Whenever I open the driver side door, there's a loud cracking sound, took it to Lincoln collision center in Lakeville and they gave me an estimate for $7500 to replace cracked door hinges that on a Ford escape is a manufacturing defect. Also, I've read a lot of other people complaining about the same problem because the door is too heavy for those cheap hinges they put on. This is horrible customer service, this is not even safe. They offered to pay half of the 7500. That is still insane. That is a manufacturing defect without a doubt, I already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so we'll see what happens, probably nothing. I've had Lincoln's since 2002, Continental, the MKX and now the Nautilis and I'll never get another Lincoln ever again. This sucks. Lincoln should accept responsibility for their poor selection of metal to support such a heavy heavy door. I think they should classify it as manufacturing defect and pay for the whole damn thing. This vehicle is like new still.

Before running my credit they told me that the state I lived in would be no problem! I gave them comparable cars just for them to say they price their car right and they can't match. Flash forward and it's now Monday, I'm given another run around about things but no answers, however they had a service advisor call me. Again, no answers, more questions. I'm told nothing and I'm pushed another week before I a text stating I need a new motor. Still, no diagnosis, no explanation, no how did we get from dash light to new engine. I decline, clearly, and I get another call stating I should call consumer affairs. Needless to say it had been 3 weeks and I still had no answer. From the arrogance at the service desk, blowing me off and just forgetting me on a stack of paper on your desk, to the shady BS, this isn't your place. Anywhere but here. I'm done with Hyundai and Luther Automotive in the whole. If this is how everyone is treated here, it's a wonder they're even still open. I can't take stars away here but I would have gone with about a -2 on this visit. Just bad.

I would not recommend this place, especially the man with bleached yellow hair. He was very unpleasant and unprofessional. They knew we were coming from 3 hrs away to buy the car. After looking at the car and getting financed then they told us we couldn't take the car home. Greg (sales manager) told us it was illegal to sell us the car until it had been inspected (which is a lie)! We could do paperwork but couldn't take the car. They would deliver some time the next week. During the inspection they found codes for the radio?? But in reality they were for the O2 sensor they didn't want to fix. Their inspection missed the fact that it had multiple bulbs burnt out, air filter was really dirty, and cabin filter was really dirty. In removing the buyers guide from the side window they wrecked the window tint. In contacting them about these issues they wouldn't respond until multiple messages were sent. Then lied about the check engine light and codes and won't pay for repairs. They paid for a new air filter that's it. Lied and said no pictures were sent of the window tint issues. If you are looking for a dealership who will lie to you go see Greg he will do that with a smile on his face.

We all know when you go to a car dealership and you just get out and look at a few cars you usually get attacked by vulchers, pressured into buying something you arent sure about, and you get hard hits on your credit, and likely stuck with a high interest rate. This place was the BEST car buying experience that I have EVER had. I have bought 6 cars from dealerships, and I always felt so pressured. Kal and Chad gave us the information we wanted. They did NOT pressure us into anything. They actually gave us the information and gave my husband and I some private space to talk about our thoughts together. I traded in a 2015 Jeep Compass is 87k mile, all dinged up from moving so much (military), extremely dirty from kids. Every other car dealership We've dealt with has offered only 5-6k for my jeep. I owed 10,040$ at a 17% APR for pay off. We got a newer car, with a warranty, a full size SUV, third row seating... everything we need and want in a car that fits the needs of our family with only approx 1000$ negative equity, for about 1000$ less than the KBB retail value of the car. Chad was able to get us financed with only 500$ down at 11% APR, and I went from a piece of junk 2015 Jeep Compass at almost 400$ a month payments, to a new Dodge Journey, in practically mint condition, 23000$ financed and I am at the same car payment. I was SO skeptical of going there. I thought we'd be pressured. I thought we'd be followed around. After we picked out the car that we wanted, they offered me close to pay off on my trade, got us financing in about 20 minutes. This place was the BEST and QUICKEST car buying experience I have ever had. We were never hassled or pressured and they didnt pressure us when we were undecided if we wanted a hard hit on our credit... but they layed out all the "tentative" numbers for us and we moved forward.
