken. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic that does good work on imports at a very reasonable cost, then Ken is your guy. read more

I had my Engine and VSA light on and I explained my car problem to Tung and he took the time to listen and explained to me why it was on. I purchased the part and as soon as he saw it, he told me to take it back because i will have the sensor go off again. Tung told me to purchase the original part so I don't have to go back and forth and worry. He was able to take my car in and fix the problem. I'm so thankful and grateful he was able to take my car today and fix the problem. I was also amazed how clean his garage was and so organized (a big plus!!!) He was so kind and very nice!! I took my car in for a service engine light, I already had an idea that it was my sensors needing replacement. He found that it was my sensors thru the diagnostic, he didn't even charge me for the diagnostic and didn't try to scam me and say I needed replacement but he just reset it and explained that with my car sometimes you just need to troubleshoot it over the computer and only charged me 60$. Called in to ask about my brake pads and the guy quotes me 150$ and when I bring my car in, - sure enough- he says my car (honda accord) needs different "special " break pads and that they are 600$. I told him I wanted to look around a bit and the owner acted pretty rude. Sure enough, I found other places that will do it just for around 100-200$ . I asked if my brake pads needed something "special" and they guy laughed at me.... bleh. I hate it when people do a bait n switch. read more

I am super picky about car repair service. I took my Mercedes to the dealer for most of the years that I've owned it. However, as it is pretty old at this point, I felt that it was time to get away from dealer prices. I've tried several mechanics, even those who specialize in Mercedes but I have never gotten a better service, honest and thorough service than I've gotten here. Kenny's shop is clean and what I like most is for every thing that he does, he gives a very good explanation. In addition to that, every part that he takes out, he sets aside to show you when you pick up the car, so he can explain and demonstrate the work that was done. We have come to trust the work that he does implicitly. He has definitely become our go-to mechanic. He also now works on my husband's BMW as well as our really old Toyota 4 Runner and our daughters Honda. I always feel that the pricing is reasonable and the work is solid. I have never had to return about the same problem twice. I feel very lucky to have found him. Side note: I noticed that some of the old reviews mention a person named Russ, who I'm pretty sure hasn't worked there for quite some time. He also comes across as an honest mechanic. I told Tung I left a review and he told me of one negative review left here. He said that person didn't visit his shop but rather the shop next door and, because his shop sign was next to the shop, the customer thought the shop was his. I've been going to Kenny's Auto shop for a few years now. They are a simple shop, who knows how to fix cars, service them etc...He is a very trustworthy guy, and he has proven time and time again that you can trust his service and prices. Example: I needed to get my Murano serviced, as there was something wrong with the engine. I took the car to the dealership and was quoted over $700 to fix. I took the car to Kenny without saying anything, and he fixed it for $150!!! A couple weeks ago, he helped me get new tires for my Infinity.
