I would recommend that the staff wear hair nets and gloves to help maintain proper hygiene while preparing food. I'm on a quest to find the ultimate pizzeria, as with most pizza spots it's either hit or miss but occasionally you get those I'd eat this again but not go out my way for it, that's this one. I loved the fact they had an option called the pizza wheel you can choose toppings on individual slices instead of all over the pie, me and my family ordered a large pizza with red onions, mushrooms, black olives, chicken, bacon, sausage, ham and pepperoni. The gag is it was only $10.99 and came to $12.12 total!!!!! Never have I ever came across an option like this and usually for that amount of toppings anywhere else my pizza would've been an easy $30 the competition usually charges $2 a topping, we dig in and although we weren't impressed we were satisfied, it's an affordable pizza and everyone got what they wanted, I have no complaints about this pizza at all. A pretty damned good local alternative to the chains if you're looking for some rock ribbed, old school style pies that are inexpensive but not cheap. The deep dish especially is very tasty, with pillowy dough and a minimum of grease. I can't eat pizza with impunity like I used to but the deep dish at Pizzaroni really satisfies the cravings when they become too prevalent to ignore. Furthermore, you don't feel icky when you're eating it. Obviously it's pizza, not tofu with coconut water but the ingredients are honest, simply presented, and not junky. The pizza keeps pretty well in the fridge too, so don't feel like you have to eat the whole thing in one sitting to experience the maximum level of goodness. The interior is clean, and the people behind the counter are friendly. Overall a nice little weapon in the Hawthorne dining arsenal. read more

LOL I think) I personally think the pizza here is better than pizzahut, it's a lot more "juicier?" If you know what I mean?? I think there's also more flavor. Unfortunately, it was as bland as if you read a box of instructions on "how to make" dough yourself for the first time. I felt no great taste, or desire to keep eating till I was done feeling, yet reserved some pieces for a later date. I know you all enjoyed it, but it didn't have the Little Caesars Thin Crust Quality to it, the cheese too felt like Chuck E Cheese, maybe a bit less then there quality, and the pepperoni was ok, not great not bad. The dough too was a bit chewy, maybe I could have well done my pizza, but maybe the dough process or ingrediants can be improved :) Overall not great not bad, but I feel the potential is there, just increase YOURSELF TO PERFECTION!
