Decent BBQ for Lebanon - I just don't understand why BBQ places out here don't have mashed potatoes. Maybe it's me but I just love them with my BBQ. Anyways the food is flavorful and I love the turkey. I don't think you can go wrong here. It's a great place to hang out and the decor is cute. Seems to have friendly staff and quick service.

Food was ok. Lots of lean white meat on my chicken sandwich. Prices pretty steep. Bbq beans are a small serving very thickly prepared and a bit dry but tasted ok. I got ice tea. It was $17+tip. There's a place to stand for a to go order and i didn't know that dine in customers are supposed to go ahead and sit down as I'm used to ordering at the counter and then finding a seat.

2 for lunch. 1- meat plate ( smoked sausage, smoked bologna, brisket) with pinto beans, and turnip greens and cornbread. 1- smoked bologna plate with pinto beans, fries and cornbread. service- polite, but slow. Never came to check on us, or refill drinks. 1 waitress and maybe 3 tables occupied. Food: Portion wise was more than adequate. Quality was not impressive. - brisket was so dry, had to drench it in BBQ sauce just to choke it down. - sausage was ok, but not exceptional - bologna slice was pretty thin ( had to double check to make sure it was not Oscar Meyer ), had no smoke flavor to it. the only thing that made it better was, when they added the pinto beans to the plate, the juice spilled over onto the bologna. Turnip Greens, definitely came from a can that was heated on the stove. If you are expecting fresh greens- you will be disappointed. The cornbread, was 2 pieces of soggy pan fried "pancake style" "cornbread" That were cold. There were 2 bottles of house BBQ sauce on the table. 1- spicy 1- sweet They both tasted the same, with the spicy having a little "tang" to it. There was honestly nothing spectacular about this visit. Drove specifically to try this place. Definitely would not make the drive again to eat here, and don't think I would eat there, if I was local. In total for the above........ $37.00. My recommendation- skip it. Find a real BBQ joint, because this place ain't it.

Ambiance was BBQ style and service was fast and friendly. I wanted to love this place. The green beans were pretty mushy & ribs were a bit on the mushy side as well. I'm guessing both are soaking in liquid for most of the day(s) and waiting to be served. If in the area I wouldn't go back. As mentioned service was courteous and fast. That bumped my rating up!

I loved pulled pork sandwiches just to clarify. But I got theirs today and the pork was so mushy and gross it tasted old like it had been sitting overnight and congealed together. Super disappointed considering I had an awful morning alresdy and needed a comfort meal. For being a BBQ place the pork should shine.

It's really a 4/5 or 8.2/10 for me, but I saw a couple of ppl gave 1 star reviews and I'm trying to get this places rating higher. Because they deserve it! This is my first time trying them and I was very pleasantly surprised. The brisket is amazing! So tender, just melts on the tongue! The ribs were tender and moist. The pulled pork was a pretty dry. But that's almost to be expected, as pulled pork does not have much fat. A healthy dose of their sauce fixed it. Most of their sides are pretty standard and basic. I wanted to try their broccoli casserole, but unfortunately, they didn't have any for some reason. The turnip greens were fantastic, highly recommend. Even their cornbread pancake (which I normally don't like) was really good, soft and a little sweet. I'm glad I didn't listen to those nonsense reviews and gave this place a try. As a guy from Memphis, I take barbecue pretty seriously and I can tell you this was great. Big portions, good food, I'll be back for sure. WARNING though, their spicy bbq sauce is VERY HOT! I recommend cutting it with their regular sauce by a ratio of 5-1. Then it's perfect Then interior looks like every other bbq joint, nothing to comment on.

Decided to pop in after I saw the sign. Place was decorated really nice. Alot of local memorabilia. Ordered the Brisket platter w/baked beans, green beans, and corn bread. The corn bread came out as flat pancakes. Server was very attentive. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Worth the stop.

Bad food. No flavor. The brisket was salty and tasted like it was cooked in the microwave.

Felt the pizza could have been cooked a few minutes more, but that is my liking. It wasn't very busy, but had a lot of staff on hand. When it was slow the pizza makers would sit at the tables in the dining area on their phones, didn't mind that, but wasn't sure if they washed their hands afterwards when it was time to prepare pizza orders. Nice boys who periodically came by the table to see if we needed anything.

One of my favorite restaurants growing up was this family Italian joint called Carmine's. My…read morefavorite thing to order there was what they called spaghetti with meatballs. But, speaking to that, it had a couple of intersting aspects. One, they would literally give you 10-20% more if you ordered that dish to go because their to-go containers when filled were noticeably larger than the dishes your entrees came on. And, two, their "spaghetti" was actually linguine and is 100% the reason linguine is my favorite noodle when it comes to traditional rope pasta. I told you that to tell you this, Fayzano's "linguine" is definitely fettuccine. Those noodles were super wide. Not that that's a huge deal, but much like getting linguine when you're expecting spaghetti, the mouth feel for fettuccine is not the same as the mouth feel for linguine. It holds the sauce different, it retains the clams different, and the proportion of sauce to pasta is super different. I mean--it was good. Clams in red sauce will always be my preferred go-to order, but I still would've rather had the skinnier flat noodles of a linguine than a super wide fettuccine noodle. It's just more satisfying to me. The service here was good. They got our food quickly and with minimum banter. And then they got out of the way, checking in maybe every five to ten minutes, which is the perfect amount. The ambiance was good. It's a good neighborhood pizza and pasta joint like Carmine's. It's not very big but it has a lot of spacing between the tables as not to feel cramped up in there. It's also deceptively laid out to feel fuller than it is, which is nice. It gives the whole place a nice energy. I still wish thru had real linguine, but if that's my chief complaint then you know this place is doing something right.
