I have always wanted to try out the spot, and I'm finally glad that I got a chance to stop by the other night! It is a take on Thai with European influence, which they incorporate through ingredients in their dish. We came in on a weeknight and while it was still a little bit busy, there was still plenty of space. I tried the Pad Kee Mao and crispy chicken entrees, which were both good and felt like elevated Thai dishes with their quality ingredients and how the dish all came together. For the crispy chicken, I wish there was more chicken meat to complement the nice crispy layer. The ambience is great, very nice decorations with the florals everywhere which provided a nice uplifting feeling as you walked in. Assuming that they offer a brunch menu, I feel it would be nice to come back here and experience their dining during the day with all the glass windows bringing in sunshine on a clear day!
Decent customer service and really tasty food. I really liked my non alcoholic drinks and the calamari and the Pad See Ew. The space is very cute inside with lots of really cute decor and seating. They also have some seating outside in their small patio. Overall, I'd come back here again to try their other foods and I recommend this restaurant if you're ever on First Hill.

They have lots of colorful drink options and serve Asian-Italian fusion style dishes. The drinks and food were pretty decent, but not something I'm itching to try again for the price. Their dishes are relatively expensive for the size, even if you get their sharing or family style options. Their family style dishes are only big enough to feed 1-2 people, so you do need to order quite a bit to satisfy a group. With that though, definitely get family style dishes to try different foods instead of eating just your own meal. I'd recommend making a reservation, because it can get busy. Parking in this area can also be difficult, so keep that in mind if you're driving. In the end, if you're looking for a new Instagram pic or an atmospheric meal with friends, Di Fiora is the place to go.

I was pleasantly surprised, We started off with the Equality Drink which was fun to look at and very yummy, for food we got the Lava Scallop, Crab Fried Rice and the rack of lamb, I will say ask that your food comes together as I absolutely would have loved my scallops to come with the rice and get that yummy sauce with my rice as well. The rack of lamb was a super star cooked perfectly and had an amazing flavor to it. The service was very friendly and all around it was a great experience.

It did not reflect the quality of the meal or the staff or the ambience of the restaurant. The food was amazing. I was there with a group from work and we ordered a bunch of different dishes and we tried each other's food and every dish I tried was delicious. I took a picture of everything that I tried except for the curry. I didn't try that, but it was so pretty that I had to take a picture of it. I will definitely come back and try the brunch. Or even come back and try the meals. Everything was so delicious and served hot, which is really important for me. Please note, finding parking may be challenging so plan for that ahead of time. This is our third time dining at Di Fiora. What a neighborhood charm. I love the fusion twist on their menu. The decor seems to be a trendy vibe but it works. The staff is great and friendly. The decor on the front door is no reflection on the inside or quality of your dining experience there. The flavors are very fresh and prepared to order. I eat with my eyes and really appreciate their presentation. I would definitely recommend Di Fiora for anyone wanting great Thai cuisine.
Di Fiora has a very nice interior aesthetic, with floral decor that makes it a charming spot for a date. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. We ordered two dishes: the crab fried rice and the avocado curry duck. The fried rice was a bit too heavy on the butter, which made it feel greasy. The avocado curry--a green curry with chunks of avocado--actually worked well flavor-wise, and the duck was crispy and tender. While the food was decent, the price felt a bit steep--our bill came out to around $100 with tax and tip for just those two dishes. It's a nice spot for the ambiance, but definitely on the pricier side for what we got. But looking at the menu it's definitely worth trying some of their other options that are priced lower.
First off I want to say that this restaurant is beautiful. They have done a phenomenal job with the decor inside. It's so fun and whimsical, there's so many things that catch your eye and it's just so much fun to be there. My friend and I came here on a Sunday at 12pm and it wasn't too busy. We ordered the Dungeness crab fried rice and the Di Fiora carbonara. The presentation of both was great! The carbonara was good, but fried rice was delicious! I would highly recommend ordering the fried rice whenever you come here!

Rainbow salad was a pleasant surprise as it combined the umami Asian flavor of fish sauce with traditional American veggies Not pictured but loved the curry. Great ambiance, but the food didn't quite deliver. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has an exotic vibe. In fact, the interior is so unique that you wouldn't immediately guess it's an Asian restaurant. The staff were friendly, though service was a bit inattentive; I found myself waiting longer than expected for basic things. Interestingly, when I ordered noodles and asked for chopsticks, they told me they didn't have any. It was quite a surprise to find an Asian restaurant serving noodles without chopsticks. As for the food, it was fine, but nothing memorable for the price. I've had better Asian food elsewhere in Seattle for less. If you're after a stylish, brunch-aesthetic spot to try Asian-inspired dishes, Di Fiora fits the bill. But if you're going purely for the flavors, you may leave underwhelmed. read more
Came here for a late night and parking was terrible as we took 45 minutes to look for parking, so I recommend ride share or walking. I think this place is more popular for their Asian fusion brunch (correct me if I'm wrong), but their dinner menu looked great too. Signature Carbonara (3/5): Pretty small portion and packed flavor. Crab Fried Rice (5/5); Topped with an omelette, it also comes with a side of sauce. I thought it was comforting and packed with the flavor of crab. The egg was very soft and easy to break. Overall good place to try and would love to try their other dishes next time. read more

