    Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce
    Marie B.

Last minute choice for birthday celebration dinner and no regrets at all! Food was reasonably priced with large portion sizes. Made with fresh ingredients. Ambiance was very comfortable with our server being the best around! I enjoyed the Triple Beef Pho Soup with extra veggie package. Side of fresh spring rolls served with peanut sauce. Highly recommend this eatery to anyone wanting comfort, good food, and customer service bar none.

Grilled Pork Rice Plate , I took bites out of it so it's not as full

Food was amazing!! The spring rolls didn't have too many herbs so it was perfectly balanced with the savory-ness of the pork and the refreshing-ness of the herbs. Wasn't able to try the sauce as I was afraid to. I have food sensitivities and there was no description. The pork chop plate was LOADED. You definitely get more than what you pay for. It's extremely flavorful. I had an extra order of rice cause usually restaurants don't give enough imo, but it turns out I didn't even need to order the extra rice! However since I have food sensitivities (I can't even eat a burger from anywhere) it made my tongue itch a bit. So I have to pace myself when eating. Guarantee nobody else will have this problem though. My only issue (and reason why I didn't give 5 stars) is that on Uber eats there isn't enough detail about the food. I wanted to order some extra things but I wasn't sure what was in it. (Like idk if the smoothies have dairy) and was afraid to order the spring rolls since they don't list what's in them. Unfortunately since I ordered through Uber eats, I wasn't able to experience the atmosphere or service they provide. But given how they portion their food I'd assume they want you to eat like a mother wants her kids to eat.

I got the vegetable fried rice. It just had broccoli and carrots. Very bland, not much favor. Won't be back.

Go spend your money somewhere else. The pho is terrible and really bland. I've had way better pho in my hometown.

This is purely on the Pho review. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I was so disappointed. Little to no flavor.

Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and well executed in this fusion restaurant. The spicy truffle wontons with grilled shrimp were a standout! They were super aromatic with the truffle flavor coming through, and the shrimp added a nice extra layer of texture and richness. The wontons were not quite spicy, however. We also tried thier chili prawn noodles, which had egg noodles and was just as good. The tempura shrimp was also crunchy and added to the great mix of textures. We also had the rockfish, which was in a nice creamy sauce and cooked nicely, complementing the rest of the meal well.

Truffle chili wontons - skin was too thick for my preference and not a lot of filling. They were like mini wontons. The sauce was interesting though, the combination of truffle and chili oil was something that I had enjoyed. I wish I saved the sauce for some other dishes Chili oil noodle with prawn - noodles needed more sauce!! They were a bit dry and I could not really taste the chili oil. Needs more flavor for sure Duck leg confit - this dish tasted so Vietnamese to me? The sauce they put on the duck was reminiscent of something my mom would make. I enjoyed this dish the most. I really liked the way that the sauce from the duck mixed with the rice. Vietnamese coffee creme brulee - coffee flavor was so strong I did not know that the menu changes, so there were some items I saw people get months ago that I was excited to get but they did not have. Maybe will catch some different items in the future

Grateful to have a reliable pho spot in the Snoqualmie/North Bend area!…read more We order takeout from here very regularly, and they've been pretty consistent overall. There was a period when they did some remodeling--maybe it coincided with a change in ownership?--and since then the quality has dipped slightly, but not enough for us to stop going. * The pho is good, clean, and fresh. I always order a large now because the portions seem a bit smaller, and unfortunately the broth is more watered down compared to before. There were even a couple of times when the soup tasted completely off--they probably ran out and had to make a rushed batch, and it definitely tasted like it. After two bad experiences in a row, I stopped going for a little while, but recently returned and it was back to normal (though still more diluted than it used to be). * The pork banh mi is one of the best we've had. * We occasionally order vermicelli or rice dishes, but the amount of meat is pretty small. * Their egg rolls and spring rolls are perfect! Just always double-check your order to make sure you get peanut sauce instead of fish sauce for the spring rolls.

My initial visit was over nine years ago back in 2/4/17 when the restaurant was smaller. It's a great sign to see its longevity, posted local awards, and space expansion for additional seating. Interior seating choices available include booths or tables. Wait staff was pleasant and efficient handing us ice waters, menus, napkins, chopsticks, and flatware upon seating. Same pleasant interior with healthy plants and an aquarium. Menu items have expanded and also offers bubble tea. We shared a fresh roll with grilled pork and their tasty dipping sauce. Love the crunch and overall fresh composition. Mom had the seafood pho which arrived in a ginormous bowl and I opted for the steak and meatball pho in a smaller bowl. We shared the provided fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime wedges, but passed on the sliced jalepenos. The broth was so on point, there was no need to adjust the seasoning. But if needed, there is a variety of additional condiments available at each table to customize one's bowls further. Entree servings and content are so generous, that we ended up packing up our leftover phos. I also bought an additional iced Vietnamese phin style coffee with condensed milk to go. That was nice, smooth, and hit the spot while waiting to board the ferry. Back again in under a week with my mom, but also in tow with The Homie (5/5/26, visit 2of2). This time our visit was much earlier in the day at 1030am, but during our visit the booths filled up with others dining onsite or getting orders to go. Very personable waitperson who also gave us ample time to consider menu options. We shared again the exact fresh roll with grilled pork - tasty, consistent, and generously filled. Mom had her ginormous bowl of seafood pho again and was happy to have all the fresh bean sprouts, basil, and lime wedge to herself. She had been fasting for an earlier doctor's appointment and labs, so she went to town and was focused on her pho. Again, chockful of shrimp, squid, imitation crab/surimi, and fish balls with onions, cilantro, plus that flavorful pho broth and noodles. The Homie was very happy to be able to order pork fried rice without the peas and carrots. Great presentation with the generous pork, scrambled egg throughout, and green onion. Despite earlier items consumed prior, he managed to eat half of the generous entree and had a considerable portion to take home. I tried their version of shaking beef with a scoop of steamed white rice, tender chunks of beef sauteed with sliced romaine, cilantro, green peppers, and onions in a garlic sauce. I did end up picking out the onions to add to the other entree of pork fried rice and separated the green peppers due to personal preference. I ate a few bites, and ended up taking the majority of it home. Again, just the sheer size of the generous serving provided. Worthy detour off of Hwy 303 in East Bremerton for consistent, flavorful menu items and on point customer service! Great dining experiences twice in under a week! 4 stars bumped up to five stars for these two recent visits.
