I bought my car there in 2025 and I have had nothing but problems with my car ever since. Everything that they told me over there were complete lies. A couple of days ago my car completely broke down on me for the 4th time now and when I called them up the day before , they told me that I should have my car towed in there the next morning and they would take care of me and get myself a rental car as well a repair my car because I was under a warranty. So I had my car towed there and nothing but problems when I got to the lot. They told me I am not covered under a warranty, I will not get a rental car and basically to leave there lot. I was attacked as soon as I walked into the service department. Not only did they lie to me, but they treated me like a criminal! They called the police on me 4 times, they had me trespassed for 1 year, I had multiple employees threaten myself as well as my property and also when I was just minding my own business, sitting in my car waiting for a tow truck to take me to a different dealership, someone from Jeff Beltzer's called Triple A, and cancelled the tow truck! I was sitting and waiting for over 7 hours of being harassed nonstop by these employees over there. When I got to the other dealership, I found out ALOT!!!! I was under a warranty, including a car rental and I found out that the car I had bought had alot of problems from the previous owner and when the day I got my car, Jeff Beltzer's they said that I had all new tires, which was not true, there has never been any repairs on that car, which is also not true, multiple repairs actually, just lies!!!! And some of the repairs that Jeff Beltzer's said I am not covered under warranty and I spent alot on my own money and that I don't have a lot of because I am on a very limited income, and come to find out I was covered under a warranty!!!! Just Beware that what they put me through a couple of days ago, Nobody should ever have to go through what I had to go through for 7 plus hours and I plan on making sure that nobody else has to go through what I had to endure. Rachel, and alot of other employees over there, Especially Rachel, stay away from that place. Go somewhere that employees are actually honest and not lie to you and not threaten or harass you as well. All those employees they harassed me that day, Especially Rachel should be fired!!!!! Worst place ever to buy a vehicle from!!!! They are not honest, they threaten and harass you and I also found out they take advantage and do this to people that are low income, single or vulnerable! They knew we were coming from 3 hrs away to buy the car. After looking at the car and getting financed then they told us we couldn't take the car home. Greg (sales manager) told us it was illegal to sell us the car until it had been inspected (which is a lie)! We could do paperwork but couldn't take the car. They would deliver some time the next week. During the inspection they found codes for the radio?? But in reality they were for the O2 sensor they didn't want to fix. Their inspection missed the fact that it had multiple bulbs burnt out, air filter was really dirty, and cabin filter was really dirty. In removing the buyers guide from the side window they wrecked the window tint. In contacting them about these issues they wouldn't respond until multiple messages were sent. Then lied about the check engine light and codes and won't pay for repairs. They paid for a new air filter that's it. Lied and said no pictures were sent of the window tint issues. If you are looking for a dealership who will lie to you go see Greg he will do that with a smile on his face.
