Stumbled upon New Level Motor Sports during my internet searches for a Pop and Lock Kit for my new Ridgeline. Before I consider new places to drop my hard earned money I make a point to look up some info about the company. I was stoked to find out that New Level has an office/warehouse right here in Poway. And they offered a price match guarantee on their website. I called New Level direct and explained I found a product I wanted that a competitor offered for cheaper. To my delight, New Level was able to offer me a better price right over the phone! After paying, I confirmed the item was in stock at their Poway warehouse and asked if I could come pick it up since I was local. I stopped by the New Level office during my lunch break and my item was waiting for me at their front desk. That's awesome! The office adjoining the warehouse has a nice display of some of the products they offer on their website. Jarred at the front was busy taking calls, but made time to properly greet me and my daughter while he confirmed my order. I enjoyed my first purchase from New Level and I trust it won't be my last. New Level Motor Sports (NLMS) has been wonderful to work with. I ordered a $1300 bed cover which was sent directly from the manufacturer. Turns out that FedEx delivered it to the wrong address then the package seemingly disappeared. NLMS provided excellent customer service; responded after hours to my emails and investigated my concerns the very next morning. They reassured me the package was insured, then they contacted the manufacturer and got a rush build of a new cover for me. I installed the cover today and love it! NLMS will be my first company I'll be contacting for any future automotive needs. And they're a local small business too. read more

I just entered the world of towing cars with my Chevy Colorado. So I bought a car hauler from a place who really knows trailers but knows nothing about trailering cars. So I watched a bunch of 'car trailering' videos on YouTube. Lots of people suggested I buy a product from a company called Weigh Safe. I picked up a set of Ready Lift Suspension Lift Kits for my jeep and suv from New Level Motor Sports. These guys do it right. Not only did I get the 4" lift set early...but it was cheaper than amazon. Jared, their Sales Rep was super chill and knowledgeable and talked me into a better set up for murdering out my ride. I was in the market for a bed cover for my F150 truck. I had contacted other companies prior to this one so I had an idea of the price point. I called to see if they had the item I wanted and the guy who answered the phone was very professional and helpful. He explained the different options available to me (Manual vs. Auto) and the pros and cons of each. I appreciated his honestly and it didn't feel like he was pushing products on me like a few other calls I had made. He said I could come in and view the items or they would ship; my husband and I decided to go it. Again, great customer service and we ended up buying the manual bed cover for our truck. It wasn't very difficult to install and it works exactly as we had hoped at a fraction of the cost. We will definitely call this company FIRST in the future for all of our car parts/accessories. If I I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. This is the absolutley most horrible, unprofessional place I have ordered parts from in my entire life. The customer service is worse than any I have ever experienced. I ordered parts a month ago tomorrow, paid for Express shipping and still have NOTHING! I have received the same bland and careless responses 3 times and all 3 times they have been full of nothing but nonsense. I havent received any communication whatsoever, except for the times that I had to go out of my way to get told false information. I still dont know what the hell is going on. I still dont have a shipping date, I still dont have a tracking number. All I know is I get the same run around everytime i have received a response from them. I agree with Jason N. I called to asked about a product that this company was selling and the guy who answered the with a monotone, low energy, lack of confidence voice seemed a irritated at himself and was projecting it on me, odd. "I forgive you". I was searching on Craiglist for a product for my truck which the guy selling on Craiglist bought from this place, so I just wanted to make sure that it was a good product and that it would match my truck etc.., simple questions. I didn't even get that far with him... After just being on with him for about 30 seconds, I just had to put my phone down, detached my energy from this person, who clearly needs a little vacation to just take a load off, if you know what I mean? The owner should definitely make a change and get someone with better customer service skills to answer phones and talk to people. And train up those employees a little better, or move them to a different department. My intention for writing is to just share this little experience and hopefully proper steps are taken to ensure that future potential clients and customers don't run away before they buy something. I've never even been to this place, I just called once and it didn't work out, that's all folks. Made a purchase online from these guys, but the piece wasn't in stock, I emailed them and their sales team replied promptly notifying me the part would be a couple days because of manufacturing, the original purchase was with ground delivery setting it to 3-5 business days, and though the part took a few days for them to ship out it was overnighted by them which still put them inline with our original agreement, overall happy with my shopping experience will be coming back. read more

Let me start by cutting straight to the point. Order elsewhere. I ordered a set of Nology performance spark plug wires at over $250 for a set they are a pretty penny.. I looked at Nology's website and I'm here in California and so are they. Next I went to order and a list of authorized dealers came up. New level Motor sports being one of them. I checked their website and they are here in California as well, claiming their "warehouse lol" is here in San Diego. I ordered on the 23rd, called every day after that to try and get an idea of delivery. They claim orders ship in 24 hours. Spoke with customer service rep named Gunner most of the time and everyday he said they are going to ship by tomorrow and it would be fedex and would only take a day to arrive because I'm in California. Today is the 31st and while a shipping label was created it still hasn't been shipped. Oh I forgot to mention its with UPS NOT FEDEX AS I WAS REPEATEDLY TOLD! STILL WAITING NEW LEVEL MOTOR SPORTS. NEW LEVEL IS NOTHING BUT A DROP SHIPPING COMPANY AND I DOUBT THE CARRY EVEN A 1/8 OF WHATS ON THEIR WEBSITE IF ANYTHING AT ALL.. WHAT A JOKE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This has to be one of the worst so call companies I've ever had to deal with in my life. Stay away from this place, nothing more than a third party seller with no power if something goes wrong. My item was delivered damaged in a single wall box with no packing or anything else to protect it in the box. New Level Motor Sports now expects me to fix thier problems, wanted to charge me for a second unit before shipping a replacement, wanted me to deal with trying to ship this junk back in the same box, wouldn't refund my money til I did thier job and correct thier mistakes. I was visiting my parents in Tennessee from San Jose, CA and I was going to surprise my Dad with an Injen Short Ram Intake for his 2013 Veloster for his Birthday, I was going to install it for him during my visit. I placed the order with New Level Motor Sports and paid extra for 2 day air delivery. They never shipped the order and I later discovered it was cancelled as their bank said they couldn't ship to a different address then the billing address. What? I can understand only shipping to a verified address via PayPal transactions but not American Express. I order car parts all the time paying with Amex and I ship to different locations, I didn't even receive a phone call or an email from them to validate the transaction before cancelling. I am very upset as this ruined a very big surprise I had planned for my Dad. I called on the 6/25/14 was told they would get me a tracking number,never happened. Followed up on the 6/27/14 Turns out they never had the part but are now sending it 2 day air.Since I originally paid for 3 day air. "They are doing me a favor". I ordered my part on Sept. 21st with the understanding it would be delivered 5-6 business days... It's now Oct 6th and still no parts. I called and they stated the parts are on back order and they have no clue when they will be delivered (WOW). If I would have known the parts weren't available.... I wouldn't have ordered them! I was referred here by the manufacturer of the item I was looking for. It seems nobody stocks anything these days, but on the manufacturers suggestion I called New Level Motor Sports who had the Volant filter I needed in stock. I was able to pick it up that day. They are right off of Kearny Villa Road. There is not any visible signage from the street, but once you turn in the driveway it is obvious where it is. It is a semi-industrial area. read more
