Everytime i go buy a pizza the guys their change the prices of the pizzas ,sometimes they charge me more for the pizza,don't recommend

From Fresno and our recent pizza place that served a carne asada place closed down. I was excited to see another pizza place offer this. The menu said jalepeno peepers and onions. You can see there is not one present on this pizza. The Fresno pizza place made thiers with green sauce and crema on top. I've liked other pizza 8 locations, I wanted to order Costco but they weren't answering their phones and I had to drive past this spot to get there so I swerve into the empty parking lot instead. I go inside and there was this older man who looks like he hates his life when you enter, the menu is simple and easy to read, I order a large bbq chicken pizza, I asked for no onions but he states the pizzas don't come with the usual toppings any extra toppings are $2.00 each, so I get black olives, as he's yelling out my order to the kitchen while making the transaction the guy was already throwing the pizza into the oven, said 10-15 mins. Total $12.35 I also had asked about combos or specials he said there aren't any and 2-Liter sodas are $3, I didn't really wanna spend $16 on pizza and soda with holiday food right around the corner. I sat in my car so I didn't have to sit In The chairs staring at this man while he protruded his stank energy amongst other customers. He also sat there and let the phones ring instead of answering, you got ONE job run the S**T!!! I come back in, my order was ready, he offered cheese, pepper and napkins, it smelled good. I get home it's hot, ready to dig in and I'm just lost for words....it didn't taste like anything. They used regular marinara sauce, cheese and the bbq was on the chicken and they added olives. The dough had no flavor, none of the sauces, you know what I've never had a pizza that was flavorless like even dominoes is gross to me but it tastes like something even if I don't like it. There was definitely a lack of spice, seasoning, herbs, whatever all of it, this is a first time experience for me, the lunchables pizza has more depth than this. Just stick to other Pizza 8 locations, Tumbys, Pizza King, Round Table, Pizza Hut, Lucifers, Fresh Brothers, Costco, (dare I even say it) Papa Johns, Domino's, Digiorno or Red Baron in the Frozen Pizza Aisle, maybe a deep dish from BJs, fuxk even Little Caesar's....I won't be back read more

If I could put zero stars I would this was a horrible experience and I didn't even get to order. I walked in and waited 5 minutes and wasn't acknowledged at all. Then I watched as the dude touched peoples food with bare hand while making the pizza and then touch the trash and continue. I was already going to walk out but two Hispanics walking and and he speaks to them and sound like he told them one second because right after he came over and started taking one of their orders as if I wasn't standing there first. Walked in and order a medium half pepperoni and half pineapple pizza from this location. Ordered from a grumpy old man, not friendly. Had his hands crossed the whole time and upset look on his face. Saw that he was watching the soccer match, not sure if I disturbed him. The pizza took 10 minutes to make, which I was impressed. When eating the pizza, their was no flavor to it, bread dough was stale, cheese was not stringy or taste good. Not great ingredients for sure. I paid $13 in total. Great local pizza spot. I live walking distance, so its great to just order a Large $6 pizza, and pick it up within 20 minutes. Customer service isn't grand, however, if you're just looking for a no hassle place to get pizza, this does it. I've only had the pepperoni pizza, and its pretty good to me. I order on-line which was very simple . Once you order on this friendly website it gives you the time your order will arrive right along with a timer on the page. On this website you can actually pay and leave tip which I loved. The order actually arrived 15 minutes early than expected. I ordered small bbq pizza, green salad and wings. The thin crust and small it was more like a personal pizza but it was super tasty. The salad was very fresh and wings Spicey and just ok. I will just order pizza and salad from them only. Looking on the outside of this place, it looked like your typical hole in the wall pizza spot the piles on the tomato sauce because they don't really care about their customers, but boy was I wrong about this place!! We ordered the all meats pizza and it was so so so so so so delish! The bacon was crispy and the tomato to cheese ratio was perfect. I liked it so much that I ate 4 slices of pizza. Now that tells you something coming from someone who doesn't prefer eating the darn thing. The service was really fast in serving and the price was very cheap. Good food, ok service. I ordered from these guys through Grub Hub since they delivered, but someone else at work claimed it and ate it, thinking it was theirs! These guys handled it great. I called in, told them what had happened, and they got me a new pizza in a flash. So one star off for the fluke (would have preferred if they had looked for me rather than selling the pizza to just anyone who had money in their hand), but four stars for good pizza and for handling the mistake gracefully. My tip for workplace deliveries would be to state in the comments that you would like the driver to call your cell when he arrives. Pizza delivery arrived thirty minutes early. Customer service was good, delivery guy was professional. Pizza was definitely better than chain pizza places! Probably the best pizza delivery place near me that is decent quality that doesn't have crazy gourmet pizza prices.
