Aby did such a great job the first time, we didn't hesitate for her to do it again. I sent her a few inspiration pictures, and when I went to pick out fabric, she already had narrowed down the samples for us, which streamlined the selection process. A few weeks later Aby let us know our bench was ready. It was exactly what I wanted, and the fabric had the perfect texture and color. I'm sure I could have bought a new bench for the price of the reupholstering, but I don't think I can find one that's custom made exactly as I want.

There was quite a bit of communication back-and-forth and it was all seamless. I paid 200 extra to have my seats picked up and returned because they're down in the San Jose area. It was well worth that extra cost as I'm in Solano County. I got my dining room chairs beautifully refinished by Lucia's upholstery.The quality was amazing. They also quoted me a couple weeks. All other places were saying 6 weeks or so. Super happy with my chairs and Lucia's. Give them a shot!

It has been the best sofa ever - absolutely perfect size and has fit in two different homes. Well, it started to lose its comfort and was broken, fabric was worn down, when you sat down you could feel the springs/edges of the frame - but it was like my wubby, I could not stand the thought of scrapping it. I started researching all the options. Reality - there is no sofa on the market with same exact dimensions. So next up, reupholstery it was! I had first reached out to Paul maybe 6 months ago wanting to understand pricing! He asked for some pics, my measurements and offered rough estimate. Amazing, he did that within a day or two of me reaching out. Then I went radio silent - we had another home project that took all the time/funds. Fast forward to April - I reached out one more time and Paul picked up right where we left off. Said come on down to the shop where they have thousands of samples! You get to touch/feel/bring samples home, but my son zeroed in on our winning fabric pretty quickly! And its actually a more durable fabric than we had before. Fast forward to the process itself - Paul comes over to do his own measurements and see the space. This is when I was provided the real real quote as he had the exact measurements. Let's be honest, I missed a thing or two. Paul then came on a Thursday to pick it up, 2 Thursdays later it was back, better than ever! The cushions are now full and oh so comfortable. The base of the sofa has been repaired, reinforced and is ready for another 10 years of wear and tear! I am so beyond grateful for this journey with Paul and his team. I might have spent a bit more money, but not much when you think about other costs - getting rid of a couch, shipping, white glove delivery. So it probably works out to about the same, but there really is no price on a sentimental piece that has so many memories and now has new ones as my son got to be a part of the process! This is a family owned, local business. I take pride in knowing that. Yes, I will be doing business with these folks. Just a question of when. She did give me some great advice that I'll pass on. If you want to do one piece at a time, that is fine! But best to buy all the upholstery fabric at once as different bolts of fabric can come out slightly different shades. And they will store the fabric.

I took my patio covers to him and he suggested the type of foam for my furniture. I thought that I would have to wait weeks for the project to be done. Fred was able to get the job done in just 2 days. Impressive!! I picked up the cushions today and they are PERFECT!! Just like new. Actually, better than new.
