Kayla has been my go to Nail Tech since 2013 (when she was at another location). I moved away in 2022 but stopped by for a pedicure on my recent visit to Vegas. She is sooooo sweet, and her technique is on point. Not to mention those massages she gives...out of this world! She's great at everything she does TBH. This establishment is super clean, and up to date. The manager is friendly too, which is a plus. If you need a nail salon to call home, this is your place, and Kayla is your girl! read more

Sigh, first time I went in the manager did my nails and took care of me. Listened to what I wanted and paid a fair price. This most recent time, I had Sophie and I wanted a mani and pedi with polish but she quickly did à la carte, completely ignoring the fact that my pants were rolled up for a pedi and ignored me when I asked "am I not recieving a mani?" I said this after she had stated my nails will be cumply because I had gel and now polish. The manager noticed, saw the clump and said she can remove them and add clear coat instead. She removed the polish then said bye. I left very unhappy and will not come back. An hour and $40 wasted on only getting my toe nails painted and gel removed. read more

This place is great! I don't like giving 5 stars because then everyone wants to come! Just kidding. The staff here are so personable and friendly. They know you on a first name basis. The service is better than the average mani and pedi service. A bonus was my phone battery was dying and I could charge it on the arm of my pedi chair! Linda and Katy were great! I really wanted to love this place beautiful location beautiful ambiance and less than 5 min from my home. Unfortunately, the customer service I've received from the front desk is unacceptable on a number of occasions. They're rude and passive aggressive, and have not only been this way with me but my mother and daughter all on separate occassions hearing thier experiences, only validated how I was feeling and is what Lead to me leaving a review. I'm sure we're not the only ones and hopefully this will bring some awareness to the owners where they can evaluate how their staff treats clients walking in the door and correct thier engagements. read more

I walked in at 9am with a nail emergency. Thankfully they were able to take me for a soak off and full set. Linda took amazing care of me. She's thorough, attentive, and super patient (my soak off was a difficult one) I'm so happy with the outcome!! The shop itself is gorgeous - I wish I knew it was there sooner!! HE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Just tried this new nail spot so close to where I live and I'm so glad I did! The manager (or maybe owner?) was super welcoming great energy, talked a lot in the best way, and made me feel really comfortable. Amazing customer service from the moment I walked in. Johnny did my nails and understood the assignment! The transformation was unreal shaped perfectly, clean, and done in great timing. I'm obsessed. Now let's talk about Kay... this man deserves an award. My feet were out here looking like I walked barefoot through the desert for a week straight. Dry, cracked, struggling. He worked a miracle, brought them all the way back, and gave me a foot massage that almost put me in a coma. 10/10 experience. This is officially my new nail spot. I saw all the amazing reviews and decided to get my nails done here. I love the interior on the nail salon. Very clean and modern! The nail ladies are sweet and provide good service. I got a Gel-X manicure done with cat eye gel polish. They have lots of options to choose from. I'm usually very picky when it comes to my nails, but they took their time and I love the results. Why have I never known this place? Such a clean and cute place, very elegant inside. Everyone was welcoming and extremely nice. I got my nails done with Linda today, she is the bestttt, she took her time and so meticulous. She kept checking on me throughout the entire service. My first time and I highly recommend! I'm an out of state visitor. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I love the overall vibe of Birkin Nails&Lashes - clean, spacious and relaxed atmosphere. I booked/called a day ahead; it was easy. Professional and very polite communication . Eyebrow and upper lip wax, plus a GelX full set with cat eye polish. (I feel like a woman now! ) I'm super picky and meticulous about any nail salon. They answered and understood all my questions and concerns with interest during my appointment. Elexa waxed my brow and lip. Very gentle, clean and efficient. Split my uni into 2 nicely shaped brows without over waxing. No bumps or facial allergic reaction to any products she used on my extra sensitive skin. Linda did my GelX full set. She took her time to understand my nail style and design. It may look simple to some people, but art is art. I love the results and really like this place! Everyone here was so nice !!!!! Buuuuuttttttttt ...I got the express pedi, with gel on all and acrylic on my big toes only . My big toes would be a fill since I'd previously had acrylic on them. With tip, my total was 95 dollars. Again. The EXPRESS (as in speedy) PEDICURE. I coulda paid 105 and had a real pedi with acrylic at any other shop. The cheapest one they offer NGL I could tell they looked thick while I was in the chair, but It didn't bother me too much. That night in the shower, I noticed no removal/rebuild or fill was done. I'm not even sure how to describe it. But when looking at the tow head on, you can see the old acrylic nail, a gap, and another layer of acrylic. I work two jobs. I'm on my feet 16 hours a day, the moisture that could get in there and the potential for fungus/mold is disturbing. It's a very clean salon with a nice blue and white color scheme that feels fresh. The guy at the front was very friendly and the technicians were attentive. My girlfriend comes here all the time and switches between the birkin and garden services. Every time she gets her nails done here she leaves so happy that life just feels a little easier for me. Today we decided to get something done together, I don't even remember what I got, but damn those hot stones took me by surprise lol! Took my girl here for a little self-care date and she loved it. The whole vibe was super chill and welcoming, and the staff were all really friendly. She got a full set with some custom designs, and they turned out amazing--she couldn't stop talking about how good her nails looked. Honestly, I just wanted to do something nice for her, and this spot made it easy. Everything was clean, they took their time, and you could tell they really care about doing a good job. The owner is likely complicit in allowing his family to makeup prices and increase the tip without consent , beware after you leave charge more. There is plenty of nail salons that don't charge $240.00 without asking. Had to file fraud with bank and wait for a card during the holidays because of the staff here. read more

