First time trying this place and finally found Texas style barbecue done right. Rosie was the sweetest; she came out to talk with us as we waited on our food and explained the story behind their name. This food was so good. Cooked over wood. The ribs were bite thru but not entirely fall off (that's actually how you want them). Brisket was Texas in every waaaaayy. Mac and cheese was creamy-- I had to add a little salt, but listen the street corn and the CORN BREAD were SO good! Will definitely be back. Not bad on the pricing either. I am very picky about barbecue and I've been trying to find a place closer to me. This place has been recommended on all platforms. I went today for the first time all I'm gonna say damn is it good? I got a brisket plate for my sister and I got the pork ribs. You can literally taste a hint of the smoke in the meat. It is amazing. I cannot believe this place And I wish I would've found them sooner. This is the best you want some good barbecue. You're not too far from this area you got to go here the corn cornbread is amazing. I ordered the brisket, ribs, sausages, and beans. They gave me cornbread for free. First, they definitely know how to barbecue. It was all fall off the bone tender. But it wasn't seasoned well and some of it was fatty. The cornbread was mid...sweet, but not memorable. I didn't like the sausage. I'm guessing they buy them rather than make them. They weren't firm. They were mushy with no flavor...and I didn't get any BBQ sauce, but I'm not familiar with Texas style BBQ, so it may not traditionally have sauce. read more

I rolled up on this spot on the side of the freeway coming from work and hands down one of the best BBQ spots I've tried in the Inland Empire! The food came out fast, way quicker than most places and every bite was packed with flavor. If you've been hunting for legit BBQ out here, this place delivers. Easily in my top 3. The portion sizes were great, they load you up with more meat than most spots. Highly recommend the pork belly and Dino beef ribs, both were juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. This place sometimes has very good beef ribs and Dino ribs which are getting harder to find. However also their pork and brisket are quite something. Unfortunately we have not been able to try any of their plates so the 5 stars is just based off customer service! Last night at the AutumnFest in Yucaipa we showed up kind of late and they were completely sold out except for Bbq beans and their street corn (esquite). The lady at the register saw my son and niece with me and offered to just give us some street corn for free so I said of course. She came back with 3 servings of esquite, 2 bbq beans and 2 sprites for the kiddos! Next weekend they will be at the 909 market in Perris so hopefully we make it try some of the bbq meats!
