I checked w my community and the less than 5 stars had nothing to do w the service or people they employed so I said leggo! On CP appts stop at 1:30 but I found a time that worked. Daniela was my tech and she was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and sweet. Speaking of sweet, the place is PANK! Not pink. PANK! And as a Barbie girl in a modern world I was here for it! Super clean tho. No one was in when I went. She said it was slower that day. Daniela told me that there were issues w the setup on ClassPass, the scheduling being one. They're working on it. Tip: if you're scheduling w ClassPass and don't see the time you need, pick one and call to get what you actually need. I'm prone to ingrowns so Daniela gave me their scrub to try.