Had a wonderful experience. I've been waiting for them to open. It's really nice inside, they offered drinks while you have a service which is such a nice touch. Linh was nail tech. She was so calm and took her time with me. I showed her a photo of what i wanted and we collaborated on the final outcome. My nails came out beautiful. My husband also had a service and had a pedicure and was happy. The pedicure chairs are massages chairs which looked super comfortable. We will definitely will be back. read more

I took my girlfriend here for the first time because the other nail salons she would go to do a low quality of work and it almost seems as if they're careless. One thing that stood out the most to me here at Birkin is the attention to detail paired with the excellent customer service. They know how to treat their customers and even though I wasn't the one getting my nails done, my girlfriend couldn't stop saying how nice and friendly they are. We're definitely making Birkin Nails and Lashes our new go to place. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! read more

I was going here for a while and it used to be really nice but the service has gone down significantly. I don't ever take time to complain but I really feel disrespected. I recently came in for a full set acrylic and take off. I wasn't seen until 15 minutes after my appointment time which I wasn't upset about however, when someone did sit me down she asked me what shape I wanted and I said sharp almond which is what I always get. She said she can only do almond or square and not sharp. I wasnt going by to argue about the shape even though I'm very particular, so I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted and she said she couldn't do it. I asked if I could wait and see someone that could and she cut me off and said no it's fine I'll do it. she then wraps my nails to soak and didnt Come back for 35 minutes! I'm no expert but I've been coming here for acrylic for months and It only ever takes 10 minutes to soak. I looked behind me to see her painting someone else's nails while someone else was giving the same lady a pedicure. At this point I had been there an hour and nothing had been done to my nails. obviously they were prioritizing the other lady even though I had an appointment and was with her first. when She finally came back to me after 36 minutes I let her know that I just want them taken off and I'll come back later to get them done since they didn't have time for just me alone and I had somewhere to be. Although I wasn't late to where I had to be, an hour of time was already gone and I didn't want anyone to be rushed. She then states that she can't actually do my nails anyway and they were really waiting for another nail tech to get here to help. None of this was communicated from the beginning! the original lady that sat me down and acted as if she was going to do my nails, never came back and apologized for the confusion or the fact that she wasn't actually going to do them. Instead she went back to the pedicure customer. Someone else finally showed to help me and I ended up leaving with no acrylic set and just a take off service which was extremely disappointing. I originally scheduled another appointment and meant to come back but it's not even worth it. I will not be returning here read more

She took her time, paid close attention to detail, and made sure everything felt relaxing and well done. I came back in today and had another wonderful experience. I switched from classic French nails to a beautiful red just in time for Valentine's Day, and I could not be happier.
