Would definitely recommend Joanna for manicures, she does an excellent job. Really takes her time and perfects her work, she'll never let you leave with any flaws. Super sweet and easy to talk to and make the whole experience enjoyable. Be aware they aren't the best with scheduling, a lot of times you'll wait even if you have an appointment or get booked wrong. The worst! Avoid this nail salon! They are all about the money. My gel nails and toes cost 213.00 and they charge my 17 year old niece 81.00 for a gel pedicure. The worst is...they never mentioned all the up charges. My toes were left with polish on the skin, bleeding, and my nails look like he is still in nail school. You get the shock at the register. I have been getting gel pedicures here since they opened they used to serve alcohol but not anymore. My pedicure service on 10-7-25 led to pain, bleeding large left toe two days later that got worse so I called since they say 5 day guarantee on any nail service on 10-10-25 they asked me to come in so I did on 10-11-25 the most they would offer me owner and manager was 50% off my next appointment deceptive advertising and bad business. read more

I am going out of my way to write this review. My daughter went to this nail shop with her friend. And she got the worst set of nails I've ever seen. They were upset that she chose to get acrylic over gel X. Two days after she got them, one of them popped off. So I personally took her in to get it repaired. They painted the nail a different shade of pink and said that it would oxidize and match the other nails the next day? But that made no sense to me, but I just went along with it . The color never matched. The very next day they were lifting and getting stuck under her hair. She was too embarrassed to go back and complain, so she was using nail glue to seal her nails down so they wouldn't keep lifting and pulling her hair out. Also, the gel is chipping, which I have never seen before. How does gel chip off acrylic !? It's only been one week and another one has popped off. I feel so bad for her cause I know she spent a lot of her hard earned money. Nails are not cheap. She never gets her nails done because she can't afford them. She was so excited to finally get them done. I don't know if they were just in a rush, or because she was a young adult or because she didn't get gel x, or because they have bad products. Went back today since I had money left over in a gift card that was given to me as a bday present. Was met yet again with a horrible experience. I was charged the same amount for a fill that I was charged for a full set. When I tried to reason with the owner and ask why a fill and a full would be the same price, she just kept repeating herself and the amount mentioned. I continued with the service since I had the gift card and figured might as well use it. The technician acknowledged that their pricing was off, but that there was nothing she could do about it. Today, I called the salon at 4:53pm as google showed that they closed at 6 pm, and I wanted to see if they would have time for a basic pedicure. The person who answered the phone spoke to several people before informing me that yes, I could come in for pedicure in the next 15 minutes. I told her I'd be there sooner. It's about a 2 minute drive from my house, so I was probably there 5 or so minutes later. They had me check in, and I sat in a chair to wait for my turn. I'm not sure how long I waited, maybe 10 minutes. Someone came over and told me that they could no longer take me because someone else just added to their appointment. She said I could come back the next day for 10% off. Honestly, 10% isn't worth the inconvenience. I know she doesn't know this, but I just got discharged from the hospital a day ago, and going up and down my stairs is not easy for me, which is why I called before I drove over. I also understand she wants to prioritize a client that was already in a chair vs. one that hadn't started yet. But in an area that has a lot of nail salons, this is something that will have me finding another option. Hannah is the best. I like when she does my pedicure and I specifically ask for her when I make My appointment. She takes her time and does not rush through it. There has been a couple times that the receptionist has asks her "if she's almost done" because they have a walk in. Which kinda throws me off because then at that point she rushes through the end of my pedicure. I don't like that. I try to come During the week before 2pm so it's not busy but it's a hit or miss. The shop is beautiful and taken care of well. They are always cleaning and sanitizing, such a plus nowadays. They used to ask me if I would like a drink like coffee or water but they don't do it every time. I like consistency, I will come back for Hannah though. When we arrived, they showed us an area where we were welcome to grab some free snacks and water while they were getting setup for our pedicure. I was hoping to order some cocktails too but we were told they recently changed management and are currently awaiting their liquor license. Hopefully the mimosas will be free flowing when we return. :) Fortunately, the signature pedicures are still available under new management and they were absolutely wonderful! Went in for a gel mani. I let the owner upsell me to get a gel overlay. I was told they'd last longer than a regular gel mani, but 3 days in and my left thumb and pointer both chipped (not pictured). Went back in and they fixed it. 3 days after that, another 2 fingers chipped badly. Both of the nail techs were great - very friendly, professional and personable. My issue is the owner upselling clients. I could have saved $60 by not doing the gel overlay and they probably would have lasted longer. read more

