From the very first email she was detailed and thorough which was extremely reassuring, as you never know who you are talking to when finding services online. That quality of service never waivered at all during the entire process. I told Amal the dates, the cities, and some tours that I wanted to go on. I also asked her for her recommendations if there is anything else that I should see and do, since she is an Australian & Kiwi specialist. We went back and forth over the next few weeks, and she had sent me a pretty detailed itinerary that included everything that I had requested. I couldn't believe it! She uses this amazing app that is PERFECT for any trip. It had everything thing that I needed, and it even worked when I was not connected to the internet or wireless, which was super important as it had EVERYTHING that I needed in that app (such as addresses, phone numbers, confirmation numbers, etc). I traveled for a month across 4 different cities in NZ and AU; that's a lot of coordinating between flights, hotels, transportation, AND tours. This whole trip went off without a hitch. She worked in the background, confirming all of my tours 24 hours ahead of time and constantly updating the app so I could see that this was done. It was great. On some of my tours, I had heard others complain about their travel agents messing up (two different tours one same day overlapped, hard to get a hold of, etc). With Amal's planning, everything was perfect. I did not have any tours overlap, I was in the correct place for pick up/drop off, literally everything that I needed to do was perfectly planned for me. There were absolutely no suprises. I only needed to contact Amal once when I was there, and she responded to me within hours (because of the time difference). Even now a month after I've been back, I had to contact her about an issue that needed to be resolved, and she responded me immediately, even though she is on a vacation of her own! That's the kind of service that, frankly, is rare today and is so, so appreciated. This was such an amazing trip, and it was all because of Amal. We wanted great service and amazing food. The only problem is that we are both elementary school teachers and these kind of vacations can be really costly and over budget. After endless searching on the internet for plane tickets and hotels, I came to a dead end. My fiance found Travspire on the internet so I decided to give them a shot. What happened next was the most memorable and amazing travel experience that I have ever been apart of: When I called Travspire I was greeted by the most Angelic and sincere voice on the other end of the line. The travel agent's name is Amal Mulhem. I told her exactly what I wanted. I told her we wanted to go on adventures but it was also important to us that we can relax and unwind at a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean. Two weeks later we were traveling 1st class to Cabo San Lucas. Amal booked us at the most beautiful 5 star resort with the best service and best food that I have ever eaten. She set us up with activities for 5 out of the 7 nights we were there. We went snorkeling, chartered a boat, ATV riding, Camel rides on the beach, and Zip lining on the beautiful mountains in the Mexico desert. On the other 2 days we went shopping in safe towns and experienced authentic Mexican cuIture. It was truly the best vacation I have ever been on. She went above and beyond in detail to ensure that we had a great experience. The best part of all this is that she was always available by email and phone if we had any questions or needed help during our vacation. The trip was very affordable and within our budget. Spring Valley has a Nature Center and also features the Heritage Farm. Spring Valley is a refuge of about 135 acres comprised of fields, forests, marshes, brooks and streams. Some trails are wood beamed while others are rocks and grass. It's a really enjoyable place to spend a few hours by yourself, with friends and family. Parking and entrances to the park are available on both sides 1) off Schaumburg Road 2) off Plum Grove Road.

I was always interested in trying their Christmas trolley tour. My family ended up taking another…read morefamily's tickets last minute because they couldn't go. They don't offer refunds, but you can give or sell your tickets to someone else. You just need to give the company their name and phone number so they can inform the driver as they take attendance. Since things happen and people get sick this time of year that's a nice option. We got lucky and had a warm night for our Christmas trolley tour. It was 40 degrees, the windows weren't foggy, no rain or snow. Given our luck in weather, it made for an absolute fantastic time! Everyone also arrived on time so we were able to start a few minutes early and the driver took us to a few extra homes which I appreciated. Otherwise, they suggest that you bring a small towel to wipe the windows since the trolley is heated and the windows fog. I'm glad the trolley is heated. The company does a nice job mapping out which homes to go to. Earlier in the season there may be less decorated homes, but the weather might be better. Later in the season, I would imagine there's going to be more decorated homes. I appreciate that the company puts a lot of effort into their map and what homes they visit. The driver did a nice job taking us around and narrating. My favorites were the Taylor Swift decorated house and the decorations that are coordinated with music. In the past, we have driven around ourselves, but this just made it a lot more relaxing and was worth the cost. The cost does not include tipping the driver, so make sure to tip. The tour was an hour long, which was perfect for me but a little too long for my 3 1/2 year-old. Other reviewers mentioned wanting a 90 minute tour. If they could offer 60 and 90 minute tours I think that would be good options. Otherwise, the 60 minutes was perfect. Another idea: They could also offer a boozy tour later at night for adults only. Christmas bar hop tour?
