I asked for a pearl-white glitter pedicure and even confirmed the color with the technician multiple times. After three coats, it looked nothing like what I requested and was basically a clear glitter polish. I also got my eyebrows waxed. The technician never asked how I wanted them shaped or cleaned up and just started waxing. When she finished, one eyebrow was noticeably thinner than the other. This was especially upsetting since I had engagement photos two days later. The pedicure was average, the nail color wasn't what I asked for, and my eyebrows were very uneven. I used to come here very often for my routine nail service but decided to look for another salon. The main reason is the nail technician named DAN. He's very rude! I've been doing my nails for years and experienced many different technicians but he is the first to twist my arms and wrists in all directions and if it's not the way he likes he starts to have an attitude and look at me crazy, I don't know what his issue is. Listen I understand in the service industry things can happen and misunderstandings can happen, however, this is so disappointing and I was so anxious that I left. I called ahead to this place to see if they could give me a gel manicure. They said come on in and I was so excited. I haven't had my nails done in years and wanted to treat myself as I have a trip next week. I came in with beautiful, healthy long natural nails and left with one hand untouched and the other ..well they chopped my natural nails to the bone. When she started she asked me the shape I would like and if I wanted them cut or just filed. I asked her to trim them a little, square with rounded edges and said because I have a baby I don't want them to be sharp. She cut them ALL THE WAY DOWN, and rounded them all. When she showed me I said oh no I asked for square...so she started filing again, threw my hand at me and said "how's this" I don't even know what shape to call what she did. None of them even match. Also they were so short there was nothing that could be fixed. So then she tossed the file at me and said "ok you do it" I replied why would I pay to file my own nails, and there's nothing left to file. My anxiety was now high because I didn't want to be difficult but why would she speak to me that way and do that?? Another lady came over and said she could fix them by putting tips on or gel x. I said I don't want tips, and I wanted my natural nails. She again said she would fix it, and agreed it was the techs fault. She also mentioned three or more times the tech didn't understand me...ok, but then why the attitude when I clarified, and why wouldn't she ask for assistance if she didn't understand what I was asking for. I questioned her "how are you going to fix this..it's not like you can regrow my nails and I'm not paying for tips or gel x. I will say she agreed to do tips or gel x at the cost of a manicure when I told her I wouldn't pay, but that's not the point. To avoid any further confrontation and because I was actually shaking from being embarrassed I left. Now I will have to go to another place and have tips if I want my nails done for my trip otherwise it's bare hands in LA for me. Also it's worth mentioning that I was also going to get a pedicure also but only wanted regular polish, the original tech attempting to do my hands tried to upsell me on gel for my toes...I had to decline three times. If a customer says no thank you, it's a no thank you. I left with bare feet, mismatched chopped up hands, and tears in my eyes because I should have just done my nails at home. Another perfect gel manicure by Stephen! He's THE man if you need and want a lasting gel manicure. He's gentle, precise and friendly. No chipping or peeling and my nails never break. He doesn't over "sand" and my natural nails aren't trashed, thin or brittle when he does my nails. As a nurse who does lots of handwashing and cleaning and works really long hours doing both, it's quite unbelievable how lasting his work is. Every single time I've made the mistake of fitting in last minute with someone else, the results are not as positive. Maria works the front desk and is always helpful when I call. I've been here more often for my manicures with Randy. He's my guy!!! I've been blessed with strong nails so I opt for powder dip on my natural nail. Randy always makes sure his work is perfect. On my last visit, I noticed I had dinged one of my nails right after I got home from my appointment. I went back to the shop and Randy immediately fixed it. No questions asked. Love that!! Plus he's pretty funny and easy going. The salon itself is clean and spacious. They have so many colors to choose from. And everyone is so friendly. I've been going to fairy nails since I moved to Henderson. Dan does my full set and does a great job every time. Megan did my toes and I absolutely love the way she did the French tip. I've been going to the salon on and off for years being a Vegas native but living in California when I come back, not much changes and the customer service is always beyond any other nail salon in the area. It is very girly and spacious inside and they acquired the space next-door for Lashes . These people want to work and do a good job at what they're doing. THEY OPENED A HAIR WASH THERAPY/NOURISHING SHAMPOO SERVICE!!! I come here for my regular monthly pedicure and to my surprise, they opened the hair wash therapy service! This month they have a promotion so I was tempted and tried right away!! I didn't know that next to the (already) big salon for manicures and pedicures, they have multiple stations for lashes, facials, and hair wash! I tried the hair wash by Olivia. This is - to my surprise - very pleasant! I chose the Fairy Hair Wash because I didn't really know what to choose and oh my! Olivia started with the aroma oil in her hands, and started pampering me with neck and shoulder massages! After 10 minutes of brushing my hair, massaged my neck and head, she invited me to the back for hair washing. She kept asking if the temperature is right, or if the pressure is okay for me. 10/10 for the service. After the hair wash, she blow-dried my hair and style it a bit. The service is out of this world. My sister and I got the enriching self care package this time. 65 minutes of pure bliss. Next time we will upgrade to the zen package. I have tried couple of different hair spas in Vegas as it has gain much popularity within last year or two however, this one is by far my favorite spot! They boil natural herbs to wash your hair. It does smell like tea but very mild. They also include deep hair wash with scape massage, aromatherapy relax treatment, and facial. Super clean place. I was able to book last min full set with a gel deluxe pedi and a bee mani pedi for the man. The ladies did an amazing job scrubbing my new hubs' toes, and the massage chairs were excellent. Ricky, who did my acrylic, was fast and was very funny. Overall, I had a great experience till I got the bill $245 before tip - I had to tip out 4 people. We walked out $300 for two pedi, a mani, and a full set. I was expecting closer to $180 before tip at the most. We did have a bottle of water and a chai coffee, so maybe those had gold in them. I did leave my water bottle, and I called back the next day, and they held it for me. Just ask up front what your costs are. read more

