Called in around 3 in the afternoon and they said they were able to take me within 30 minutes. We came in 30 minutes later, just as a car as leaving and he took us in right away. I love this place. I've been taking my cars to T&L for the past 15 years and have NEVER been disappointed. In fact, I sometimes leave there feeling a little guilty because if it's just a minor issue that they can "fix on the spot", they WILL NOT charge me. Just recently, I called Chris (the owner) and explained a problem I was having starting my car. I couldn't get it to the shop and, because it was a couple of days before Christmas, they were shutting down the shop for Xmas and New Years. So....Chris decided to jump in his truck, drive to my house, fix the problem and then drive off yelling "Merry Christmas" (and wouldn't take my money....)! The mechanic is very nice and very helpful. He gave me advice on the best oils to use for my car and was very informative. My car was making strange humming sounds so I came in. He was working on another car but still gave me his time, test drove my car and then fixed the problem with a little bit of power steering fluid. All within 20 mins or so of arriving and leaving. Before I was recommended to them I took my Denali to another shop, they told me that the car needed both front pitman and idler arms.