I'll rate four because I want to go back to Joana for design. However, so far two nails have broken prematurely (I work from home and do no strenuous work), so I'm a little disappointed but not enough to not go back for a new set, I really liked the design and shape, so I'll have a more accurate review after the second visit. They do have a warranty where they will fix the nail if the damage occurs within 5 days from the initial set but my nail broke after 8 days and my second nail broke after 9 and my third after 11, which is why I haven't texted personally but I'm big on honest reviews. I got a hard gel fill with Mimi yesterday. Previous two experiences were great, not sure where yesterday & today went south. I have also been a consistent customer with this salon going on a year. The original fill Mimi neglected to cut three fingers & assure all the nails were a consistent length. I had really long nails & really short nails. As I was leaving yesterday, she already knew that I wasn't happy however, I know this because both the receptionist & Mimi stated if anything chipped that I have seven days to come back. Due to caring for a family member I am only granted a small amount of time outside the home until I need to return. I do not have this time to sit down for an hour to get my nails done twice in two days. This is the ONLY small thing I am able to do to take care of myself during this hard time. Both Annie (owner) & Mimi were aware of my tight timeline. I had to remind Mimi to cut & file nails, remind her to file polish off because she forgot. I had to babysit her as she did my nails (again). First thing first; If you're going to get a professional service done, you should not have to babysit your nail tech. Mind you it's $50 + tip for hard gel fill & an hour chair time. Mimi refused to listen to my request of short nails. I say she refused because I had to demand short nails, and I had to keep telling her to go shorter. The receptionist was amazing and understanding and she knew it was a bad nail job (both times) so she gave me the owners number. In the beginning, the owner Annie Delgado was very understanding with the first phone call I had with her. I was going to be getting my next set complimentary due to the frustration & lack of quality. I thought that she originally handled the problem perfectly. And then, she called me back. Two hours later to tell me Mimi side of the story (of which I did not find appropriate or necessary since I was client & I know exactly what happened). Annie stated that Mimi purposely made them thick, however Mimi never told me that during the service & after I asked her 5 times to thin them down. Annie started arguing with me about how my nail service actually went. I kept trying to tell her that everything was fine except the POLISH THICKNESS, I did not like the polish thickness. However, Annie kept saying Mimi was crying/going to lose her job. I'm not sure why she called to tell me that, perhaps to threaten me or make me feel sad? SOO CUTE & Clean!! I have never seen this nail salon before because it is a little hidden in the Sprouts parking lot, but wow I was impressed. It's one of the bigger nail salons I've been to in Las Vegas. They were very efficient with check-in, there were so many pedicure chairs and so many manicure stations. They were extremely busy, but the wait was not long! So many color choices, especially the neutral tones. I have to do neutral colors because of my job, and I didn't feel restricted by the choices. They also have free snacks, which I have never seen at a nail salon besides a really high end ones, in a hotel salon or something like that. Ended up talking to Jet for a bit after my pedi, he asked if I would review since I do enjoy the place and am a repeat customer. He saw me with a book (dammit I promised my ceo I'd do something!) and deduces that I wrote. Here we are lol. I don't usually review places I actively frequent, but making an exception. Can't remember how I found the place but I come here for Pedis. On weekends Linda bartends and makes the most fabulous drinks and it ABSOLUTELY adds to the ambiance here. I usually do the callous remover pedi, honestly Vegas is high for nails, this isn't an exception but the remover pedi is $40. They make beautiful plates for the higher priced Pedis but I can't seem to do one. Prob bc I pumice and stay on top of my feet, and again, Vegas is just higher, but I digress. I usually roll w Henry, he does a good job. This last visit I went w Mimi. Liked her and her skills, would go to her again. I haven't done nails here yet. My regular lady did a killer set before I came, but if I was ever in a pinch again I can say I would let them do my nails. Anyway! It's usually packed and parking can be challenging. It's bc it's the spot! Vibe is cool, lots of chairs, they have snacks, told y'all Linda kills it on the days they have happy hour. 2 drink max, anymore and you'd be ubering home. Make sure your feet don't slide all over your shoes after, can look like you can't hang, but it's really just a dope ambiance. Love the music too. Def Shazam'd a few songs last time. They do good work as well. If I'm keeping it 100 I've had minor discrepancies. Jet told me I should call for an appt, and that's what my discrepancies have been around. Up til him telling me that I always booked online. But once they had overbooked and tried to send me to a sister salon. I went back the next day, and then I had a pricing discrepancy. Also due to online being different. I go back bc in both cases they made it right. Coupon for the reschedule, and they honored the lowest price. Can't ask for much more as a consumer. I took my daughter to this nail salon for a simple manicure, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly frustrating experience. My daughter picked a color, but when she tried to communicate that she wanted something different, the staff ignored her and continued with the color she didn't choose. Despite this, they still charged me an extra $15 for the color she didn't even get. To make matters worse, the nail came off the very next day. When I went back to have it fixed, not only was the issue not resolved, but they gave me a $10 refund for the upcharge they had incorrectly applied - which was originally $15 for a color upgrade that wasn't done! This is unacceptable. I expected better service, especially when paying extra for a simple request. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place. read more
