Saw 5 star reviews for T&L on Yelp, called them, talked to Andy, got an idea on best time to get my car there, this morning i got it done in 20-25 mins, $60 cash, efficient service, he also explained to me what are different components involved, their respective functions and the "before" and "after" values fitting to recommended specifications. He also checked overall high level status of car (under the hood) and gave his observations and recommendations. Overall, it was good experience. JD has given these guys a bad face on here. I've come to T&L for YEARS for auto repair, in fact I've referred family and friends as well and we NEVER had issues. I usually get the part and they throw it on and just charge me a very reasonable labor rate. Not to mention they pull my engine codes for, ahem, free, and dont screw me in diagnosis fees. I'll keep going to these guys because its hard to find an auto shop thats trustworthy. I've had 16 vehicles myself including 4 motorcycles, I've worked on all of them, so knowing that, just imagine the kind of service I expect and the level of scrutiny I go to ANY auto shop with. $40 for wheels alignment. No appointment. Done in 30 mins with a car before me! What can you say ? It probably is one of the best quote around the area to be honest. Quick and fast service and friendly to the pocket. The only cons is there is nothing in area to explore and walk around if you are doing any type of long hour services, but Andy usually is very fast so waiting is not a problem. $40 for an alignment? Crazy right?! I've never heard of such a thing before... As good as it gets, really. Called in around 3 in the afternoon and they said they were able to take me within 30 minutes. We came in 30 minutes later, just as a car as leaving and he took us in right away. The mechanic is very nice and very helpful. He gave me advice on the best oils to use for my car and was very informative. My car was making strange humming sounds so I came in. He was working on another car but still gave me his time, test drove my car and then fixed the problem with a little bit of power steering fluid. All within 20 mins or so of arriving and leaving. I love this place. I've been taking my cars to T&L for the past 15 years and have NEVER been disappointed. In fact, I sometimes leave there feeling a little guilty because if it's just a minor issue that they can "fix on the spot", they WILL NOT charge me. Just recently, I called Chris (the owner) and explained a problem I was having starting my car. I couldn't get it to the shop and, because it was a couple of days before Christmas, they were shutting down the shop for Xmas and New Years. So....Chris decided to jump in his truck, drive to my house, fix the problem and then drive off yelling "Merry Christmas" (and wouldn't take my money....)! Andy and his brother are absolutely on the most honest auto mechanics I have ever run across. Before I was recommended to them I took my Denali to another shop, they told me that the car needed both front pitman and idler arms. I took my car to Andy and within 3 minutes they found that I did not need any parts only a front end alignment. They performed the work and the car ran great.