You get a full body massage, foot soak, massage shampoo services for your head, facial, head/neck/face massage and I had so many different things happening I was like there's no way it's only $150 lol!! Are you looking to recharge and get pampered? This is definitely the place for you. I saw some tik-toks about the Fairy Deluxe Bliss Package ($150) and knew I wanted to try it. You'll be asked to place a cover over your waist and take off your top and bottom. This is so you can get massaged thoroughly. You'll be placed on their bed/chair where you can relax for the remainder of the session. Megan will take care of you and does a very great job on making sure you leave satisfied. There were some awkward moments when she massaged my face and when the water was a little too hot, but she'll adjust for you, as long as you let her know. Some treatments you just need to trust the process. This was definitely the best full body massage and hair treatment that I had. My session took longer than 100 minutes but I'm glad Megan gave it her 110% and didn't just worry about the time. She made sure she did it right. She is so pleasant and at the end I had a glass of tea while she did a blow dry on my hair. I think you should definitely give it a try. It was definitely worth the money and it'll be a pleasant treat for yourself. read more

I had an appointment here and absolutely hated my nails. The man that did my nails was Dan and he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unsanitary. He didn't use gloves and didn't listen to what I told him I wanted and kept assisting that his way was better. He gave me cuts all over my cuticles from aggressively drilling my nails and they were sore for a week and burned whenever I washed my hands. He had a really bad attitude and kept twisting my wrist to the point that it hurt to move it. He also didn't listen to me when I told him what color and shape I wanted. I've been here a handful of times and as much as I wanted to love it due to its location convenience to me, it's consistently been a toss up on whether or not I'll have a skilled nail tech. I usually do my fingernails, but the one and only time I had a pedicure it was very effortless with only a quick wash and light scrub lasting no more than 5 minutes. No cuticles or nails cut, no massage, nothing. It seemed like the tech didn't even want to be there. And when she went to polish my nails, it was obvious she didn't know how to do it as she was shaking and kept polishing over my skin and had to keep cleaning it up around the edges. It looked so bad she had to layer it at least 5 times at which the gel polish became so thick and looked like it was done by a toddler. By the end of it, everything looked so bad I had to go home and shape up my nails to look even myself and took the loss on it. I went back again for my nails to be done recently and another male tech took care of me. As he was removing my prior gel nails, he shaved so aggressively he started breaking several my actual nails and then proceeded to cut them significantly shorter than I wanted without asking. He said it was an easy fix by just adding tips, however I grew out my nails purposely to avoid needing tips. He ended up needing to add tips to at least 4 nails when I never needed them before. Throughout the experience I realized he also was not experienced and just made my nails look absolutely terrible by layering and layering to make them look halfway decent. And then he'd mansplain to me about this being the process when I've consistently gotten my nails done every month and emphasized my desire for thinner nails. By the end they looked so terrible and was so damaged and poorly shaped he even recognized it and asked for another female nail tech to step in and finish my nails for him. The whole process took at least 2 hours. I had prior obligations which I had to cancel and overall this last experience was just the nail in the coffin. I will not be going back unfortunately. My nails broke the next day and my nail beds are still in pain I'm debating on getting them completely removed and started over from somewhere else. Save your money from possibly having a decent nail tech or someone who doesn't know what they're doing. read more

I read the reviews on here and I thought let's give this place a chance! I've been to many nail salons but took a long break from them. Each time I went, it was so expensive and I was never satisfied. Today my mind was changed. I had Thomas and he's amazing! Update: a few of my nails lifted before the week is over one came completely off. I have to say, not happy about that but... I called and they took care of me without charging me. I wasn't even able to leave a tip since they wouldn't let me. They get points for that! So I think I'll be going here from now on. Still think it's pricey but at least they stand by their work. I went once more this time getting just dip powder on my natural nails versus with a tip on my nails. So far so good but it's only been a few days.