Have visited this venue a couple of times and the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff friendly and helpful. The food is made well and flavorful. The drinks are made well and the creative nature of their profiles is fantastic. This is definitely worth a stop for its varying Asian fusion options. Prices are reasonable for Seattle all things considered! read more

Pro: crab fried rice is not something i never knew i was missing out on, calamari with that sauce straight fire no contest. We went to this Asian fusion spot as an early birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. We came as a walk in on a Sunday night and were seated pretty immediately. The interior decor is beautiful, I love the florals, the greenery, the lights, mural, everything! For our drinks, we got a super immunity and mango sunset. Both were delicious. The cocktail was more on the sweeter side, which I didn't mind. For entrees, we got the carbonara, coconut soup, and chicken wings. The wings smelled soooo good and it was super crispy. The carbonara was loaded with seafood and definitely shareable portion between two people. The coconut soup is my standout dish of the night. I love that they have a lot of protein in there and also added coconut meat, which isn't something I normally see in this dish. Definitely wish I had some rice to go with it! A great dinner spot to check out with friends! I recommend doing family style so you can try more of the menu offerings. We were impressed by the decor when walking in, very cutesy and Instagrammable if that's your vibe. My friends and I shared the crab fried rice, kow moo yang (grilled marinated pork), and the ka ree curry and it was the perfect amount of food for the three of us. My favorite was the crab fried rice especially with the sauce that came with it, but all the dishes were solid. Slightly overpriced for Seattle, but the food was quite good so worth it for a fun group dinner. We got a couple drinks as well, which were delicious and we appreciated all the garnishes. Wow. Such a beautiful spot with great vibes, lovely service, and mostly delicious food. Ambiance (5/5): The decor is super cute--think pinks, flowers, and teddy bears. Very feminine, very whimsical, very enchanting. Loved it. Service (5/5): Our server (wish I got her name!) was so sweet and attentive. Service was on point the whole time. Food: (4/5) Lychee Cosmo ($16): Such a pretty cocktail AND deceptively strong. Malaysian Coconut Soup ($16.95) + Seafood (+$7): This was my least favorite of the dishes. The broth was a bit too sweet for my taste, and for the $7 seafood add-on, I expected a bit more in terms of quantity. Crab Fried Rice ($28.95): Rich and decadent. The omelet topping was cooked perfectly and the crab was flavorful, although I do wish there had been a more generous portion. The green sauce served on the side was a bit of a mystery. I'm not sure it complemented the rest of the dish but I really enjoyed its flavor. Crispy Garlic Chicken ($19.95): Delicious at first bite with a crispy texture and great flavor, but after a few bites the sweetness of the sauce became a little overpowering. It's official... My favorite restaurant in Seattle is Di Fiora. This is the BEST place to show off to anyone visiting Seattle. I have come here twice and the food was just as good as the last time. The decorations are beautiful and the service is very fast. While I love the flower decor, the real star of this restaurant is their commitment to using amazing fresh ingredients and creating such amazing flavors. I got the crab fried rice and it was so rich and buttery. Make sure to add the citrus sauce on top and it's perfect. We also got the pepper shrimp and it is such a yummy texture- probably the best shrimp I have ever had. I can not wait to be back to Di Fiora! Give it a chance if you are thinking about visiting, you will NOT be disappointed. read more

This place is beautiful inside, and my friends and I came for a weekend brunch. There are a ton of lovely decorations and it's definitely a spot you can take people. I got the calamari which was perfectly fried, not too greasy, and super flavorful. I loved the sauce that came with it as well, as it was refreshing and tangy. I didn't try the other items so can't speak for too much of the rest of the food, but what I had was good! Prices are a little on the higher end, so that is just something to keep in mind. read more

