They use cheese sauce on the griddle as part of the preparation, rolling it up into an amazing mac n cheese burrito of amazingness! I also got a rack of ribs to take home, and they were delicious and plentiful. After enjoying half for dinner, there were enough leftovers to make a rib meat omelette the next day, and some rib sandwiches for lunch. I only wish they were closer to me. It is about a 45 minute or so drive each way for me, but it is sooooooo worth the drive. If they were down the street from me I would be there every day.

We got here at 5pm and there was already a line! They got us in quickly, but we barely made it for the prime rib, that's how popular it is! The food did not disappoint, the prime rib was amazing and the scalloped potatoes and broccoli salad were awesome. The restaurant is small, but the people are so friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite restaurants growing up was this family Italian joint called Carmine's. My…read morefavorite thing to order there was what they called spaghetti with meatballs. But, speaking to that, it had a couple of intersting aspects. One, they would literally give you 10-20% more if you ordered that dish to go because their to-go containers when filled were noticeably larger than the dishes your entrees came on. And, two, their "spaghetti" was actually linguine and is 100% the reason linguine is my favorite noodle when it comes to traditional rope pasta. I told you that to tell you this, Fayzano's "linguine" is definitely fettuccine. Those noodles were super wide. Not that that's a huge deal, but much like getting linguine when you're expecting spaghetti, the mouth feel for fettuccine is not the same as the mouth feel for linguine. It holds the sauce different, it retains the clams different, and the proportion of sauce to pasta is super different. I mean--it was good. Clams in red sauce will always be my preferred go-to order, but I still would've rather had the skinnier flat noodles of a linguine than a super wide fettuccine noodle. It's just more satisfying to me. The service here was good. They got our food quickly and with minimum banter. And then they got out of the way, checking in maybe every five to ten minutes, which is the perfect amount. The ambiance was good. It's a good neighborhood pizza and pasta joint like Carmine's. It's not very big but it has a lot of spacing between the tables as not to feel cramped up in there. It's also deceptively laid out to feel fuller than it is, which is nice. It gives the whole place a nice energy. I still wish thru had real linguine, but if that's my chief complaint then you know this place is doing something right.

We ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, buffalo wings, and 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. So much food and everything was so good. They gave us so much sauce for the Chicken Alfredo and I love that very much. Most restaurants, they don't put a lot of sauces in their pasta so I was amazed by the amount of food and sauce they served us. Wings were 100/10 and their pizza was like, hmmm, like NY style slices. Sooooo good. Highly recommend this place!

"Italian & Tex Mex" is an unlikely pairing, and we weren't quite sure if it's meant to pay homage to the previous restaurant or just a creative fusion idea. That said, the menu definitely leans more heavily toward Tex Mex flavors. It wasn't too busy when we arrived, but there was a steady stream of customers coming and going. Service was good throughout our visit -- attentive without being overbearing -- and all of the food came out fresh and hot. We started with the fried mozzarella sticks, which were very good. The appetizer includes four cheese sticks deep fried and sprinkled with fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese, served with a flavorful marinara sauce. A solid start to the meal. For our entrées, we ordered the chicken fajitas and the Cowboy Ribeye. The ribeye certainly makes an impression -- it comes out literally flaming on a fajita-style iron plate over a bed of onions and peppers. The 14oz steak is well flavored and tasty. However, at $48, it's the most expensive item on the menu. While it's good, we're not completely convinced it justifies that price point. The chicken fajitas, on the other hand, are much more affordable at $13 and come with black beans, butter rice, fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. The chicken itself was tender and cooked well, but it could have used more seasoning. The real stars of the plate were the sides -- the beans, rice, pico, and guacamole were so good you could easily consider ordering a vegetarian plate made up just of those. Overall, the meal was good, though not necessarily something you'd rave about or insist all your friends rush out to try immediately. That said, we genuinely want to see this restaurant succeed. The good service alone will likely bring us back to try a few other dishes and explore more of the menu.
