To be fair, I said I was open to switching of the rate was BETTER. I guess I should have clarified that I meant better for me, not better for them with a HIGHER rate and more commission for them. I also didn't love that they just added the extended warranty without even asking. Finance manager just said, "your payment I'd $x and you have a 150k mile warranty" for when we were introduced in the waiting area. He was very fast to slip the paperwork in the middle of the other documents too. I have the same coverage on my other car and was going to add it so I didn't argue there. The more I think about how sleazy and unethical this guy was, the more I think I'll cancel it just so they don't get the money. Bottom line, RUN or play to immediately refinance. The finance guy is a crook, so use them for a good vehicle plan to fix the back end stuff later.

I had a lot on my mind when I went in here and instead of showing me cars that were in my price range, he picked a car for me, had me sit in an office for two hours, established the financing and then showed me the one car. I felt dupped but I needed a car that night and he kept me waiting so long that it was close to closing. The car was overcharged as well but again, I was desperate and felt totally taken advantage of.

I was overcharged, and they doubled the cost of parts under my warranty or added excessive labor cost. I paid way too much. For what I paid, you could go to Minnetonka or Motorworks and get so much better. Their loaners are embarrassing. Dirty, don't work and cost me money because the trunk wouldn't close so I couldn't work. I paid more than I woud pay Minnetonka or Motorworks. They tried to slip in work without me knowing, I did overpay a lot at Euorworx. Jake, the owner, yelled at me when I told him the problems. He was confrontational to me, I don't feel he would've yelled at a man the way he yelled at me. It was so wrong.

What a fiasco! First, Matt is super slow to respond to your calls and messages. Second, his…read moredescriptions are WAY over the top. He described the vehicle as a #2 car! Here is his exact description of the vehicle we purchased as he describe it "all lights, turn signals, radio, wipers, heater, gauges, etc. are all in good working condition". Well the RADIO, WIPERS, CLOCK don't work! Upon arrival the car had a serious fuel leak and almost didn't start. I installed a new "real" fuel line. It had some kind of yellow plastic line. We then took off on our first adventure in the car. After 1 1/2 hours we headed home. We heard a load scraping noise. The right front wheel bearing cratered. We limped it home. We smelled gas the whole trip. We discovered the carb was leaking fuel in several areas. So we've enlisted a Ford expert to help us locate all the leaks from the engine. I replaced the front wheel bearings after 9 hours!!! Then the next day the driver door wouldn't open. I finally got it open. The engine leaks oil like a stuck pig! The car needs a "puppy pad" underneath it to catch all the leaks! The following items DON'T work as advertised!! Horn, wipers, radio, clock!!! Everyday we wake up wondering what will be wrong with the car today! But the worst part of the transaction is Matt's SLOW or NO response. I gave him a over a week to check back and see how we liked the car. CRICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We spent 40K on a car and he could care less!!!!!!! No communications. I left a voice mail about our issues 24 hours ago and no response so I'm leaving him a horrible review!!! Spending this kind of money on an unseen car is scary. I feel you CANNOT trust Matt! He told us this was a #2 car!!!!!!! Really????? His exact words in his description were "this is a rare, classic car that can be driven anywhere with no worries." Well that is a lie!!!!! 8 days later we have still not heard from Matt. We can't take the car out without worrying about what will fail next! The car won't start after driving it for over 15 minutes. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be warned!!!!!!!!!!! Run away from Matt and Mad Muscle Garage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once we decided on a vehicle and agreed on a price he got us qualified through one of his lenders, with a great rate, awesome warranty, and met us with the new vehicle on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Okay service, but make sure you ask questions and know exactly what you're getting into…read more I was skeptical and I had two referrals that were frugal consumers and very happy with what he offered. Okay away I went with my blind trust - We had a "gentleman's agreement" to begin with (no contract - just a payment). Total transparency::::Perhaps if my circumstances didn't change midway (I got offered a car midway through our chats and was just looking to sell my much newer car vs at the beginning of the 'agreement' I was going to buy AND sell through him). Also my encounter with him was at the beginning of the COVID pandemic (mid-March) which didn't help timing / the offers by the dealers. Overall "customer service" was ok, but because of the change of circumstances midway and COVID beginning from the dealers - resulted in a 'tough shit' from him (he compared it to a lawyer - even if you don't win you still pay) Fine but I didn't even use any of the resources / offers he found - and I was out hundred of dollars with no real return (I didn't even use any of the dealers he got a quote at to sell the car). In hindsight I wish I would have asked more questions or there would have been a partial payment to get quoted in the cars and then the final payment once the transaction occurred. Overall - ask questions and know what happens in all possible scenarios.