Wow!!!!! This place was AMAZING! The interior was so cute and the service was great my friends and I were from out of town and this was our favorite meal of the whole trip :) everything we had was delicious. We had the following: -Pad Thai -Duck Curry -Pork Belly Noodles -Pad Kee Mao -Tom Yum -Crab Fried Rice I genuinely enjoyed every dish. The duck curry was perfect.... It was $39 I believe, but totally worth it. The pad thai was scrumptious! So tasty and saucy. Crab fried rice was also perfectly flavored and cooked.... There were 6 of us, and we got 7 dishes + 2-3 bowls of rice (we got 6 dishes initially but we accidentally ordered an extra pork belly noodle, so 7 entrees total) and the food was plenty. The lady who served us was so warm and friendly. I think it's Italian fusion but we just got thai dishes, so we didn't have the opportunity to taste the Italian fusion Overall, I loved this place. It checked every box-- food ambiance service price point If you love Thai Food, you NEED to come here!! read more

Di Fiora is a neighborhood spot located on 1320 University St, Seattle, WA 98010. It offers a fusion of Asian and European Cuisine. They offer a selection of signature cocktails. I had the Spiced Manhattan, and I can share that I really enjoyed the drink. My friend had the purple rain, which was very refreshing, and pretty to look at. We decided that lunch would be a light fare to share amongst the three of us. We started with Moo Ping, pork skewers with spicy lime sauce. It was quite delicious, along with the Shrimp Ceviche. This was a hit amongst my group, it consisted of a fried wonton cup, filled with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, black tobiko and home made lime sauce. Bomb AF, I was mad that I had to share. We also had and I won't describe every single ingredient, the Vietnamese Crunchy Spring Rolls, and the Banda Sea Crispy Fish. The Banda didn't have a very pronounced flavor profile, but it was well cooked, and presented well. The staff at Di Fiora is top notch, super accommodating and attentive. I love the welcoming atmosphere they provide here. The aesthetics is in my opinion, fun, cheerful and Floral. It is such a cool vibe, you should check it out for yourself. I love this restaurant, street parking is a bit tight, but on Sunday it's free depending on availability. Plus side if you have to use a car park, there is one near by, it's an easy walk to the restaurant. read more

Updated review: nothing has changed as of getting 5 stars but the food, vibe, and service all deserve to get recognized! Me and my fiancé make it a habit to come here at least once a month. It is one of my favorite restaurants in seattle. Parking is hard, which is the only downside... but coming here makes it all worth it. Every time we come in, the lady in the front recognizes us and knows what we order from the moment we walk in which is the sweetest thing ever. This place is perfect for all occasions. Date night, birthdays, anniversaries.. all the food and drinks have been very consistent and good from the first time I've ever visited- which is probably going on 3 years now. I've put my family and friends on to this place, Must try if you are in the area! read more

I've been dying to try this place for quite some time now and it was definitely on my list! The aesthetics of this place is AMAZING! Definitely a beautiful place for pictures and girl friend brunches/dinners. Flowers, lights, artwork -- you name it! Even a romantic dinner date! Asian Fusion with a European twist. Dishes like Lobster Spaghetti :o We went here for my girl friend's 30th birthday! Her sisters and cousins have been to this place for special occassions so I asked what they had recommended. The dish I had tried was the crispy duck avocado curry! WHOA! You have got to try this dish :) I LOVE duck and they were not skimpy on it -- you get it cut in pieces, breaded and NOT chewy, along with an additional drumstick of it! The curry was fantastic -- green with cherry/grape tomatoes, green beans and avocado pieces. The spice level was JUST RIGHT! I tried their drink, Pink Lady and it was WONDERFUL! I would've gotten 2-3 more drinks lolol not gonna lie -- it was that good! Service was excellent and they seated all 9 of us! Make a reservation beforehand if you're planning to do a special event here - especially for a big party. Parking around is on the street. When I got home, my boyfriend tried it and ended up eating my leftovers...I was like "HEY!" but it was all good - at least he enjoyed it lolol and we plan to come back here as a couple and experience it! First impression I thought this would be an Instagram restaurant with the floral decorations and all but I was very pleasantly surprised! Food service was not super quick but tasted good. I ordered the crispy garlic chicken but the rice was an extra cost which was a little disappointing. Chicken was nicely fried and lightly marinated but not enough that it made the chicken soggy. The basil and herbs on top were fried also. Playing was very pretty. Overall a pretty restaurant with pretty food that is pretty decent! Planning to come back to try the cocktails during happy hour since they're on the pricier side. read more

Di Fiora is such a cute spot!! The crab fried rice was the star of the show, seriously amazing. I could probably eat that every day. The Billionaire cocktail was perfectly balanced and made the whole brunch vibe even better. Plus, the floral décor is adorable and makes the space feel fresh and fun. The wings were delicious, but for around $15 the portion was on the smaller side. I did love that they brought out the spice seasoning separately so I could add as much (or as little) heat as I wanted, super thoughtful. It's in a great corner location, though parking was a bit of a challenge. Honestly, the walk was worth it once we got there. Overall: stylish space, great food, solid drinks, and really kind service. I'll definitely be back for more crab fried rice (and another cocktail or two). read more
