Sigh, first time I went in the manager did my nails and took care of me. Listened to what I wanted and paid a fair price. This most recent time, I had Sophie and I wanted a mani and pedi with polish but she quickly did à la carte, completely ignoring the fact that my pants were rolled up for a pedi and ignored me when I asked "am I not recieving a mani?" I said this after she had stated my nails will be cumply because I had gel and now polish. The manager noticed, saw the clump and said she can remove them and add clear coat instead. She removed the polish then said bye. I left very unhappy and will not come back. An hour and $40 wasted on only getting my toe nails painted and gel removed. read more

Kayla has been my go to Nail Tech since 2013 (when she was at another location). I moved away in 2022 but stopped by for a pedicure on my recent visit to Vegas. She is sooooo sweet, and her technique is on point. Not to mention those massages she gives...out of this world! She's great at everything she does TBH. I really wanted to love this place beautiful location beautiful ambiance and less than 5 min from my home. Unfortunately, the customer service I've received from the front desk is unacceptable on a number of occasions. They're rude and passive aggressive, and have not only been this way with me but my mother and daughter all on separate occassions hearing thier experiences, only validated how I was feeling and is what Lead to me leaving a review. I'm sure we're not the only ones and hopefully this will bring some awareness to the owners where they can evaluate how their staff treats clients walking in the door and correct thier engagements. read more

Elexa waxed my brow and lip. Very gentle, clean and efficient. Split my uni into 2 nicely shaped brows without over waxing. Everyone here was so nice !!!!! Buuuuuttttttttt ...I got the express pedi, with gel on all and acrylic on my big toes only . My big toes would be a fill since I'd previously had acrylic on them. With tip, my total was 95 dollars. Again. The EXPRESS (as in speedy) PEDICURE. I coulda paid 105 and had a real pedi with acrylic at any other shop. The cheapest one they offer NGL I could tell they looked thick while I was in the chair, but It didn't bother me too much. That night in the shower, I noticed no removal/rebuild or fill was done. I'm not even sure how to describe it. But when looking at the tow head on, you can see the old acrylic nail, a gap, and another layer of acrylic. I work two jobs. I'm on my feet 16 hours a day, the moisture that could get in there and the potential for fungus/mold is disturbing. She was so calm and took her time with me. I showed her a photo of what i wanted and we collaborated on the final outcome. My nails came out beautiful. I took my girlfriend here for the first time because the other nail salons she would go to do a low quality of work and it almost seems as if they're careless. One thing that stood out the most to me here at Birkin is the attention to detail paired with the excellent customer service.
